Discovered this gem while travelling through the area. Stopped for lunch. Excellent and very friendly staff. Good variety on the menu. Lots of turkey options, as well as other choices. They started us with carrot relish and crackers. It was delicious (we bought 2 jars in their store). Next was the freshly made Parker house rolls and honey maple cornbread. Wife had a turkey, apple, brie sandwich with cranberry chutney. I had the prime rib. Both entrees were very good. And we couldn't leave without partaking in their homemade desserts. We had the apple crisp and the carrot cake. Yum yum!

We had a great lunch and dessert here! So many turkey options which made it so fun! We got the turkey pot stickers for an appetizer, a turkey ceasar salad wrap and turkey meatball sub. The carrot relish they brought over to start with crackers was amazing!!

Turkey medallions were delicious. Service was the best. If you're in the mood for turkey this is the place. Every day is Thanksgiving!

The food is as good as a remember from my childhood. Great portions. I had the fish and it was awesome. The squash is delicious. They have containers for take out and a little store. I wanted to say the waitress Aubrey was amazing, kind and attentive. She really impressed us.. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

I really like this place,I've been going to this place random time, when I was a little child. And I've always been happy there. I'd recommend it so much.

The food was really good. I was caught by surprise by the carrot relish. It was so good that I had to buy a jar to go. Service was excellent as well. My server Ariella was very friendly & attentive. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in New Hampshire.

I just discovered this place last week and am returning for a third time tomorrow. Their take out is generously portioned but when you dine in your get some extra fixings. A carrot relish with crackers to cleanse the pallet and a bag full of fresh baked carbs. One roll and one piece of maple cornbread for each guest along with butter to melt into each bite. Their turkey dinner tastes homemade and the butternut squash is like it was just scooped out of the shell. Thanksgiving or not , this place is a must visit.

Finally got to try out Hart’s and I say it lives up to its reputation. The food is great and the menu is substantial. From turkey dinner to aged steaks ,seafood and desserts. Everything is made in house and fresh boy delicious. We came during bike week for lunch and the crowds are crazy so the long wait for food was completely to be expected. We will try dinner next time.

We came in for dinner about an hour before closing. The dining room was clean, and we ordered a turkey salad sandwich with fries and an open faced turkey sandwich with a baked potato. The prices were very reasonable, totaling $27 for both with tax. Our food came within 10 minutes and was delicious. The saltines and carrot relish that they serve as an appetizer was wonderful, too. We will definitely be returning!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harts, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a truly memorable experience. The menu is a turkey lover's dream come true. They offer a wide variety of turkey dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences plus many other amazing dishes. Out waiter and all the staff were so nice. Definitely recommend giving this place a try you'll love it.

Haven’t been there in many years ; went in with a party of (8). Turkey , stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce on plate with squash and mashed potatoes on the side . Other dishes included fried haddock and Mediterranean pasta. Pasta and fish were good . Turkey and stuffing were just okay if I’m being totally honest ! I got a large quantity of food for about $28. I think I expected more from a place that has been around fir many years . Service was fine and it did bring back memories! Another thing…I like turkey that looks like it was hand sliced and a little on the thick side ; this turkey was just about deli thin and actually turned me off .

I had the regular turkey dinner with all dark meat. Overall a great experience, the bartender was very kind and helped me out for my first time there. The turkey meat itself was not dry at all and had plenty of juiciness and flavor which was very welcoming! The jumbo size is a lot of meat compared to the regular and they are not joking about it, definitely a take-home and enjoy it the next day type of meal

Nice interior, friendly service, and delicious food! Very generous with complimentary apps. The carrot relish is amazing on the crackers and the cornbread is excellent. They also serve you dinner rolls, and pretzels with pub cheese all at no charge before your meal. And menu has excellent NON-turkey items as well; the steak tips are top notch! Good value for the price and portions are generous. Be prepared to take home leftovers!

Excellent service, I found food kind of salty, but this was a very large portion! Back in the day the squash was to die for. It seems to have less yummy flavor more recently, wondering it they changed the way the prepare it because last 2 times it had little to no flavor.

There were four of us and we each got something different. The apple brie turkey sandwich and sweet potato fries was fantastic. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, onion rings were crisp and quite good. Turkey parmesan has a different taste than chicken for sure, but was still delicious. The star was the turkey dinner however, with its tasty gravy and stuffing underneath. The loaded baked potato was an upcharge, and wasn't very big or very "loaded", it was too small and the toppings were skimpy, I'd suggest sticking to a regular potato. The only other critical comment is the cornbread, which was unlike any other I've ever eaten, with an almost butterscotch undertone. It was also very cake-like. Everything else was great, and the highly recommended if you are in the Laconia/Meredith area.

