Went on a Saturday night, wait time for 2 people was 30-40 mins, sat down, had to verbally ask for service after 20 mins of waiting. Ordered a onion blossom instead I receive the "scraps" of the blossom. There was no offer of a substitute, waiter just shovel the pieces on my table with a excuse that they ran out. My partner ordered a surf and turf, the lobster barely had any meat- two bites that's it. I won't be back, only came to use giftcards.

So I stopped at the outbacks before taking my daughter to the aquarium & waited over 40 minutes for my bacon cheeseburger. when I received it, it was burnt & they had forgot the bacon completely and the tomato was withered. So the very nice waiter Matthew asked the cooks to remake the burger. So they brought me back another burger, this one had to be package to go because I was now late for my reservation at the aquarium. So when I got home to eat the second burger at this point I’m starving because this is four hours later the burger was burnt worse than the first burger in the restaurant. To top it off they failed to put lettuce or tomato on the burger. And I also requested crispy bacon which as you see in the picture the bacon is far from crispy but the burger sure is! How can a steakhouse not make a burger?? This is the world we are in now folks . The manager was nice

Slow service, and the place was practically empty. Once my server came, he was nice, but being nice doesn't mean good at his job. I ordered a Steak Filet, med well, and 3 sides. Baked potatoe, Brussel Sprouts, and Blooming Onion Petals. I requested the Onion Petals to be fried very light, like the color that's depicted on their menu. Obviously my waiter did not verbally communicate this request with the cooks. They came dark brown, and had an overly-fried taste. Also, all my food came warm, not hot. They forgot the Brussel Sprouts. The filet was firm, and had a hard like shell texture. Flavorless steak. Btw, someone other than my waiter brought out my food. My waiter didn't check in on me until halfway through my meal, which I really wasn't enjoying. He asked how everything was, and I mentioned my situation. He offered to have the cooks try again, and off he went to replace the Onion Petals, only to return with practically the same thing. I discussed my dislike for overly fried food with him twice. While ordering and after I received them. The cooks obviously don't get how to fry them light. So, here I am complaining. Honestly, for what the meal cost, I thought it sucked. No desire to return

Came here with a group of 7 friends. The food was good, but boy oh boy was the service lacking. We had to ask for plates when the bread was brought out. We were given 2 loaves of bread for 7 people. Jesus was not sitting at our table. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. We repeatedly had to ask for napkins and pepper, and I don't mean two times. Each request was 3-4 times. The young lady was pleasant enough, but she definitely was not on top of her game. We were seated outside and as early evening approached it started to get chilly so we asked if the heater could be turned on. We were told someone would be right over to turn it on. As I sit here writing this review, I wonder if it ever got turned on because it it sure didn't while we were there. I valet parked which took about 20 minutes to get in to and that's with those guys hustling. It took me longer to get out because they misplaced my 🔑. All of that being said, I would try this place again if I were in the area. I can't imagine having subpar service twice and having my key misplaced twice. It was probably just a fluke plus everyone enjoyed their meal.

Me and my wife were trying to decide on where to eat. We decided to try Outback. Our server was amazing. Roger was server and bartender as well. His politeness was truly real. When the food came out he was there to make sure everything was good. He filled and refilled our drinks. Came by to check how everything was going. I found it to be refreshing. That employees like this are still genuine. And now about the food. Truly delicious and well prepared. I was definitely full before we left. When we go back to Long Beach. This is a added stop. Thank you to Roger for making us feel at home.

Went here New Years Eve. We were told we could sit at in the bar area but could not order food. So we went to the bar area, but were told we cound only sit at the bar. They only had one cook on duty, so they had to limited food orders. The waiter in the bar area told us he could take our drink order. Another associate at the establish said differently. We decided to leave. Usually we have a good experience here. The atmosphere is nice. Outside seating includes ground and table firepits. The bread is awesome. Attaching pick of the New Years Eve night we went 12/31/21. We decided to go to Chili's next door instead. We will definitely go back here.

