The food is GREAT but to my dismay I must say that the manager engaged several patrons directly next to me and when he looked at me he NEVER ONCE ASKED ME ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIS DINNER OR SAID HELLO. HE SIMPLY LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS PATRONIZING HIS BUSINESS. I WAS THE ONLY AFRO AMERICAN IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Authentic delicious Italian food. If you can't find what you normally eat on the menu then ask them to make it. As long as it is Italian dish. Check those dishes.

Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed. Dined here in the past and it was ok. This time, however the food was noticably smaller in portions, especially calamari appetizer that seemed like a half of the portion it used to be. Also, specials portion sizes were muchas smaller, including pasta. In addition, when we were brought bread basket it did not come with usual balsamic and olive oil mix. When asked about it, we were told there is a $1 charge for it. We spent over $100 with a tip for calamari appetizer, two pasta dishes with no protein, and a pizza that was extremely dry and not appetizing. I managed to eat half pizza, took half home and ended up trashing it. Sodas are served in cans, not fountain, and charged per can. We will not be coming back.

My son loves Italian food, history, and culture. He got straight A's and we decided to reward him with a Saturday night out at a more traditional type of restaurant. Our first choice didn't work out so we hit up Vino E Cucina. We had been here once before. He's a picky pre-teen so we were searching for a spaghetti option. The Bolognese was the closest match and he thought it was delicious! Prior, after eating the bruschetta starter for the first time he exclaimed, "These are the best tomatoes I've ever had!" The restaurant at times is a bit chaotic, but it's also relaxed and friendly in equal measures. Our server was outstanding. She made us feel like we were transported to a little friendly village somewhere in the those many Mediterranean hills. The juicy and tender sea bass special was prepared with just enough seasoning to make you want another bite. My wife had the contadina pasta meal and she enjoyed the pairing with the recommended wine. We saved enough room for dessert and I definitely recommend their traditionally made Italian cappuccino or espresso.

I enjoyed eating here. A lot of the food we got was really tasty, especially the Nonna. For appetizers, we had the gran fritto (calamari and a couple shrimp) and the fiori du zucchina. The fiori had a very good taste and unusual texture. The tiramisu had a subtle flavor and was delicious. Creme brulee was also pleasant. They were out of the Italian cheesecake unfortunately, but I'll try that next time. The service was quite good. We never had to ask for our water to be refilled. We got a lot of attention without intrusion. So it was very good. Two people with entrees, dessert, and appetizers was around $100.

We went there for dinner and were surprised by the affordable accommodation. I ordered some lamb chops and they were elegant. The only problem, for the price, is not much food. I had some pasta with wild boar. It was pretty good. They have a great selection of wines. Nice place to take a date and have a nice romantic dinner.

was here with my cousin (we're both girls) and we were both greeted very horribly by the man greeting people, he glared at us and just asked us "what are you here for" and was so rude and made us feel so unwelcomed because he greeted everyone after us so nicely. me and my cousin are both guessing he greeted us so rudely because he probably assumed we went there together as a couple because everyone who came after us were men and women together. we were made feeling like we needed to leave cause of glaring from the whole back crew after the man who "greeted" us went back there.

Just went here with a cousin of mine and was greeted very hostile. The man who greeted us said, "what are you here for" it was obvious it was our first time there. The way he said that made me and my cousin feel very out of place. He then seated us and just left without saying anything. We sat down and the whole time we were getting weird looks and glared at by the servers. After we sat down we would hear the man and the servers welcome the other customers as they walked in with a "Hello welcome". We then felt more uncomfortable because we were greeted in a way where it was very unwelcoming. My cousin and I were very on edge the whole time. We felt like we weren't welcomed there and honestly the food was good but service was horrible. I don't think we're ever going back but honestly this place needs work on service.

Do Not judge the food on the bread. Don't bother trying the bread. I'm not certain how they call it bread... I honestly no joke almost told our group to leave if the bread was any indicator of the food to come.. and it was a special occasion so I didn't want to risk it but we had already opened a bottle of wine so I was willing to chance it.. --But the foooood?... The stuffed pasta pouches are AMAZING. Get them. Also the spaghetti, the pesto and Bolognese are great. All pasta al dente perfection with perfect chew and perfect give. Fried artichokes for starters? Yes, the portion could afford two more pieces, please.... but seriously, them there stuffed pouches... I need seconds!

