Wow. This was a great place to stay. Our family of 4 had a large two bedroom apartment style space with two King Size beds. Incredibly good value dollar wise for this tasteful totally refurbished hotel. Rob was amazing and very helpful on the front desk, letting us check in 2 hours early. An easy 800metre walk into town. The Quays is well located across the road from the water and a short distance from the town centre. Our room was very clean and well equipped. We were greeted by a lovely and helpful lady on arrival who gave us some great tips on the local area (and a very useful map😃).

Looks like a motel from outside but is a hotel from inside. Super clean and comfortable beds, walls and furniture in clean condition. Maintenance is good so everything looks new. Had good amount of coffee and tea packs, and a mini bar with wine, juices and chocolates. Just needs a microwave in the room so we can heat our coffee and cakes. Location is bang on. Just 1 km from main market so it's peaceful around and the water is across the road so a good stroll is always possible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would always return here without thinking about any other place.

A classic motel that has been fully renovated. It is located across the road from the bay. Located about 2 minutes drive from Bateman Bay’s CBD. Plenty of parking on location. Excellent prices. Extremely clean rooms. Excellent air conditioning. The room is more spacious than we expected. Rooms are located at ground level and upstairs - if you don’t want to, or can’t, walk upstairs to a room I’d recommend requesting a ground floor apartment when you book. The staff here were friendly. And we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice King Room. Beautiful bathroom. Nice that it had a lounge chair in the room. Just only a couple of things that stopped me giving 5 star's. I hope management fix them. I would recommend this Hotel.

Excellent, clean and well appointed rooms in a convenient beachside location. The only criticism was the very noisy lorikeets in the tree right next to the room!

We booked a night here at short notice, it is in a great location across the road from the marina. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size, well equipped and comfortable. My husband was impressed with large shower head. I will note that the walls are a little thin and you can hear running water/ flushing toilets in the adjoining rooms ( or in my case a man excessively coughing). However, this did not take away from our otherwise enjoyable experience and we would stay here again. Thank you Quays Hotel.

Neat, clean and well appointed, plus in a good location with off street parking. But gee the mattress was unforgivingly firm. Not as young as I used to be so I struggled to sleep. Just a personal and small issue of course!

I travel a lot for work and I have to say that this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. Great size, location, and styling. Comfortable and clean and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Wow!! Great stay! Highly recommend. Not an instant coffee but Coffee capsules with an actual coffee machine in your room (you feel respected), Modern atmosphere, the mini bar treats you like a queen.... Very friendly staff, we went for my birthday and they gave me a box of chocolates!! It was really nice and surprising. 👍👍

Visiting Batemans Bay with my daughter for her birthday. Booked the family suite (two bedrooms, 1 bathroom) so we could sleep separately & not disturb each other. The room was spacious and clean. A reasonable bathroom (could be better lit) and good shower. Comfy beds. No kitchen facilities unfortunately. Location is good being close enough to walk to either of the registered clubs and shops. The only real issue we had was noise - being downstairs, under the stairway to the upstairs rooms, we heard every movement upstairs, also woken by other visitors starting their cars early, traffic on the main road going past the motel. But overall, a pleasant stay.

Very clean and tidy hotel… open car park space… restaurant is not open… Just a little bit noisy from the street and I think because it’s not possible to close the windows.

The room size was decent. Service is great Improvements: Microwave addition to the rooms will help. There were empty rooms but it was still makerd as full.

Nice hotel. Practical, rather spacious rooms and REALLY GREAT beds. Unfortunately, I arrived sick and exhausted from our drive. Appreciated a good night sleep.

Quays Hotel is situated opposite the Marina and Seaside boardwalk. It was perfect for walkers like us. The room was comfortable and clean with enough space. Modern, tastefully done with big comfy big king bed. White shutters and calming colours bland perfectly, giving you a nice feeling. The spacious bathroom with separate toilet was clean. The hotel has a parking spot for the car. Wi fi complimentary, worked well without any issue. The lady staff was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Can't miss politeness, friendly, helpful approach. 12 out of 10.

A bit too far to walk to the main shopping area , bars & cafes. Otherwise, very helpful staff who suggested places to eat. Room was spacious & had extra large shower. Apparently this older style Motel has been refurbished recently. Parking is available & rooms are ground or first floor.

Just love this place. Clean, well priced, all the extras you can wish for, great service, opposite the beach, friendly staff and an amazing manager called Rob. To many good things to say so let the pictures speak for itself. Love it ❤️🎉

We spent a night at Quays. Room was clean, receptionist was very friendly, basically Qays hotel every thing you look for when spending holidays near coast. Highly recommended

Large rooms. The hand basin in the bedroom is a good idea but its to high and set bak on a cabinet. A little difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth especially if you are short.

Such a surprisingly nice hotel. Great location, friendly staff, really nicely renovated and furnished. We had a 1 bedroom room for a family of four and it was perfect. Easy walk to JJ's at the Marina as well. Ample free parking

My husband & I just spent a weekend at the quay hotel. The room was tidy, clean & had everything you need. The staff were friendly & helpful. Located directly across from the marina between two clubs for dinner & a nice walk into the main town centre. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Batemans Bay make sure you check out quay hotel.

We just want to say a big thank you to Rod for letting us book last minute and for providing the last room. Despite having to leave unexpectedly yesterday due to an emergency, Rod was very understanding and even offered us a refund. However, we couldn’t accept it just for inconveniencing him. Thank you!