I’m a veteran. Memorial day weekend. Retired educator. I worked in the food industry for years while attending college. I ordered the lunch special sirloin steak with vegetable, and added the strawberry salad. We sat outside, with a reservation because we have our dogs with us. The manager came out and said there is no server at this time it’ll be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Two minutes later a server comes out and ask us, “can I help you, great! “He takes our order comes back within three minutes gives us a loaf of bread and lemon waters and disappears. 12 minutes later reappears after asking another waiter where is our waiter? He shows up saying that he’s doing other tables inside. I am unaware of his situation. Ordering more bread brings it and then within five minutes he brings our salads, specialty salads, the strawberry salad. And then we ask for more bread, and begin to eat the salad that turned out to be nothing but stalks. Our food arrives. I look at the vegetable which was broccoli, that was still raw and I turned it over and looked at the stems and it had black on it. Not from char, black because it was old Food. The manager finally appeared, and said that I had a problem with their server. I have no problem with their server, because this is how they present, this is the normal behavior. I showed her the seven stems that I pushed aside in my salad bowl and she said they serve bag salad at this restaurant. And then she said our specialty salads don’t use this lettuce in their salad. My significant other said this is a specialty salad. It is the strawberry salad. As a veteran on memorial day being taken out from my wife, I expected more, not trash bag salad full of stocks with red ends, and uncooked broccoli with black stems from being old. She then said I can make it up to you. What would you like? I said, “ i’ll try the mac & cheese.“ When she brought it out, I looked at it. It looked like vomit. Whoever prepared this wiped it with some towel and you can see the smear marks on the side of the bowl. For all I know it could have been wiped with the floor mop. I left it. Please see photos. If you want to be thoroughly disappointed, go eat here. It’s the outback. where they have to scrape up every crumb and morsel to feed it to their customers. The Manager removed one entrée off the check but for around $50 which this would have cost? I could have gone to Ralph’s and cooked a five star lunch, at my house and not be disappointed. This is the reason why I hate going to restaurants. They act as if you owe them for the dumpster dine that they prepare.

Outdoor eating is back! So this was actually a first for me in almost a year to dine outside. The setup here i felt the most comfortable and heater was set up per each table and we were spacious. Great to have a blue moon on draft finally!!! Steak was pretty decent and portions are large, I brought home alot.

We went yesterday june 2 for my birthday. We got there and they told us 10 minutes to get us a table which did not happen we waited over 30 minutes for a table when there was barely any people. After we sat and ordered around 7:23pm we got our drinks like 10 mins later but the food didnt come til about 50 minutes later to where the worst experience began. The steaks were completely burnt when we had ordered them medium well. We told the waiter which he offered to call his manager whom never came to speak to us supposably various waiters told us her name was Sarah Payne which we dont know if its true or not because it took us a while to get her last name noone wanted to provide it everyone said they didnt know because she was new. How is that even possible to not know your manager's full name? What got us more upset was the fact she didnt have the decency to come and speak to us if she would have come and given us a reasonable explanation we might have understood but all she told rhe waiter to tell us was that we werent going to pay for anything and as soon as qe were ready to leave we could head out just like that didnt even offer to exchange it didnt offer any other solution! Just horrible management! And to top it all off besides the fact that the steaks were burnt also all the food was cold how is that even possible if it took 50 minutes for them to fulfill our order atleast bring it hot! Never going to back there again and im making a formal complaint with corporate as well this is unacceptable!

After some very bad experiences at Outback in Manhattan, I wanted to give Outback a „last chance“. A sign „hiring staff“ near the entrance was not very promising regarding service and wait-times. The initial statement of the hostess was: actual waiting-time is 1:15 (hours!), but if I would accept sitting at the bar, I could take a seat immediately - which I agreed on thankfully. Subsequently service was extremely friendly and attentive, food was delicious and there was no waiting-time at all. What I didn’t understand was the fact, that there were heaps of empty tables both at the beautiful patio and in the restaurant. Maybe they kept them empty to avoid long waiting-times (for service) due to lack of staff… Nevertheless: a great experience and I will visit again!!!!

Sounds like a fantastic experience! Here's a review for you: "I recently dined at Outback Restaurant and had a delightful experience. The Australian-themed environment added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The steak was incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. Vanessa, our waiter, was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, enhancing our overall enjoyment. Looking forward to returning for another great meal!"

