Far beyond expectations! Nothing resembling the interrogation I underwent for ADHD screening, this felt much more like a chat with an industry pro who's also a community member. Full of helpful info and resources, Lynn was friendly, understanding, supportive, professional, and caring throughout! Just 1 hour from appointment start to having my temporary digital card, can't believe how quick and easy this process was!

Had appt Sat a.m., never received my documents. I tried to email & text, but had to wait until Monday to get it resolved. Apparently. My email was incorrect but thanks to Rob D he found the problem and corrected it. Very good communication by him and overall the experience was good!

Kaley was phenomenal. She offered both my husband and me with earlier appointments if we preferred - which we definitely took her up on. She was friendly and knowledgeable, made the process quick and painless. Couldn't be happier with her level of care.

It was nice that the staff and the Dr. actually remembered me and asked me about procedures that I recently had witch means that they really do more than just listen to us talk you get a real doctor patient relationship and they know that I don't have a computer and are happy to help with my State Registration That is why I have gone to Medwell for all my medical marijuana needs for the last 4 years twice at this address and twice at the other address.

I used the online TeleMed option and it was flawless! Jen was very friendly and knowledgeable and the process was seamless and quick. I was able to get an appointment the same day just hours after I found them online. I filled out some medical information, uploaded a photo of my ID, and the rest was just so simple- just a few basic questions about your health. I would highly recommend this to anyone who either wants to get or renew certification for their Medical Marijuana Patient Card!

The appointment went very well NP answered all my questions. ( thoroughly answering them). They explained information to me in great detail. They were very invested in my health and care. I received recommendations for what would help with my pain and anxiety.

Customer service and PA were super awesome and helped me with technical issues I was having. They could not have been kinder and more patient. Very simple and stress free process.

They made this appt very easy for me, and my nurse, Jen, was interested in my experiences, and tried to give me some things to try to help with my pain, instead of just a rubber stamp for the document. What a great experience with qualified professionals that assist you in every step imaginable. Within 2 hours after scheduling my appointment I had my temporary ID card. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service.

This is my second time being here. The first was when I got my medical marijuana card. The second which was today was to renew it. One was just over the phone. It was the longest one, the other one was via video. Both times were easier than I thought. Both people that I’ve dealt with couldn’t of been nicer and more knowledgeable and helpful. I will see them again next year and every year after that! I recommend this company to everybody!!

MedWell is the place to go for your Medical Marijuana card and Renewals. Today I went for my renewal. It was the most hassle free Dr. appointment I’ve ever had. The staff is remarkable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor was wonderful and actually listened! The new location is nice and easier to find. Plenty of parking too! I highly recommend MedWell.

The experience is always QUICK and EASY friendly staff In and out.I’ve been a medical patient for years. Ask yourself two questions. why not? Second question.why am I Paying recreational prices.When I can go here get certified and in 15 min you’ll be getting first time patient discounts at every medical dispensary in mass like save $50 off $200 and sum dispensary offer a discount up to 4 different visits for you. So $50x4=$200. There’s your certification and the $25 online registration fee.so ask yourself those two questions again lol. Going to go get my discounts peace.