Vino E Cucina has been on my list for sometime since I frequent this street but have never made the time to visit here before. When we walked in they asked if we had a reservation, when we said we did not, we were still seated? So I’m not sure if it’s best to make one just in case but it was a busy weekend night and we were still seated. The food had some highs and mids. Our favorite plate was the stuffed tortellini with mushrooms. It was super savory and creamy and balanced well with the pasta. It was absolutely rich and delicious. We used some of the homemade bread to finish the sauce 😛 The calamari was yummy but lacked either more crunch or more zest with a lemon or something, but pretty mid appetizer! The other pasta dish we got with clams was good, but lacked sauce or substance. It was okay! The tiramisu was class and good but sadly I was left disappointed with the cannolis. The mascarpone was too sweet for my liking and the chocolate just added more sweetness. Overall I do want to come back and find those hidden gem dishes such as the tortellini, because if that dish was THAT good I’m sure there are others !

Food was very good, service was very good, location on the street charming. We got a table in the back unfortunately and we were not able to appreciate the ambience of the setting. Perhaps on a second visit.

This place was amazing! We didn't know you had to have a reservation and they were able to find us a table due to our patience. Waitress was very friendly and informative on the menu.

This restaurant is like a hidden gem. We had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant on Saturday after a Trunk or Treat. We called ahead to see if they could take a party of ten at 8:20. They close at 9 pm. They were gracious enough to wait for us and we stayed until 10 pm. We were treated with great service, excellent bread, exceptional food and a wonderful experience. We were never rushed, the hot bread kept coming and all the food was nice and hot. Everything was delicious. The waitresses we all smiles and were so kind. Thank you Vino E Cucina for making a our wonderful evening even better.

This place used to be a hidden gem, no longer. The word had gotten out about their delicious food. ( good for them) We ordered the Squash blossoms, lightly fried Artichoke hearts and Bruchetta for appetizers all were delicious. Next, we had the Carbonara, Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Funghi, Pizza Foresta. We finished with their homemade Tiramisu. All of the food was served hot and delicious 😋 ( no wonder it's packed, make reservations)

We've been several times. I like seeing lighter choices on the menu from what some may think of as heavy Italian food. Beautiful sliced filet mignon with a nice arugula salad...or chicken/veal milanese with a similar salad. The calamari was lightly breaded..and tender. Larenzo is the owner and front man...and his wine knowledge is unsurpassed,, with unique choices to try....and, he's a charming host. Always enjoy our food and wine pairing. Glad to have in our neighborhood.

Tried this restaurant because it had a 4.7 rating. Veal was tough, pasta was so so. Whoever rated this place 4 or 5, clearly never had good Italian food. If olive garden is average, this is below average.

Amazing! The flavors are rich and bold. Hands down one of the best italian dinners I've ever had. The meatballs were seasoned well and the sauce they came in went great with the bread. Overall a must go to whenever a good meal is needed.

Our experience at this restaurant was great. It is a small place but that is what makes it amazing because you get hit with the aromas of the dishes being prepared in the kitchen. We were not neglected by the staff who were courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. From antipasti to dolce each dish was a great experience. Thank you for making our first visit so memorable.

It is in a good central location, is a great restaurant and seems to have a good atmosphere. But I found the food to be average. we all had the pasta dishes and they ranged from very good to not very good. The service staff also ranged from helpful to not interested in you. The menu is not very, very limited. My waiters recommenations, one main meal and one dessert were both just awful! The suffle was overcooked and the pasta dish was very nearly inedible. So I had a bad meal, my 3 companions had a good-going meal. So, this restaurant is just ok. I think it gets its customers because its in a place where there aren't many restaurants. It also houses a patisserie that makes gourmet French type pastries and macarons. But I do recommend getting there, some where to go and things to do don't eat here as a matter of fact, I'm sure you can have much better food elsewhere.

This was a very pleasant surprise for us. We were going to airport to pick up our daughter and we had time for dinner. We looked online and found this place. We were happy that we did. The food was excellent as was the service. Also a very nice Italian wine list. We live about 1 hour from here. Wish we were closer. Hope yo get back soon for some more pasta.