I took my family 2 weeks ago, and it was terrible. We get seated right away because the place was empty. We sat for 15 minutes outside, and no one came to take our order. I had to go and get someone to help us out. We then ordered, and the food still took a while to get to us. The potatoe soup was disgusting, as was the French onion soup. We normally go to the lakewood outback but since we live closer to downtown we decided to give them a 3rd chance. Unfortunately the 3rd time was not the charm.

The steak is always good here. The sides and appetizers are good as well. We had a large party of 11 and was quoted a 2 hour wait but it only turned out to be 20 min. We were happy and service was good. I will be back. My whole family likes this place.

Pretty standard franchise restaurant, you know for the most part what you'll get. Had a few issues with our order though. Macaroni bites were frozen solid in the kiddle, no problem staff got us some fresh ones quickly. Chicken sandwich was supposed to have pickles, kitchen staff used cucumber instead. Not bad but .... Not sure how you mix those up. Drinks were ok, but mostly ice so a few gulps and they're gone. Overall, it was ok. Nothing majorly bad, but kinda knew going in that we weren't going to the Ritz.

I'm only talking about the takeout experience. The food was decent. Not the worst but I feel like I definitely could've gone somewhere else and gotten better food for the same price. The mac and cheese from Pollo Loco is better than here. The baked potato was drenched in salt. They didn't give me two sets of utensils like I asked in the order. No ice in the drinks. No straws either. I'm not sure how the dine in experience is but the takeout experience was horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for takeout.

Food was excellent. Highly recommend the Toowoomba Salmon. The spicy meatloaf was superb. Service was polite, courteous & professional. Haven't been here in a couple of years. So glad we came

Great service. Poor meal. I got the steak and chicken, with mashed potatoes and rice as sides. Chicken was dry, steak was tasteless, mashed potatoes were nice, the rice was like an Uncle Ben's microwave packet.

Excellent service and a great atmosphere! The food was solid too! My two complaints are that I was told my table would be ready within 30-45 minutes, but it ended up being 90 minutes. Also, my steak ended up being served well done, rather than my requested medium, and it was very dry. But beyond that, still a good time! Great dessert too!

Great service. Everyone was friendly and nice. Our server took great care of us. The meal was awful. Got the prime rib sandwich and the meat was burnt to a crisp. It's prime rib.. why would it come out hard and black? The fries were on point though. Won't be going back there unfortunately.

Had the grilled salmon with a side of fries, and my husband had the filet mignon (+lobster tail) with a baked potato. The mashed potatoes, filet mignon, lobster tail and salmon were delicious. This place is fairly pricey, with not a lot of bang for the buck, in my opinion, possibly something to consider. The staff was very kind and attentive, the seating area was also clean. We came on a weekend early afternoon, so it wasn't so busy. Also, the parking isn't free, this spot is located near the pike and lighthouse, so dont hesitate to stroll around after your meal.

Food was warm and on time. They forgot one of the sides (sweet potato) of my meal. They were out of bread. There was a piece of very stale 1/2 loaf of bread. The mixed veggies we’re broccoli. The arugula was wilted on the strawberry salad and the pecans were so small. The stuffed potato is half the size it used to be. The goat cheese and strawberries were yummy. The shrimp, lobster and mushrooms were yummy. The lobsters were very tiny. The asparagus was tough.

Let me start by saying my wife and I love Outback steakhouse. Of ALL the restaurants we could go to for her birthday we decided to go there for dinner. You can imagine our disappointment when we get our soup, and are handed cheap a$$ plastic dinnerware that you would get from a gas station. Are you kidding me?! I could have saved $80 by getting my food from a garbage street vendor. I don't eat from plastic in my own house, why would I want to go to a "nice" place to eat off plastic?? What a disappointment this is. I don't care how good your food is if it's too be eaten from gas station utensils. I don't want to taste plastic. What a disgrace! Can't leave less than 1 star so...

Asked for the steak medium and it came out medium well. The bartender was really nice and had them redo it and it came out the same. I just ate it but the bartenders here are very nice and made what could have been a bad visit good. They are very friendly and helpful

Grateful that they were able to seat or big party. However, there were several mistakes with food orders and no one checked on refills; my daughter waited well over 30 minutes for her kid's cup. Bread was also well toasted. Not bad but not great.
