This was our first time at Roscoes and the band that was there is now one of my favorites, the Greg Black Blues Band. Mr. Black was legendary and performing surgery on those guitars. His drummer was going to lift off that stool he was playing those drums 🥁 so well, he almost beat the breaks off those drums, lol. The piano and bass player were awesome too. And my chicken and waffle were very good. The young man that was our server was so attentive and on point!! He was also the bartender, thank you for being amazing too!!

Finally made it to ROSCO'S, but still didn't have any waffles lol. I came here to perform stand up, and it was so much fun!! Great crowd and atmosphere. It has old Vegas vibes. We had some Delicious Margaritas, they had almost every flavor. I liked the passion fruit. We will definitely be back!!

Wife and I got there early and still had to wait abt 45min … in the JAZZ LOUNGE . It was ok but who wants to hear a live dj blasting music at 10am and drunk people at the bar ordering more drinks as the bartender tells us to get up if we aren’t ordering alcoholic beverages ! The waiter came to seat us with another family snd kicked us together and the other waiters complained what is he doing BUT NOBODY did anything! Once we we seated , it took at least 1hr to place a order and get our food . Wings WERE NOT extra fried even tho they cracked it open lol I will say they serve very nice sized portions … I had wings and fries , wife had chicken and waffles , it was aiight .

Great mimosas! The man in charge is cheap and tacky though. Chastising the bar staff out loud about using too much liquor in drinks in front of customers

Excellent place to go for smooth jazz and r&b. Drink prices are reasonable and if you get hungry roscoes is right next door. Great deal you can't beat it!!

Awesome live music and good ole' Roscoe's chicken was a winning combination. Performer Don "The 1" Bell and his band were impressive!!!

We were the restaurant on a Thursday. My husband and myself. I ordered the chicken liver. The liver was extremely salty and it tasted burnt. My husband food wasn’t good. When we’re there on the weekend the food is good. No more weekday.

I was there this past weekend music was good. The old guy in the gold Lamy jacket ( thought he owned the place) was quite annoying and drove me away with his attitude. Will not return.

The staff is friendly, good blues on blues night. However the place is dated on the inside but still great entertainment and atmosphere

Don’t look any further for superb live music in Long Beach: jazz, R&B, soul, hip hop all delivered with flavor! Top notch musicians! Very friendly and relaxed vibe, I’ll be back!

It was a Friday night with a live jazz band performing. Bartenders were squeezing fresh juice into tasty and refreshing cocktails. Did I mention the AMAZING selection of booze? It's impressive. The only thing that the place lacked was an ATM machine despite that it is a cash bar. The bathroom was small but clean. The place had tons of seats. We sat in front of the band.

Drinks were cool, a bit pricier than most places but it is Roscoe's, but almost every time I come here, staff is rude as hell (even the manager), except that one young dude with curly hair.
