The ladies were very experienced, polite, professional yet friendly and warm. Absolutely love Mom. Coffee with a side of cute little muffin made my heart melt. I’ve just moved to the Hills area and I wanted to find a great salon near me, that I could trust with my hair. After reading reviews I decided to give The Velvet Parlour a go and I was not disappointed! Paige was so lovely and did such a wonderful job on my highlights, and my haircut was the best I’ve had in years! So happy and impressed! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

I went because I had a terrible experience at a different hair salon yesterday, and the ladies were so understanding and so eager to help me fix my hair. I appreciate them so much and I walked out with the exact hair I wanted. Will definitely be going back!

Went for a hair cut here for the 1st time and absolutely loved it ! Paige and her team are wonderful and this is definitely one of the best in and around the Hills area ! The staff are very nice and accommodated me for the haircut at the last minute ! Make sure you book an appointment before going in ! Appointments can be booked online as well! ample of parking available !

Excellent customer service here. I had a wash, cut and blowdry here and was immediately offered tea or coffee, the staff are extremely friendly. I had a lot of hair cut off from long to about shoulder length and had it thinned out. I have naturally thick straight hair and they styled with a bit of a wave in it. It looked great and I left very happy. After a couple of days with it wavy, I finally washed and blow dried at home and realised that the cut was a bit too straight and blunt for my thick straight hair and did not sit quite right as the ends were a bit bulky. So I called them and asked if they would be able to fix it. They fit me in right away and again provided really excellent customer service and really paid attention to detail to try to get it sitting perfect, they thinned out and feathered the ends so that it wasn't so bulky and it looks great. It is clear they really care about their customers and wanted me to be happy with my hair. I am really happy with their service and highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Paige and the team are absolutely amazing! My 4 year old son was scared of getting a hair cut and after him meeting Paige he finally sat down and had a hair cut. Paige was patient with him and made him laugh and smile. She went above and beyond to make him feel so comfortable. He now calls Paige his best friend and can’t wait for another hair cut. Thankyou so much. We have found our forever salon :)

At the last minute, the ladies at Velvet Parlour hooked me up with an amazing natural bronzed make up look and a wash with some beachy waves. They were my guardian angels in my time of need and I am so grateful they were able to take me in with such little notice! The only bad thing I can say is I wish they were based in Canberra! In which case I would definitely become a regular.
