    I was so disappointed today when I stopped for a sandwich. This place used to be clean and organized but not any more. Somebody needs to alert the health department! There were meat and veggies mixed together and the prep board was filthy!! So gross! There were three young boys working and they were all rude and complaining to each other. Long hair that wasn’t pulled back or stuffed under a cap. The red haired boy was so rude to customers! One lady had the audacity to ask about the bread. He was so rude to her, it was inexcusable!! I won’t be going back until they get their act together and clean the place up!!

    The remodel looks really good and I love the Christian music playing but you need to train your people better. My sandwich is a shambles it was not even cut in half. It was barely wrapped properly I had to actually stop at a table on my way out and rewrap my sandwich so it didn't fall out of the three pieces it was wrapped in. I tipped the kid just to be nice. Everybody has to make some kind of living wage in this poorly expensive State we live in now. It's really important to make a good looking sandwich because your customers like myself won't come back.

    I’m grossed out! Long hair not pulled back, wiped his nose with his forearm, handled money and made food without changing gloves. I know staffing is hard but please train your staff with the basic non-negotiables in food handling. I tossed the sandwich outside after totally losing my appetite.

    Placed an order online, went to the store and waited upfront for 10 min. After the customers inside (2) went outside, the boy started closing the doors. We told him that we placed an order 20 min ago and are here for pickup and waiting from 10 min here and that it is not in the rack/shelf yet for pick up so waiting upfront. He said he is an high-schooler and he is closing early (he was closing an hour early)as he needs to leave and was saying call the manager next morning for refund. Rude and non-caring. Slammed the door on the face. Called next morning to the number listed online and no one picks up.

    The customer is always right is a non-existent concept at this location. Literally THE WORST. The lone employee I encountered here was incredibly disrespectful to me for no apparent reason and he claimed he was the general manager of this store. I placed an online order, came into the store 20 minutes later, and it still wasn't being worked on. After he helped two people in line, he started preparing my online order, and making it inaccurately. When I asked him to heed the special instructions I wrote for my order on the app, he argued with me and said "Well, that's not on my receipt" and kept having an attitude. I tried to ask him to please relax to which he visibly started shaking and gritting his teeth as if he was refraining from punching me. He then asks, "SO AM I MAKING THIS FOR YOU OR NOT?" I obviously declined and left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I told him to please refund my order since I had prepaid for it online. He said he would, but no refund has even taken place for the food I never even received. That was a week ago... I still have not been refunded. I don't even want to set foot into this Subway location ever again. Not a way a "general manager" should conduct themselves.

    Was there today with my Son after we went to the library. The red haired boy is absolutely disrespectful and beyond rude. Grabbed the 2 pieces of wax paper. Put it on the board and then proceeded to glare at my son. So I then told my Son to tell him the bread he wanted. He snapped back at him and said: I Cant Hear you.. then I stepped in and repeated my Son. Redhead did say, I am hard of hearing… ok then I continue to say our orders. Obnoxious and acting completely annoyed with anything I said.. we asked for onions. He replied bluntly “we don’t have any”. He was terrible from start to finish… as in when he rang it up and then just walked away to the people behind us, in which he said, again bluntly “BREAD”. Wow! To add to this treatment, the lettuce was yellowing, the board was extremely dirty, the bottles holding the condiments were discolored and looked extremely dirty. The mayonnaise ran out on my son’s sandwich and then I had none. He didn’t offer to get more from the back. This place is disgusting and the employee, the redhead matches it very well. I’m going to call the management of this particular establishment (I know they are all personally owned) and request my money back. If not I will dispute it with my back. If I wasn't there I couldn’t imagine how he would have treated my son!

