Beautiful
design,
terrible
customer
service.
I
stayed
at
Locke
on
multiple
occasions
over
the
past
two
years,
and
I
have
to
say,
it
is
with
great
regret
that
I
won't
stay
there
ever
again.
The
design,
decor,
restaurants,
amenities,
and
locations
are
wonderful
and
one
of
the
main
reasons
I
chose
to
stay
repeatedly.
But
the
customer
service
is
terrible.
The
first
time
we
stayed,
for
two
weeks
over
Christmas,
the
staff
refused
to
put
us
in
a
room
that
wasn't
handicapped,
even
though
we
specifically
requested
a
non-handicap
room
when
booking.
They
also
refused
to
bring
us
towels
for
the
kitchenette,
or
a
chair,
for
our
table,
since
they
said
handicap
rooms
only
get
one
chair.
One
of
the
nights
we
were
there,
there
was
a
terrible
smell
from
one
of
the
other
rooms
that
didn't
get
checked
for
days.
On
another
trip,
we
were
told
we
could
only
have
the
room
cleaned
once
during
our
stay
(we
were
there
for
10
days),
and
when
we
tried
to
use
the
washing
machine
in
our
room,
it
was
broken
and
didn't
get
fixed
the
entire
trip.
And
on
the
last
stay,
we
knew
weeks
in
advance
of
our
booking
that
we
would
have
to
checkout
a
few
days
early
(it
was
again
a
multi-week
stay),
and
requested
that
we
to
use
the
remaining
nights
on
a
later
booking
of
the
same
value.
Even
after
all
of
the
money
we'd
spent
with
them,
they
said
it
was
impossible
and
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
to
give
us
our
nights
at
a
later
date.
We
won't
ever
stay
with
them
again,
which
is
a
shame
because
it
was
such
a
promising
place.
But
after
multiple
stays
and
multiple
issues,
we've
had
enough.
