A lovely view of the bay staff were nice, beautiful surroundings, could do with a bit of tllc, would go back " beautiful free brekkie. I would like to say to those people who wish to pay for budget accommodation don't think this is the Hilton go elsewhere stop complaining.

We've stayed here for a while as price was always good. Our last room 26 was SO run down - it was dreadful. Smelly, everything falling apart, really bad. Used to be $90 - now $100 - we won't stay again. Barely 1 star accomodation. The lovely lady running the place always is run off her feet. She's really sweet - but the accomodation - NO THANK YOU!

We booked a room for the night as were travelling to go to Mogo Zoo which made Bay Waters the perfect place being only 15 minutes away from the zoo. Our check in experience was great, staff were so welcoming and helpful! Rooms have a lovely lay out and clean, tidy and modernised. Breakfast included and tea/coffee in the room. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling down Batemans Bay, great affordability too and plenty of car spaces right outside the rooms!

Just looked online for long term stay anywhere on the coast for my partners mother , found this place and it states that they are happy to work out affordable rates for long term stay of 1 week to 3 months , when my partner called the lady said "I don't know where abouts online you're looking because it's $95 a night and we don't change that for weekly rates" my parter was a little flustered by her response and asked again if the place was the same and in the same place , asked about the website , and the lady said because he was being rude she and "David" wouldn't be helping my partner with any cheaper accomodation , after clearly stating that they don't discounted long-stay accomodation , now my partner was a little flustered and didn't understand why it said one thing on the website and another on the phone , and obviously is upset about his mother and little brother being homeless and wants to help in the best way we can , finding somewhere cheap and affordable for them to stay , but although stressed , he was not rude in any way to this lady who only said they offered a long stay option when she was hanging up rudely . So disappointed in the customer service

Sandy was fabulous but we could not stay in the first room offered. ! It's like staying at faulty towers ! Such potential yet so badly maintained ! I would NOT recommend if you expect at least some basic facilities and cleanliness !

It's really dated. Old noisy air conditioning units above the doors, which drip water on you as you enter and leave. Carpets smell pretty bad. Very tired looking rooms. It does the job if you just want to rest your head for one or two nights.

From the start Sandy welcomed me with a friendly smile & after entering my details in, Sandy then explained where my room was & how to get there, also saying there is plenty of parking for my small 3.5 tonne truck. My room was clean, tidy & so was the bathroom. The price for the night was very affordable & quiet. What more can I say except keep up the great work. Will be recommending my family, friends & business associates 👌👌👌👌

Expecting budget, received much more! Very friendly and helpful staff from Belinda at reception to the guys doing the gardens. Clean tidy rooms, BBQ area & games room, 2min to the boat ramp and riverside restaurant. Thanks for a fantastic weekend away, our group will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