    You can order “pro” size, which has extra meat. If you order online, they will NEVER make it pro size, but you’ll still pay for it

    I have frequented this location for many years. Today, 9/7/21 at 1:30 or 1:45 pm, I stopped in at this Subway. I decided to write a review about this particular employee (possibly shift manager). She is older, has worked at this location a couple years at least. She is never friendly, border line bossy ... to coworkers and customers! Today, she has a bandana around her forehead, however it is not holding her wavy red hair back. Her hair is hanging down around her face ... hair probably falling into the food. Yes, she is assisting making sandwiches and working the register. This is the second time I have visited where she COUGHS into her HAND! Gross, even without a pandemic! Restaurants are suffering and need any help they can get, I realize this and feel bad for all! However this woman needs some instruction on customer service, as well as social graces. Advise this woman to NEVER cough into her hand while making food! Or even handing back change, PLEASE! I would love to talk to the owner of this store and let them know how this woman behaves. I’ll keep my visits to the evening when I know this woman is not working.

    I came to this location and I am appalled. The guy with the septum piercing was so incredibly rude to me. He didn't greet me and just kind of looked at me like "Get on with it" so I ordered and he wasn't paying attention. Then he kept grabbing his phone out of his pocket and touching it and then touching my sandwich. He was more occupied with his phone and talking to his coworker. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. I didn't even eat my sandwich because I felt disgusted by his lack of cleanliness and his bad attitude.

    Stopped in on 10/30 around 4:30 and forgot to ask the gentlemen’s name that helped. Just want the owner to know he was awesome and did a great job on our sandwiches and customer service.

    09/02/23 -I ordered online, when I got to the shop the door was locked. The red hair kid came to the door after I was knocking on it and said they don’t have the man power to make my order and I can cancel it online. There are about three customers in the shop. I said my order says it is ready and he said there’s nothing he could do about it. I asked for a manager, he said he was on vacation. I obviously didn’t get my food and never had my ordered canceled. I’ve tried to call the shop and the phone rings and rings. This is a complete scam. I’ve reached out to customer service hopefully I get a refund. The service was awful, not the first time at this location. It should honestly be permanently closed. One of the richest towns in America with the WORST service!

    The staff were rude and did not practice sanitary precautions. There was food and bread everywhere. Half the veggies were browning and the meats and cheeses were all mixed up. I got grossed out and ended up throwing my food away. I’m nice enough to pay, but not nice enough to eat that filth or not write a review about it. Health inspectors need to pay a surprise visit.

    Asked to not have sandwhich toasted.. everything was then thrown on as a cold cut... I wanted steak and bacon heated.. wasn't given that option. Then cashier is all but hand deep in sandwich h about tonpull vegetables off by hand that I didn't even ask for.. to begin with... this Subway does it their way... not "your" way!!!

    Shaggy kid with hair in his face actually told a line of customers, me included, "dont you have anything better to do at 10am than come to subway"! Then he gave us all the stink eye as he slowly and angrily made sandwiches. The manager said he would talk to him, ok... and what? Explain life?

    Went here the other day and all the ingredients were in terrible condition. The lettuce was brown and the cleanliness of this location is very poor. Serious food hygiene concerns. We ended up walking away and not ordering food from here due to hygiene concerns.

    This place is SO hit or miss and it's typically a miss. Close and convenient but utter garbage product. Sandwiches look squished and lack the standard ingredientsthat supposedly come on them, let alone any added modifications. Their operating manager doesn't seem to be terribly involved unless they're short staffed and an under age kid's mom comes to sit inside while he works a 10 hour shift...

    Amazing experience. Positive attitude and service with a smile. I didn't catch any employee names but they deserve a raise. A line out the door did not deter them from focusing on each and every guest with great hospitality. Would give 10 stars if possible

    We planned a day at the lake so I did a order by my app with specific instructions to cut the footling sandwich’s in half. When I got to the store it was ready. However when I actually got to the lake and looked at my food the sandwiches were not even wrapped, they were thrown in the bag. All the toppings were falling out. All 4 foots longs were like a vegan sandwich with barely any meat like I had ordered. I literally ate bread. It was so messy and sloppily put together. I disputed this transaction with my credit card company. Hire people who do their job correctly.
