Had the single best feed of KFC ive ever had in my life. Who ever was working there on Thursday 28th of April and cooking that night needs a promotion ASAP.

Not happy at all, ordered and paid for 6 piece pack, 3 wicked wings and 5 strips. Should have checked before leaving the store as I have now arrived home in Moruya to discover there are only 3 small pieces and the 3 wicked wings in the box, certainly not going to feed the family and it’s not worth the hour to drive there and back let alone the fuel to get what we paid for. Still one star Either oil dripping throughout bag.or don't have sides that go with order,or dry small pieces,or chicken off bones,or totally screw up,or don't have the correct pieces like box of wings etc etc.chips not cooked probably.etc Run of of this and that.my experience is at night dinner time!!!!

I take my hat off to the boy around 15/16 today -5 2:15 on front counter packing and serving people, he was so nice and caring had about 20 orders and a bunch of angry customers but still but up and did he’s job so well, he deserves his behaviour to been shown keep it up man!!

Dirtiest i have ever seen. Staff are standing, talking and laughing but no one can clean it. We were standing infront of the counter but they didnt take our order. Had to wait 25 mins for food. Bad management

got halfway through my burger then noticed the whole piece of chicken was severely undercooked, chips tasted like they were dragged in dirt. very unsatisfied and am going to be vomiting for weeks.

Went there during the school holidays, Labour Day exactly, after Oyster Farmer Daughter rudely declined and scammed us (read that review cause it was hella story). It did save us during our desperate time of need because all the restaurants in close proximity were closed due to the public holiday and we were near the desolate farm-like terrain. Our first impression was alright for a KFC. The male’s toilet was atrocious with a broken urinal and urine filled to the brim. There was no female toilet but a well-kept unisex toilet. The food was acceptable but the order system was a complete mess, the employees only announcing the order but not the order number. The did not provide napkins and wipes unless you physically asked. The state of the tables and chairs were a little dirty and full of crumbs. The TV was also set too low and ironically featured ads of opposing competitors such as McDonald’s, Domino’s and Hungry Jacks. Though these concerns were little overlooked by our ferocious hunger. Overall average. 3 stars.

A worker continuously looked at me, my friends and other young girls in swim tops. When approaching the manager no apology was given just an explanation that he is disabled. This is a coastal area and popular food place. As the manager it is her job to maintain her staff and work atmosphere. If she is unable to support her disabled staff properly that needs to be dealt with. Her lack of skill is not an excuse for creating an uncomfortable workplace. Not intervening on older men looking at younger girls- disability or not…just not on.

Our experience in Batemans Bay KFC was Not Good the Chic that was at the counter was Not helpful at all even stuffed up the order. But the food was Lovely we went outside to eat our meal and Next Minute the counter Chic came out for a break sat One table away from us and lit a smoke Puffing away until the end and if that wasn't enough she dropped it on the floor stubbed it out and left it on the floor... Dam Discussing.....

Being a kfc connoisseur, this has to be the worst kfc experience in my life. It took them abit over half an hour to prepare my online order, which was a family burger box. The staff being clueless and not being able to tell the difference between a zinger or original fillet, I asked them to replace it for the correct one. After receiving the correct fillet burger, two of them had the sauce missing. Again, receiving the two burgers that supposedly having sauce in them now, had the wrong fillet in them. I even caught a glimpse of one of the staff handling the fillets with her hand right after holding her phone. The incompetency of the staff is just amazing, just as amazing as the filthy state of the store.

Dirty, filthy place. Staff apathetic, did not include the chips in the bag. Very put out when we asked for them, and made a weird show of putting them in the box. Never again, the worst KFC we’ve ever been to.

Busy store with fast, friendly service and good parking. Chips were hot!

The lady (who I assume was the manager) was criticising other staff in front of customers. She treated customers with distain and arrogance bordering on rudeness. Apparently, it was our fault for the delay because so many people were turning up on Friday, and it can only be this busy on Saturday! I very rarely submit a bad review unless someone goes right out of their way to earn it. Usually, I prefer to watch the floor show and laugh it off as somebody having a bad day, but this lady went above and beyond when an unaccompanied blind lady asked a question about the menu and was promptly told it wasn't her job to read the menu for customers and to just go and look online. Needless to say, the rather upset blind lady left without a feed. Perhaps this staff member was just having a bad day, but just in case we don't want to add to her stress so we won't be going back.