Harts Turkey Farm Restaurant is located in Meredith NH. It is an excellent place to go to if you're in the mood for an early Thanksgiving experience! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of well prepared food that you receive!! Started with a complimentary cup of a pickled relish and saltines.(very good) Got medium dinner(5.5ounces of turkey) with stuffing, mash potatoes, cranberry sauce, fresh rolls and a side of squash. Wife got smaller version with a side of coleslaw. Meal was fantastic! We savoredeverybote and cleaned our plates. Too full for dessert. So we had to bring a slice of pistachio cake back to hotel. Cake a pudding like texture and was delicious!! All desserts are made in house including their own ice cream. Highly recommend and will be back

We have been wanting to come here, hearing all the hype. We were in the area with friends and popped in for lunch. The wait staff was awesome, friendly, and engaging. My wife was unsure of what type of drink to order. The waitress stated that if we trusted her she would get her one she would like. My wife loved it! We all ordered the Turkey dinner - it was good but nothing spectacular.

Prime rib was amazing. Had another person in our party order filet mignon med/well and it was extra well done (absolutely no pink through out). Talk to the waitress and she took it thinking they would make a new one instead what I think was the kitchen manager (never identified herself came out and was very argumentative telling then there was pink in the meat and that it was cooked to temperature then offered to "warm it up/ cook it some more" the meat was so dry I couldn't even finish it... we surely won't be back.. not a good start to a holiday/birthday weekend..

Expectations are always high when you go somewhere that specializes in something. Went there searching for the best turkey sandwich, I found a good sandwich there. Prices are high for portions. Expect to spend about $25-$30 pp for lunch. We spent almost $100 for three with tip. Waitperson Dane was awesome. Super friendly and attentive. Turkey was good, cooked well. Stuffing was good, a homemade feel, gravy wasn't very flavorful and the rice was ok. Bread and presentation were meh. Appetizers were as expected. Didn't notice any vegetarian options on menu.

Decided to have dinner here because you dont really see restaurants serving turkey, let alone a whole menu dedicated to turkey. Before your meal, they bring you a roll, a piece of cornbread, crackers, and this carrot relish. The carrot relish was sorta strange but ended up tasting pretty good, almost like a salsa. I got the turkey pot pie for a meal with mashed potatoes and broccoli for sides. The service was great, I had an awesome waitress.

Ordered turkey sandwich got a slice of breast and rest undercooked brown meat and tiny handful of fries and cold stuffing and a slice of bread did not enjoy won't be back

Nice place off the main road for a great lunch. The prices are quite high but the sandwiches are fairly priced for the quality. Seating areas are nice, and there is a gift shop in the waiting area. The food is pretty good; turkey is fresh and delicious, and other ingredients have solid flavor. I personally recommend something from the sandwich menu. If you are looking for a nice lunch spot, this is the place.

The best place around where you can have Thanksgiving dinner any day you want! We drive almost 2 hours one way just to go because it's so damn good. Prices are a little high but you get a good amount and it's worth it! We continue to come back whenever we are craving a real Thanksgiving meal. 👍

Since I enjoy turkey a restaurant where "everyday is Thanksgiving " is my kind of place. The service and food were very good as usual. I don't get the chance to enjoy this treat too often but it is a MUST when I am in New Hampshire. Can't wait until my next visit.

Clean, good food, and friendly staff. Had the turkey, apple, and brie sandwich - very good. My companion enjoyed the turkey philly. Butternut squash ravioli with maple cream sauce was an excellent appetizer. Will return if opportunity arises.

Great food and great service went there yesterday with my girlfriend for lunch prior to hiking further up north. I got the turkey Caesar salad wrap and she got the caesar salad with grilled turkey. They took all the precautions needed even during a pandemic. They offered both indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to go if you want fresh turkey year round. I went here when I was kid too and have been very please how consistent they have been ever since.

My wife and U frequent this restaurant when in the area. My wife loves their turkey dinner and orders it everytime we go. To be honest, that's the reason we go. Not too many places make good turkey dinners all year round. If you get the large order. You can get a extra plate for 4.00. This way you get a 2 meals for 30.00. The service is always excellent.

I’m a first time visitor. The restaurant is COVID-19 friendly and the service staff wears masks. Short wait for a table at midday lunchtime on a Sunday. Sat on the deck and enjoyed a large Caesar salad and a turkey cutlet sandwich with sliced apple and brie cheese. My wife and I split them both and it was plenty of food. Our server, Ashley, was excellent. She was prompt, professional, and upbeat. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Food was ok. Disappointed. Sandwich needed more mayo and waitress was among the missing. Had numerous issues with waitress and addressed to management and their response was adequate. They discussed were her and they apologized. Dining partner said his turkey dinner was mediocre.

Nothing like Thanksgiving dinner any day of the year. Not as perfect as the family Thanksgiving but you do get all the fixins.
