Ordered two new spicy crispy chicken with lettuce burgers one with meal and waited for more than an hour. Then, received just the drink without any burgers. I made a call in the shop and talked with the manager. I had to pick up the order in the shop myself despite paying the delivery charge earlier or else just get the refund. And what I had received after all their negligence was crispy chicken with "lettuce" burger without any lettuce. SO DISAPPOINTED!

After 20 minutes waiting in the waiting area i went inside to ask where my order was, only to be told that they were out of the mayo i asked for, don't know why it had to wait until i come in to ask about it. The server, Suzanne, out front was great to deal was doing her best despite the very little support from management, where were becoming frustrated with her as she was unable to do the managers duties for her out front, sorting out a refund.

This place used to be good. Chicago burger today was yuk.. dry and had barely any sauce and lettuce on it. Chips had no salt and was asked to pay 50c for extra salt!😃

Walked in, only customer in the restaurant and waited to order while 3 front counter staff ignored me while continuing to look at something more interesting on one of their phones. They continued swearing and laughing until eventually a nice young man from out the back saw I was waiting and came and took my order. The order then took about 10 mins to receive, delivered with pretty poor dismissive service by the original front counter staff. Zilch professionalism.

Worst hungry jacks ever! Waited over an hour for our delivery, could of made it ourselves quicker! Ordered medium chips got a half full small. Onion rings were also tiny not the large we ordered. The whisky River fried chicken burger looked tiny. Totally not worth $60. Sack all the staff and start again!

Teach your morning staff how to talk with customers. If they haven’t slept properly last night, it’s not customer’s fault.

Quick service, plenty of parking spaces to dine in along with a drive through. There's a few kiosks where you can order the food as well. The Burgers are alright however the amount of lettuce is understandably less given the current situation. Will definitely come back here.

Went through drive-through today at 9am for coffee, only to be told machine was broken. Then you are trapped in that lane! So ordered two bacon and egg burgers for family and a hash-brown for myself. It was luke-warm and still raw in the middle. My son said his muffin had a chunk out of it like someone took a bite (I doubt they did, just his description). HJs here used to be fantastic for breakfast, their standard has significantly dropped unfortunately.

Pretty good service. Quick and orders have always been correct. Food is fresh. Hungry Jacks have the best chips/fries of any of the fast food restaurants.

There where only 2 workers. They had no ice in store, who runs out of ice?! They had only one lactose free option for milk which was almond so if your allergic to almonds good luck! They did make the iced drink however the milk was warm! And the whipped cream was also warm! I ordered the caramel fudge iced drink and it tasted like straight milk with only a little bit of coffee taste, no caramel whatsoever. Their eftpos machine was also broken! Come here if you want to get sick!!

Manager was an absolute angel tonight, let me order $2 worth of sauce to change out for a bbq cheeseburger as they don’t have that as an option for delivery. made my week glad to know there’s still good people out there

New Jack's burger was surprisingly great and had to wait for it to cool down a little before eating as it was so hot.

Ordered the Turkish Breakfast Blat with photo showing egg bacon tomato lettuce possibly avo and mayo etc Recieved tiny insipid bun with one slice of tomato no egg no bacon. Went back inside and piss poor excuse, replaced the egg but not the bacon. Wont be going to HJ ever again. Completly terrible expirience.

Birthday lunch, stunner meal was a bit long to get after many orders that were done after us but we enjoyed the food. Could use some air-conditioning, the restaurant was very hot on a hot day, no relief inside.

No staff. One of the most under staffed fast food places I have ever seen. Will take approx 20 mins to get your food after ordering. I have been here 4 times, every time the same. shame on the owners for trying to pump so much money out into their pockets that it affects customer service levels. Will never go back !

The staff in general is nice and burgers are always great but the order accuracy needs a bit of work. They had put bacon in a burger which generally comes without any. Had to drive all the way back and when I handed it back to the manager, he just slid it towards the crew, where generally in other places they put it in the bin in front of you. Made me skeptic about them just removing the bacon from the same burger. Not very professional.

We ordered online to avoid a wait, but still had to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes. Once we got the food they forgot my sisters onion rings, the nuggets were stale, but damp and the burger was cold. I know it's fast food but it was very awful in comparison to other fast food i've tried.

