👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 We are locals who have been patronising this business for many years. This week I ordered a double waffle cone and it was the size of a single cone. I asked the girl serving if it was a double and she said it was. Usually the ice cream is quite hard for them to scoop, but lately it has been quite soft and easy to scoop and is melting before we even get out of the shop so it's not being stored cold enough. Although the photo looks like it's a good size it is taken from the top which makes it look bigger, and the cone wasn't fully filled as it usual is. I NOTIFIED THE BUSINESS, AND ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE READ THE COMPLAINT, THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AT ALL. SO THAT WAS THE LAST BUSINESS THEY WILL BE GETTING FROM US, BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY LOCAL REGULARS. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Was a warm day so we decided to grab some ice cream. The line was fairly long so we knew this place would be great and we weren’t disappointed. The line moved quickly too as the service was efficient and friendly. The boysenberry and cookies and cream were really tasty! Very delicious as I’m sure the many other flavours were too, as they had quite a range. I’d definitely recommend and would go here again.

Visiting from Sydney looking for a breakfast option with views of the water. The place we were planning to go to was closed, so we wandered up the street and stumbled upon th ice creamery. Great view, excellent food, good range of breakfast options, very reasonable prices.

Not impressed this time. I came here as I've enjoyed the meals in the past. This time I'm going to say it was a huge let down. The coffee was a lot weaker than usual I ordered the eggs and bacon expecting a decent serving of food and found that they may have given me a whole egg, and that was almost cold by the time it got to me. The cost was not worth it and again I recommend getting the egg and bacon roll with the coffee instead of trying to eat a keto healthy meal that cost less to make because they'll charge you more, you just need to adjust your meal at your table if you don't eat bread because I paid 5 dollars more for less. Since an extra egg on the menu is 2.50 the cost of the meal I got was not justified.

Great selection of flavours and sundaes, also a good variety of breakfast and lunch deals. Thick shakes and milkshakes or a soda or coffee. Fast service and friendly staff, just down from the bay bridge along the promenade. Prices are reasonable as well.

Lovely family focused staff, friendly and cheerful. Great tasting ice cream. Milkshakes are made from the ice cream, tasty, frothy and yummy! Great choice! Great breath of flavours! The Rock Salt Caramel has a great salt kick with lovely caramel. Am getting a little after taste that lingers on the palate though. Good. Recommended

Had pasta dinner and all 6 of us were happy with service and meal. Got exactly what we ordered with a smile 😊. So impressed that 4 of us had breakfast there. Again, very satisfied. Even the water views across the road were sensational!

The pancakes here are to die for!! We liked their food so much we had breakfast there 5 out of 7 of the days we were in the Bay. The staff couldn't be more helpful & customer service was top notch. Definitely worth a stop in & 100% the food coma afterwards 😆

These guys make the best coffee I've had in ages. We detoured on our way further south for more on the last day of our trip. I have a child with allergies so an icecream place isn't the obvious first choice but they were knowledgeable on ingredients (dairy soy and egg allergies) and my kid was able to enjoy a sorbet. The icecream here has always been good, great variety and delicious, my family has been coming for years on holidays.

Had a wonderful breakfast crepe I realised half way through that they forgot mushrooms and tomato. No big deal I told them and let them know I was happy to get them on the side . But instead they brought out a whole new breakfast. Unnecessary but very nice of them . Food and atmosphere where great 👍

The guy with mullet haircut gave us excellent service! I got the rock salt Ice cream and it’s 10/10! Must try in Batesman Bay!

We have been going to this place for more than 15 years now. We are from Canberra. Each and Every time we visit, the service is impeccable. Such great customer service is hard to see these days and not to mention that the ice cream and the other food options are heavenly. My personal fav is the Rocky road which my daughter has inherited and gotten so used to now as well and my son loved the cookie dough ice cream today. I also had a sweet crepe and it was very tasty as well. Hoping to see this shop again on our next visit.

We've been going here for years and they have been consistent with their friendly service and quality of ice cream they provide. Yet to try their food, but when you've got ice cream... isn't that a meal?

I really wanted to like this, the service was friendly and there were SO many flavours and gluten free options. But probably too many flavours for turnover. One flavour was super grainy with actual pieces of ice in it, the other was a nut flavour but there were no crunchy nuts, just old mushy pieces. And the flavours were somewhat artificial. In a first for me I couldn't eat much, and felt sick afterwards. Ice cream has been a theme of this road trip and this is the first one we didn't like. Maybe if there were less flavours there'd be less old stock..

Didn't try the ice cream, but the coffee was pretty good. Not typical hipster OTT stuff, but decent quality and prompt friendly service at a convenient location. Some nice outdoor seating areas with lovely views of the river.

The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional! There was ample parking available, and the restaurant had a great selection of meals that would satisfy any food lover. Additionally, there were many ice cream selections available. The coffee was also great, and the restaurant was dog-friendly, which was perfect for pet owners. The restaurant was situated in a perfect position right next to the boardwalk!

Just popped in with the kids for an ice cream after a scooter play date. The young woman that served me was very accomodating with the kids, fast, efficient and pleasant. With such great service I will be back for sure. ….. oh and the ice cream was delicious. 🍦😍🤩

Very good, with consistently good coffee and great range of ice cream. Fortunately I'm not a local, or I'd almost certainly be a kilo or two heavier. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
