Super fun place and they have a great keto menu which is helpful if you’re trying to be healthier. The only reason for the 4 stars is the service was a bit slow and everything was very spicy! I’m not a huge spice girl so I just wish there would have been a warning.

They are wonderful, food is awesome. You can have chicken or salmon piccatta with veggies and garlic smashed potatoes. No where else in downtown to get piccatta . Also you feel safe to chill and just hang. Time out place for me!! Thanks R Bar ✌

Something for everyone here. It has a trendy hipster look overall but has lots of TVs for sports. The menu is similar in that way and has everything from avo toast to chicken wings. Bonus points for shuffle board in my opinion and a digital jukebox so everyone can be happy with the music. Friendly service and nice wine and beer selection.

So this is a new local bar/restaurant for me. I've met the owner, manager and most of the bartenders and all seem very cool. It's brand new, lots of TV's for games and fights. Food wise I've had the poutine and the burger and both are very good. They also have a sweet Touch Tunes for the jams. I'm stoked this is my new spot.

Cool little spot to stop and watch football basketball or baseball. I've been there twice during vacation now and really enjoyed it.

My experience at the R bar is always a good time with family and friends food and drinks are great .the bartenders and servers are very nice all in all we just have a great time.check it out u won't be disappointed.

I was in town for a music festival and stopped through here to get my fix of spirits before paying $18 a beer. R Bar is simply awesome. Great staff, I feel like an @$$ because I can’t remember our bartenders name. She was amazing though, if I lived in the area this would be my go to for sure.

Good selection of food and beer choices. I had a Cesar salad and the nachos for an appetizer. The nachos were so so good I highly recommend them! The salad was a salad, it was good but not like life changing. And also a mango cart since I’m picky with beers.

We have been to Long Beach just twice in 3 years (we are from the UK) and both times we visited this bar. It's loud and there are screens showing sports - and that is its charm! I don't know of any bars like this in England and that was the most enjoyable part! We had a warm welcome from the bar staff both times and the clientele were loud and happy! Decor is nice too.

Lex is an excellent bartender, such a kind individual who is very accommodating. We came in at closing time and he stayed open for us, served us with a smile and provided wonderful cocktails. He such a sweet man, conversational and it was a pleasure to visit this bar because of him.

This place looks nice & clean. The food is great. The staff are friendly & attentive. I've had their lunch & their taco Tuesday & I haven't been let down yet.

This place surprisingly has good low carb options!! It’s like Mexican food with eggplant refried beans and cauliflower rice. Definitely a hidden gem when it comes to food!