Worst ever fast food experience I have ever had. Restaurant was filthy, staff were disinterested and disorganised. Waited 30 minutes for our meal (and we weren't the only ones). Was cold and tasteless. Come on Hungry Jacks, this should not be allowed

It’s been months since I tried getting food delivered from Hungry Jacks QBN. Every time my order is either missing something or arrives stone cold. Continuing this dubious tradition, tonight I received someone else’s order not even remotely resembling my own. Initially I was chalking this up to the delivery services but being that I only ever have this problem with Hungry Jacks QBN I must conclude it’s a them problem. I won’t be trying my luck again HJ QBN and I sincerely hope others come to the same conclusion because this is ridiculous. One bad order I can understand. Everyone has bad days but this is a pattern and when the food isn’t even that good anyway (being a cheap fast food place) I’ll take my $30 elsewhere.

Took so much time for the order. The sundae was melting. Gave us also the wrong order. Not going back to this branch. Chicken burger,chips and nuggets were cooked perfectly though.

I think this place is wayyy better then Qbn Mac Donald's, the staff are always polite the food is way better value then Mac Donald's also and their ice creams are way better taste and value then other places

both mine and my friends order had been forgotten about, 20 minutes later my order bumped itself up and was then another 15 minutes of waiting for it to be made. my friend had to go to the counter and talk to you guys because your stupidity completely missed his. we want our money back

We arrived just before it got busy at lunchtime and the staff looked disorganised and the food took ages. I'm sorry this is the last time I try Hungry Jacks, the burgers are bigger but McDonald's is nicer

Most chips came - or black at the ends. My coke no sugar did not taste right - I suspect the mix was running low. One of the toilet stalls had run out of toilet paper.

I thought Parts of Sydney was bad at ordering Items and not getting what you ordered at Hungry Jack's and thought It would be different in Queanbeyan but it was worse then Sydney , My two Cousins and myself didn't get what I ordered. How many other People didn't get what they ordered and don't say a Thing... I Looked at docket before I left I Asked the Staff they said they checked it and it's all there , So I Drove back to Captain's Flat , As I gave out the food and We didn't get what we asked for.

Today our family waited half an hour for nuggets and chips and a small burger (ordered in store). Seems they were more interested in their menu log orders than their customers in store, as several menu log drivers came in and out while we were waiting. Food was pretty bad too.

The place was clean, bubble gum storm was awesome. Whopper was good but the Carolina reaper burger was a thumbs down, I can’t tolerate spice. Not even pepper but my partner can. So he ordered that burger and said there was no heat. I had a bite and couldn’t even taste a single bit of heat. Man the chips is spicier than that burger

What Hungry Jacks runs out of burger paddies and only served chicken? So I bought the chicken burgers which were cold, the bacon was tough like jerky and the chips were overloaded with salt. It took ages in drive through... how else can one stuff up?

Yesterday, I ordered a whopper with cheese meal in the drive through and once I got home I realized there is only a dry beef patty inside...no cheese or veggies, no sauce like mayo. Needless to say the experience was disappointing

Not impressed ?. I wouldn't rush to go there ever again. Depressed looking unmotivated workers moped about . Not allowed to sit inside due to Covid19 but very few seats outside to eat tasteless burger and dried up fries. Hope they read this & improve.

In these days of COVID19, the service was extremely good & the food did the 'chain' proud.

A fast food place doesnt make you think of a hygienic location and for good reason. Staff were attentive and friendly. But overworked and understaffed.

If I could give less than 1star I would. Don’t bother with drive through unless you like a fifteen minute wait only to be given the wrong order anyway. Have tried Queanbeyan out about five times now and the (low) standard has been the same across the board. Hungry Jack’s is my favourite takeaway, but I won’t be returning to this restaurant because it is sub-standard in comparison to other experiences I have had. Would recommend Zambrero’s across the road.

The burgers are most definitely better at Hungry Jacks!! Not quite sure if I enjoy the Nuggets though ? not to worry they make up for their nuggets with every other item on their menu! The staff are always friendly and the food is always hot!

Often wrong order given, items missing, or while they are out of an omen and cooking that will leave the rest in the bag this when you receive it, it is cold. ? Often on drive through sent to waiting bay and wait another 10 min for the order. Don't go here if your in a hurry

fabulous burgers at hungry jacks Queanbeyan. we had the whopper burger .it was moist ,tender and plenty of it. bun was great too

This was one of those rare experiences. I stopped in for a quick unplanned lunch not expecting much at all. What I received was great service, a clean restaurant, hot fresh chips and onion rings, icy cold drinks and what was a pretty good burger for a fast food joint. Have I had better burgers? Probably but this one was in the top 5%. Everything combined just to make this a great dining experience. The burgers really are better at Hungry Jack's! Oh, and the fact that you can get a burger with beetroot on it.... Awesome.
