Feel like I just wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting for a price check!! How can a store put five of the exact same plastic desk lamps out for sale without pricing them first??? Then the manager finally prices them at the same cost as one twice the size and made of metal instead of the tiny plastic one I was interested in! How is that fair Homegoods??? Guess good Customer Service doesn't exit in the Framingham Home Goods.

Terrible store. Every 5 min they announce the store will be close shortly it was 9pm when I walk in the store. So for not to be enough the manager walked to me at 9:10pm and told me if you dont know we are closing. I told her in a polite way that I heard, the announcement and she did not have to come to me to say that. SHE SAID IT WAS THE STORE POLICY 🤔. I been in many Homegoods before and this particular store is always the one present this behavior. Very sad I do not back to shopping here anymore and I do not recommend this store for my clients and friends.

My fiance and I went to this Homegoods a few weeks ago, hoping to find good decorations for the holiday season, since we recently moved to our own house. We got called to a register with a young female whose name tag read "Tuana". From the start, she did not greet us, not even with a "hello, how are you". After seeing how many things we were buying, she started throwing them harshly after scanning each item. (Everything we were buying was pricy and very delicate, worth more than 1k combined) We did not look into it at the moment and did not worry too much about how she was treating us. One of our items had no price on it (which of course, wasn't our fault, it's not our job to put price tags on items found in the store). After seeing that it had no price tag, she loudly said "UGH" and left the register without saying a word to us. She was gone for almost 20 minutes. She did not seem to be looking for a price of the item and chatted with her coworkers, as we waited. She finally came back with a price and we paid for our items. My husband realized that he paid for the items with his work card and asked politely if he could return everything and buy it on his own card, apologetically. She started yelling at us loudly and started returning the items, throwing them super harshly, not caring about how delicate or pricy they were. Then, she suddenly banged her hands on the register and said "I'm done, I'm not doing this anymore" and ran off from the register. An older woman stood there and let her run off, not asking us if we needed anything. We stood there for another 20 minutes, not knowing what to do. We asked other workers to help us, but no one seemed to care. ISN'T SHE GETTING PAID FOR THIS JOB, FOR GOD'S SAKE?! Finally, a young girl whose name tag read "Guljana" came to us and started apologizing for everything her other coworker had done, as she had witnessed everything from a distance. She carefully took our items and placed them, with care into our cart, and asked us what we needed help with. She honestly made the situation much better and wasn't stuck-up like most of the other workers. My husband and I highly appreciate all the help and respect she gave us. This store needs more hard-working people like her and people who truly care about their customers. My husband and I ended up leaving everything behind because we were late to an appointment, considering we stayed at the register for 1 hour, with no help from anyone. As much as I wish to give 1 star to this homegoods, my appreciation for Guljana earns her these 5 stars. Keep up the amazing work!

Stocked full of Christmas stuff! It was so hard to go in for the one thing I needed. 😂

I love how u can always find good things for your home like furniture, bath supplies, kitchen supplies and bedroom supplies and decor they also have rugs if u wanna give a different look to ur home and a variety of lamps and chairs to choose from I would give it a five star if it had more of what I was looking for but otherwise it's an amazing store

Good prices and lots of cool items, the line to pay can be long at times.

Keep dogs out of your stores. Disgusting. Some people are allergic to dogs.

When I tell you that this is one of my favorite stores, the store was awesome. Very nice customer service nice clearance section 2/2 of the store. TJ Maxx, side and HomeGoods fashion in home. Decore love it.

Great selections- although, the Christmas stuff caused less stock and options they normally have. Its a bit too excessive.

Nice store with lots of workers on the floor but only one cashier working the register is an excruciatingly painful wait.

The cashiers are painfully slow and have no sense of urgency. They also all look so miserable yikes.

I've been buying at this store for many years, always find what I need. Unfortunately, not all the ladies behind the counter at the cashier line honor the good name of the store. Perhaps, especially, the one who seemed to be the supervisor, should be trained to apologize for their own mistakes, say thank you, and mind their manners when speaking to customers. I had a really unpleasant experience today at the Framingham store and am sad about it.

Great prices on most every thing. Staffing is sparse on the weekends and not too helpful with questions beyond where an item is located. Better off shopping during the week to avoid crowds and getting a little more attention to your needs.

Love. Alway find fun treasures here and things I didn't know I was looking for, but that fit right in once I bring them home. Haven't ever regretted a purchase from this store.

Store is ok , has a semi decent selection but staffin is sparse and not the most friendly there are better places to shop in the area from the brand with out the hassle

Awesome store with unique items!

We were at home goods yesterday and had an extremely difficult time with the some of the male employees (those who help move items to cars)They didn’t know answers to simple questions and made me go wait in a long line to ask up front, they were slow and lacked common intuition. Came back today and had a total different experience! Abby and Kasey were so kind and extremely helpful!!! They helped package a table, and get it in the car with total ease. Kudos to them!

Nice and clean store with plenty of fresh inventory. Lots of cool stuff for all ages. Friendly/helpful staff and plenty of parking available near the store. On busy days you may need to walk a little. The store is located close to several other stores which makes it very convenient. It is an easily accessible store location and the overall experience was good.

Service of the shop is excellent. The custoner service staff are very cordial and helpful. We are extremely happy to shop at the store.
