Best advice and customer service ive experienced in years! i was recommended to try EverythingPadel by a friend and I can honestly say from start to finish the service and advise has been personal, professional and above and beyond anything I have experienced from online shopping in years. Sent me the wrong racket and a 2022 model. If I resell I will lose money as market value is lower than the price I paid for this racquet ( even with a supposed discount). Big scratch on the face of this 2022 racket. No offer of a refund or replacement. Doesn’t understand the difference between Control v Control X Royal Padel racquet - or doesn’t care. Easy to say no to an overseas customer for Ewan ( even a previous customer like me ).

Wow. I was very pleasantly surprised at how professionally this business is run. I had a shipping issue, had paid $58 USD for freight from UK to Dubai, only to find out from DHL that they have added all kinds of new charges in the UAE (they claim the gov’t imposed them) - it was going to be another $50 in a country the has only 5% import duty! I explained that to Padel- they offered to cover some of the additional cost. Great service and highly responsive..

Fantastic experience from start to finish, could not recommend Ewan and everything padel enough. I messaged Ewan as I was unsure which racket to get, and his response was very quick and knowledgeable! The racket came next day, and even included a free water bottle and sweets which was a really nice touch.
