The
sky
room
does
not
shame
its
reputation
of
being
Long
Beach's
best
restaurant.
The
atmosphere
is
awesome
and
let's
you
drift
back
to
the
20's.
A
speak
easy,
plus
amazing
food.
The
location
is
Exclusively
located
on
the
top
floors
of
the
building
with
an
amazing
view
of
the
ocean.
Emphasis
on
exclusive
as
the
rest
of
the
high
towered
building
is
empty.
The
baby
beet
salad
featured
a
well
rounded
taste
of
the
red
and
golden
beets
and
the
goat
cheese.
As
the
main
course
I
chose
the
Truffle
&
Parmesan
Ravioli
with
creamy
pesto
sauce.
Delicious
taste
with
a
light
note
of
truffles,
although
the
sauce
was
not
as
creamy
in
its
consistency.
The
fig
tart
features
a
delicious
almondy-marzipan
taste
apart
from
the
figs.
The
chocolate
cake
for
dessert
is
a
well
rounded
finish.
It
has
a
rich
chocolaty
taste
and
I
would
recommend
it
if
you
had
a
light
main
course
as
in
my
case
the
pasta,
otherwise
you
probably
would
have
to
ask
for
a
doggy
bag.
The
staff
is
polite,
accommodating,
and
knew
their
way
with
small
talk.
You
will
truly
feel
like
a
prioritized
guest.
