Rachel, Kaylee, and Lizzie performed my hair transplant and did an amazing job. I was a bit nervous the day of the procedure and they walked me through the entire process to ensure I was completley comfortable before moving forward. Once things got started, I knew I was in great hands. They kept me informed every step of the way and we had some great conversations which helped the time pass by much faster than I expected. Omar was a big help in my initial consultation and continued to be a great resource the days leading up to my surgery.

I have been going to Nina and Ani for my cosmetic needs for 2.5 years, they both have always been above and beyond! They make sure I’m comfortable with all the treatments and understand the risk and benefits associated. I am very cautious in my treatments and they never push me into treatments. I had skin discoloration from a previous treatment and I turned to Eternal Hair & Esthetics for help. I have been receiving UV photo-therapy to treat the area and so far I am thrilled with the results. Monika has been taking care of me and really takes her time to allow me to get the most out of every session. Her bed side manner is very kind and personable and it is very easy to talk to her. Their commitment to fun, quality, patient experience, and teamwork was tremendous. I initially walked in hoping for the procedure to just quickly end, but I immediately felt at home after the start. At the end, I wanted to stay longer because I felt like we were all long time friends. I also cannot imagine finding another service provider who will ever be able to match or exceed this best in class team because it's evident from every interaction that they are genuinely passionate about putting their patients first. During my entire time, I had no doubts that my results will look outstanding because of the deep experience and expertise from this team. I normally do not leave reviews but the service was so great that I just had to! I had Botox, as well as filler done by Amanda and she was great!! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the entire process very thoroughly and was also very clean. I will be recommending her to friends and family!

I must say that I absolutely love my turn out. It was my first time getting botox and fillers. I was seen by Amanda and she was incredible. She made me feel comfortable. She has the perfect touch. Just had my procedure done and it was 5 star treatment all around! I had T, Susan, Kenny, and Omar. T was an absolute professional with tons of true medical experience, and walked me through the entire process, listening to all my questions, concerns and needs. Never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Susan and Kenny were on their game and everyone kept the mood light and fun the entire time. The entire team of medical professionals were very detailed with my after care, and the facility itself is clean and professional. Loved the patient lounge for my lunch break! About two months prior to my hair transplant I came in and met with Omar to go over my options. I was very skeptical, and had numerous questions from that initial meeting until the day that I received the transplant. Omar was patient and kind and did his best to answer my questions and alleviate my anxieties. He made me feel important and he could not have done anymore to make me feel like my comfortability level was important to him. Dr. Summer and her team were the ones that did my actual transplant, and they operated in the same caring and loving fashion that Omar did. Summer did her best to ensure that my pain tolerance was at a minimum, and that I was in full understanding of the procedure every step of the way. It was a long day, but they made sure that I had a very positive experience. If I could rate this 10 stars, I definitely would.

From the very onset of my first visit, the staff was very friendly and maintained a high level of integrity and credibility. Over the course of the next several visits for PRP hair treatment, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Based on the overall professionalism and integrity of the entire staff, I moved forward with the hair transplant phase. Throughout this procedure, Rachel, Yazmin and Lizzie were outstanding. They were well prepared, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entirety. I could not be more pleased and I’m looking forward to seeing the positive results ahead thanks to the staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Eternal Hair in general. Since my first consultation with Omar 18 months ago I have gotten 2 procedures done - the first one, last February, was 2900 grafts in the front of my head to restore my hairline. By June, all of my hair, original and implanted hair, was grown in and my hairline looks incredible! I have gotten so many compliments from people saying that I look great but they couldn’t tell why; it’s because of the planning and execution that Eternal did to ensure the hairline not only looked full but natural; they nailed it!! I just had my second procedure done a few days ago and this was 2500 grafts on my crown. I won’t have any real results until later this year but I can tell based on where they implanted this new procedure will be blended in with my first procedure and I will have full coverage! To say that I am happy is a vast understatement. I have recommended Omar and the Eternal team to numerous people in the last 18 months and 3 people I know have gotten implants there. It is a true testament to their workmanship and integrity. Lastly, at the time both procedures the teams who were in the room performing the work were incredible. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions (there were a lot), lightened the mood by making great conversation, all while doing their job to the best of their ability.
