This
campground
has
changed
from
family
owned
to
corporate
chain
owned
and
run.
I've
been
to
these
expensive
sun
retreat
campgrounds
before
and
didn't
like
the
rude
policing
staff
at
all.
This
one
is
different
because
most
campsites
are
converted
into
seasonal
sites.
So
its
more
quite,
less
crazy
during
peak
summer.
Facilities
are
great,
well
kept.
Great
tennis
court,
basketball
court,
2
nice
large
pools.
Wifi
is
terrible,
unusable,
you
cannot
work
remote
from
their
wifi
at
all.
Update:
dropped
a
star
due
to
rude
staff
that
are
horrible
to
the
children.
My
son
was
told
to
stop
riding
a
hoverboard
but
there
are
no
rules
to
say
he
can't
plus
there
are
dozens
of
people
with
electric
bikes
and
other
electric
powered
ride
on
toys.
Some
staff
are
angry
overzealous
and
bossy
that
seem
to
hate
working
there.
We
had
the
same
experience
at
the
last
sun
retreats
owned
campground.
It's
a
shame
these
corp
chain
companies
don't
understand
that
they
are
in
the
hospitality
business
and
customer
service
is
essential
to
its
success.
Warm
friendly
and
helpful
staff
will
make
all
the
difference
but
only
the
maintenence
guy
was
nice
during
our
stay.
The
corp
office
should
take
note
of
this
to
train
and
monitor
their
senior
CG
employees
performance.