One of the most disgusting KFC I have ever had. The chicken was soaked in oil and one of the pieces was black on one side. Took it back and they said its cooked, staff got stroppy when I said I refuse right eat it. And to top it off I have never seen such a filthy restaurant as the ceiling was that black because the air-conditioning vents and filters have never been cleaned, hope I don't get food poisoning. Will be reporting to the relevant authorities.

Had the crispy chicken burger. Absolutely delish. Very prompt service... faster than Macca's.

The worst meal ever! If I could give a minus on this food I would. Our chips, popcorn chicken and chicken fillet burger (they had run out of zinger fillets) tasted like they had been cooked 3 days prior and kept being recoooked each day until we got them. They tasted really sour and dried out. The worst ughh! My mashed potato and gravy container was only half full and the chips and popcorn chicken containers were filled to 3 centimetres from the top (probably a good thing considering the quality of the food). Batemans Bay KFC you need to lift your game. We paid nearly $50 for the privilege of buying this terrible meal. Never again!

Went here to get my dinner after work tonight and asked for a zinger crunch box which should come with a zinger crunch wrap and popcorn chicken when I checked I had got a burger and hot and spicy pieces. I reversed back to the window and let staff know my order wasn’t what I had asked for, I was told it was what I asked for and that if I wanted it fixed I would be charged the difference for their mistake. I told them not to worry and was not impressed won’t be going back for a while staff attitudes were rubbish. O and to top off my experience when I get home and start eating my food chips feel and taste like they have been cooked 10 times.

Theo salts the chips the best, she deserves a raise as well as Phillip cause no one else bothers to put salt on the chips. You need to hire more people like Theo and Phillip!

Best experience with a kfc so far. missing a chicken tender however… experience over quantity of chicken :) the little boy at order station didn’t have a very big smile but it all washed away in the rain when he brought us out CHICKEN in 0.5 seconds at the window. i did hit the curb on the way in so maybe line it up next so not curb hitting.

Ordered 2 serves of chips, 4 pieces of chicken, 1 gravy. Got home, only 1 small chips, no napkins and no refresher towels .. too bad if we were eating in the car with nothing to wipe our hands on .. the girl on the drive thru had hair hanging down her face, could hardly see her eyes at all .. the manager of this shift needs a boot up the rear for letting the staff present to the public like that. Having said that, the chicken was freshly cooked.

Friendly staff, but the chicken that I got was not as crispy as what i expected maybe under the heater for a bit of time.

Wow! I was stunned to see this KFC having such good quality food. The chips were well seasoned and the quantity of the food was amazing. The chicken pieces were big and everything had a lot of flavour.

The worst KFC I have been to . Staff have no idea what they doing 8.30 they were running out of things and I was not the only person angry and disappointed there. Please retrain staff . If they waiting for a burger for an order they just stand and wait . They have no idea on multi tasking . Chicken burnt .KFC head office please intervene and contact me .

Thay never get the order correct always something missing or incorrect. It's about time kfc batemans bay closed up shop. It's the worst kfc I've ever been to by far. Thay are rude and have no idea what thay are doing. It's been like this for years.

Average food and generally very poor customer service. Worst nuggets I have ever had . Maccas is just as bad. Better off paying a bit more for real burgers from local take aways Drive thru is convenient - unless KFC say their eftpos is down lol

Most filthiest place ever, dirty and disgusting, couldn’t eat the food for fear of poisoning. Should have taken photo, dried out chicken. A Broom would be handy and a clean out of the overflowing rubbish bins would also be good. KFC Batemans Bay - Clean your act up. You bring shame to the other restaurants.

Always have good experience with drive through, sometimes have to park and wait on food which is understandable. Had a bad experience with going in to get food. Service was slow, staff unhappy and swore at customers when customers where wondering what is taking so long.
