Mike is a stand up guy, we made an appointment with him for our daughter to look at some mattresses. He showed us a bunch he had and let her try out and didn’t pressure us to buy anything. I knew mike for years now and when it came time to get out kids beds I called him and he was able to suggest the best type of mattress for the twins and we had them shipped since we are hours away. My wife and I purchased a new king size memory foam mattress a few weeks ago and I’ve waited to write this in case we had any issues which we did in the first couple days with it fully expanding I called Mike and he explained what I did wrong and boom problem fixed he’s a great honest man I will be going to get our kid a new mattress from him this week we highly HIGHLY recommend box drop mattress don’t waste your time and call Mike first!

I have never actually been to the Schenectady location, however I have been to their starter location in Yonkers NY. My husband and I purchased our mattress from them 2 years ago, a few weeks prior to moving upstate. We absolutely love our mattress. Still feels like new and puts us to sleep in seconds. Not only does Boxdrop only sell quality and affordable mattresses, but when FedEx lost our first one (don’t ask me how they managed to lose a 100lb king size mattress), the owner personally delivered a brand new mattress, free of charge, to our Bronx residence, 2 days before our moving date. This company is absolutely wonderful and I will ALWAYS recommend them to friends, family, etc. They take their customers satisfaction seriously and always go above and beyond for them!
