2 of the girls there ( one cooking pizza and young one at counter taking orders) need to practice good customer service! Rude, blunt, threw the pizzas around with bad attitude , no smiles just RUDE Photo is of the garlic prawns pizza ..... 4 to 5 slices had no prawns ! And one prawn on each slices on the rest. I threw it out. Will go to Sam's pizzas next time

This place doesn't even deserve one star I rang in to order I explained that I had important visitors from Sydney and would appreciate it if pizzas are cooked better than my last order Coincidentally the previous undercooked pizza was exactly like the picture reviewed below) ( prawn) Female response ,"we cook our pizzas well , anyways what's your order?" I replied, I don't like your attitude what is your name and is there a Supervisor about ? She replies, I don't have to give you my name ignores me again and asks for my order I than say ,"I want someone else to take my order She put me on hold than deliberately hangs up on me Unacceptable behaviour I call back eventually place my order Male delivers We couldn't eat 3 Pizzas, it was horrid !!!! I specifically requested to go easy on the sauces Whoever made the slop squirted and drowned pizza with the sauce It was disgusting !!!!! Looked like diarreah !!!! As a host It was embarrassing to serve this slop up to my guests 😡😡😡 I made the wrong choice by supporting local Domino's in BATEMANS bay I regret not stopping in Woolies and putting on a bbq I hope the Supervisor reads this and seriously makes some changes to the store I should have taken notice of reviews before ordering!!!!!!!! They say lead by example? Under scrutinous observation , in all fairness: You only have to ring the store and speak to the wanna be Supervisor that extremely lacks supervision skills to understand why the staff are the way they are Unprofessional/ rude etc

13/8/23 - 6.25pm - wait over an hour for 1 pizza to be delivered, then get it and it's cold. Absolutely hopeless!!! If you want the worst service in the area be sure to visit here! Ignored us for about 5 minutes before a staff member out the back yelled out what name we were there for and the girl on front counter tonight (sat 16th April 2022) at around 5.45pm has no manners, is slower than a wet week, unprofessional and should consider a job where they couldn't care less about customers. 29/8/22 - Still the worst service

I am severely disappointed with domino's. My family and a guest ordered pizza for delivery and we called to confirm the order, the order was confirmed, then we called again to wonder when it was coming because it had already taken a while. We wait 10+ minutes (the time they said it would arrive), no pizza. We call again to find out that apparently or order wasn’t in the system, even though we had already confirmed it, we spoke to the manager and was patient at first but then got more frustrated with him because he wasn’t apologising for this inconvenience (mind you we had waited over an hour for the pizza at this point), he didn’t offer any other possible outcomes of this situation and he wasn’t very good in general, my mother told him not to worry about it anymore because we had waited long enough for the dinner and we certainly weren’t going to order again. It is now late and we are making our own dinner, which results us in being hungry for even longer. Overall dominos is unreliable, unmannered and I am certainly not impressed.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 side deal. One of the pizzas looked like it had been chopped with a whippersnipper. The photo shows what the new cheese burger pizza looks like... nothing like the picture. Half the toppings are missing. Don't recommend ordering anything from these guys.

Pizza came out quick and hot however, the pizza might of been a little rushed as you can tell from the picture below.

Pizza sometimes awesome picture-perfect, but sometimes the toppings are on the skimpy side, the loaded pepperoni a case in point. We've had great ones and also not-so-great ones. The chicken and camembert is always good but half the time it seems undercooked so we always plan to finish it off at home before eating. Also, the staff seem to be unable to slice a pizza evenly ever, so maybe prepare to re-portion before the kids get involved to save the sibling arguments before they start.

This store has ok Pizza's. Currently it's the long weekend in a popular tourist spot. The Domino's website has a deal of 2 pizzas two sides delivered for $25* The promo code isn't accepted by this store. Instead you can access the same deal on their site but it costs $36.99 (plus all the extra charges they add on). I used to order from this establishment quite a lot. No more. Price goughing at it's finest.

