Rang to make a reservation for a twin room. The lady at reception quoted a more expensive rate than the one advertised on the motels website. I told her what the rate was on the website and asked her if they would honour that cheaper rate. She said that the room rate hasn't been updated on the website and they wouldn't honour it. She was extremely rude and actually hung up in my ear. Definitely shows that this motel has bad customer service. I definitely would prefer to look for a motel who actually wants guests to stay there.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants closeby, actually walkable. Room was clean and got parking. I stayed in first floor no lift so taking 1 star off. Otherwise great place. I would stay again and would recommend all

Amazing customer service during check-in. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including Wi-Fi. The smart TV was excellent and the bed was comfy. The best thing about my stay was the location! many restaurants and pubs within a 2 minute walk from my room.

Perfect location for exploring Queanbeyan! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and has everything you need for a long or short stay. The location is right in the middle of Queanbeyan, so an easy walk to restaurants, pub & supermarket. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Additional furry friends at check in :) Can't fault this Motel or location.

Very clean. Nice service with bed made, towels, tea and biscuits replenished daily. Bed comfy enough. Room nice and dark for good sleep. Centrally located. Good pub next door. Anytime fitness out the back. Take ear plugs just in case. Smart tv with Google TV available.

The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The owners/operators are very pleasant and very professional. Motel parking is excellent and there is good eating, dine in and take-away, within 150 metres of the motel. Queanbeyan is an excellent place to stay when visiting Canberra, other nearby attractions, or simply looking for a peaceful break.

Rooms are nice, beds are comfy and anything you need is within walking distance

Recommend all rooms befitted with Queen sized bed and then I'd give this motel 5 stars. Service is second to none IMHO.
