Waited 40 minutes at the drive-thru because it was the only restaurant open in Batemans Bay after 11.30pm on boxing day. We couldn't back out of the drive-thru because of the queue behind us. After collecting our order, we drove back to our hotel only to find the burgers were hard and crusty from being toasted too long. The lettuce the put on my burger looked OLD and expired. The photo doesn't do it justice. Needless to say I didn't eat it. Disappointed.

Awful, chick in drive through said it will be 2 mins on fresh fries, so I parked out front (not a problem) waited 20 minutes still nothing, I rang the store because my sick 3yr old boy was with me in the car. They said they weren't cooking my food because they were doing some form of training and my whole order will be another 20 minutes. Don't you think they would have told me that earlier when I ordered ? Absolutely pathetic, went in and got a refund and left. Food there usually sucks or is missing, or both. Would not recommend.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is the worst takeaway I’ve ever been to. The wait times are BEYOND a joke. The staff don’t want to be there. The place is always dirty. I’m a pretty regular customer being a full time shift worker and I can not say I have gotten my food quicker than 15 minutes one time I waited just over 50 minutes for one cheeseburger. All the staff who work there have the most sour looks on their faces and clearly don’t want to work! As for the cleanliness I don’t think these guys know what a clean floor and kitchen looks like. This place needs new managers and staff with better attitudes and work ethic. It’s pretty embarrassing having a multi million dollar company restaurant run so bloody poorly.

Actually cannot believe the state of this restaurant. Not only when I asked for a cheeseburger with no pickles onions and sauce for my kids and then they joked about not putting the patty on either, which i assumed was a joke. The store is filthy and smells like bad teenagers and a strawberry kiwi bar vape. Not to mention the amount of eshays lurking around every corner.

McDonald’s Batemans Bay has come up in the world! Congratulations and a big well done to the team on last night, we were the last of a full drive through, nailed the order, food was made properly, no wait, maybe 5 minutes from start to finish. Fast food! Team must have been following systems, everyone played their position and it showed, a place like McDonald’s can only succeed when all are invested and play their individual roles, to allow the group to thrive. Congratulations to all, might not seem like a lot to many, but I see you! Thank you for cooking dinner and hope everyone continues to do their best, not just at work but in life too.

One of the best McDonald’s customer experiences I’ve had. The staff were so helpful and patient, not only to me but everyone they served. The place was almost spotless, and even though it was busy there was not one thing I could fault my food on, my order was correct, fresh and brought out in a timely manner.

We went there when it was very quiet. Friendly staff but the place was very dirty! It was awful, rubbish everywhere, food on the floor, no cleaning at all! It supposed to be covid safe and I’m pretty sure you could get something worse than covid!

Customer service here was less than enthusiastic. Staff were less than proactive. We waited more than three minutes for a person to take our order. The line up to the drive thru was very long. By 10:30am there was rubbish piling up at the garbage bins. The food tasted great. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating at his store. There is parking available near the front door. The site is located about two blocks from the town’s central business district, and about a block away from an electric vehicle charging station.

Never have I been to a dirtier Maccas than this. It’s 10am and the bins are over flowing and there is rubbish everywhere. No toilet paper in the toilets. The food was standard but the coffee was so bad we asked for it to be made again. A young girl who works there but not rostered on today was hanging over the front counter barking orders at staff. Can’t believe that McDonalds haven’t pulled this place into line. I would suggest people avoid this one.

Fairly slow evening but definitely preferential treatment regarding who is ordering. Myself and another customer ordered and waited for food even when employees ordered after and received food well ahead of us. Custom order was made horribly, with ingredients just thrown into the burger box with no care as to placement or function for eating. Not a happy experience.

Dirty dining area. No regular cleaning behind done. Wires hanging from TV, no serviettes to use, need to ask the staff. Coke was overfilled and not cleaned up, so was just dripping Coke as I took it to the table.

5.10am purchase. Literally no other customers, so staff wouldn't have been working flat out. Meal was cold. Staff obviously have no integrity in providing palatable food. Hard to fathom that level of unconsciousness. I called and asked to speak with manager, who apologised and offered replacement. Not much else will change at this store unless Management step forward as leaders and train staff in what is required of them in the duty of earning their wages. Food prep is and should always be performed with diligence. Impossible if staff have no respect for their employer, the buyer, or their own standards.

Great staff, especially the manager, gave us hot water for our instant noodles. Thank you 🙏

I just love the lady on the drive thru in the mornings. She's absolutely lovely and always have a smile on her face. Plus nothing better than a double shot capp on the way to work I the morning.

Venue well maintained and not too busy on a Tuesday afternoon. The McCafe is handy for hot and iced coffees before the drive. The iced mocha is tasty but could use less sugar. Service was fine. Toilets available and plenty of parking.

We haven't been to BB McDonald's for a very long time because our last experience was abysmal. Today we decided to try again. Take away breakfast. Food hot, everything there, coffee delicious the staff were very courteous and pleasant. We could not fault anything at all. Well done everyone at Batemans bay McDonald's it was a pleasure this morning, absolutely brilliant.

Certainly has improved since we last ate here. Got table service with a lovely young lady delivering our food with a big smile.

As I suspected, this chain is rubbish across the country. It's not giving kids the job you think it is. Bad training is as good as none at all. So drop the soft spot for this rubbish food provider just because they give kids a go. It teaches nothing more then mediocrity.

Fillet of fish certainly wasn't overcooked or too hot to eat straight away. Also, when I opened the box, apparently assembling my burger with love wasn't the highlight of that worker's day. I'm glad I didn't get delivery. McFlurry was excellent though 👌 The restaurant and especially the toilet were filthy

Mens toilets dirty and smelling, toilet seat broken, soap dispenser dangling off the wall. Visited about 10.30 am on a weekday, service very slow, particularly the coffee by time it was served our food was just warm. Hashbrowns seemed greasy, maybe result of being just warm.

Brought my family here for lunch and used a voucher we were given as part of our Ronald McDonald house stay (our 16 month old son has had cancer). Caught a female trainee staff member with a group of other staff around. 12:20pm making fun of using the voucher even when it clearly says Ronald McDonald house charities on it. Extremely unimpressed with this behaviour.

Waited 1/2 hr in line through the drive through before being served, then another 1/2 hr before we received the order. We only bought a cheese burger and 10pk nuggets 🤬 so long we had no choose but to stay and wait because we couldn't reverse back out with the already 5 cars behind us! Very poor service. Apparently they are short staffed! They have been short staff since they opened in Batmans Bay.

The staff were under the pump today and probably have been for a few weeks. I've never seen it sooo busy..drive through and in store. Hats off to you guys. Great service, excellent teamwork and the food was delicious, hot and fresh. Meal was served in an extraordinary small amount of time considering colossal amount of food orders coming in. Happy New Year...well done.

The first thing that hit me was how clean and tidy the restaurant was, not a common thing in fast food places. The second thing was how pleasant the staff were. The restaurant manager himself served me and was very accommodating to my wierd coffee order!

Staff are very slow with preparing food. A lot of staff stand around as if nothing to do or no customers waiting for their food or to be served. Staff cannot smile or even take off sunglasses to serve customers. Oh & chicken is not dearer than beef like I’m told.

This place goes off at night. All the teenagers hang out here. I'm not a teenager so I went in disguise. Dark glasses, trench coat, fake moustache, you know the drill. I didn't want to cramp their style. I had some teabag tea and stole a few fries from my mate. They were nice.

Good service. When i went through drive they didnt care about their drive through time. Yummy food. Would go back