Ordered a pizza from new burger range, looked nothing like photo, half the ingredients not on it. Rang the next day to speak to manager, he said I should of taken photos, sent photos to them , brought back pizza, basically run my own little investigation into, rather than he just take my word. same order, scrolls were completely flat, not from delivery, as box wasn't squashed, came out of oven that way, and they still packed them. Don't expect to get what you see in the photos, and don't expect the manager to take your word your order wasn't done right. I used to order regularly, but never again.

Manger needs to learn the costumer service, cause he insulted me that I'm rasisit, and he use f word at me, even staff witness and the people in the store, basically we have accept what ever they send

Had the seafood pizza and the cheesy garlic bread from this place. The pizza and the garlic bread tasted decent enough and the service was ok.

Only eat here when I have to, only thing that delivers in the bay, it has potential as any dominoes restaurant has, however it all begins with the right leadership in place, Jake delivering my pizza tonight is the type of bloke I want running my business, he cares, he is a great communicator, has vision and has the intelligence to lead a group. It would be a shame for the bay dominoes to loose a worker of Jakes calibre. Good luck Jake, I hope you get a chance to shine. Ordered here again tonight, wow, the shop has made tremendous turnaround, I’m not sure if it’s Jake at the helm, or the same people, either way it was like eating dominoes from back in the day, back to basics, thank you guys for a awesome dinner, great to see the brand fulfilling its potential, great for the bay of this is the new standard, will order next week. Cheers guys.

Dominos has changed their ordering system and in turn has no way of compensating customers who have had problems with their order or are deserving of compensation for items not received or unavailable. This is an internal issue not just isolated to one or two stores but the entire franchise. Customers are expected to bare the cost of their lack of ability in store to compensate or rectify any mistakes or issues that may arise and the company needs to re-evaluate their customer service side of business and how they can empower their shopfront staff to rectify any inconveniences caused to their customers.

Is there even a point to this place? I mean if you wait 40 minutes for an order and they forgot to make it they should at least make it a priority instead of saying we’re sorry about that and just puts our last. Finally we get home and can’t wait for the food. Open up the garlic bread and it’s cheesy. We call them up and say it’s wrong then they say that it was really cheesy. We even played a sound recording of me saying I wanted just garlic bread to them and they transferred us over to some Indian guy that starts going on about how we should’ve check the order and told us to come back and it would be waiting. We said we’re not coming back and then repeats himself saying come pick it up. Never go here they don’t do anything right

To be honest, I nearly didn't order here because of the other reviews. It was quite literally a 'gamble' as I was after a quick takeaway that wasn't the price of the other pizza shops in the area. Gotta say, the gamble paid off. Cheesy garlic bread, a large pizza and chicken bites for the same price as a single pizza (or not even) at the other places. The pizzas definitely not going to win any awards but it was decent and good for the price. I was happy with the food and glad to have taken the gamble.

We did an online order waited an hour and 20 minutes for the order to come. Part of the order was forgotten and the delivery person says if you still want it I’ll go back and get it. In the meantime we open the pizza and sides and they are stone cold. Worst of all call the store and the reply is sorry but we are delivering a lot of orders all at once and they are very busy. Sorry but not good enough!

Today is my 82nd birthday I I wished to spoil myself by ordering a pizza meal, a rarity. Ordered a Grandfather from Batemans Bay pizza at 4.30. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I called to see when the pizza would arrive. Five minutes, I was informed. After another 30 minutes I started calling, but my number did not get answered. No pizza, and I am very angry and hungry. Will never deal with Dominos, they do not deserve custom.

The pizza aromas where lovely coming out of Dominos this very day, super delicious Veg Trio Supreme hit the spot.

Who ever was in charge of this Dominos branch should be fired. I waited for my order to be delivered but it arrived 50 minutes over the estimated time but when it did arrived they got my order wrong. So, the delivery guy took the wrong pizza back. I waited for another 40 minutes but when it did arrived the lava cakes I order with the pizza were placed in the same box and were practically melted. Never again! Sam's Pizzeria pizzas are better and the staffs are always polite and friendly.
