Worst take out experience. Chilis doesn't make mistakes often or usually take 45 minutes for a to go order at 6pm on a Wednesday. 4 out of the 8 meals were incorrect, now we're standing here waiting. The to go hostess doesn't know the words thank you very well either. She actually tried to argue about the menu item being the right one when clearly the chicken crispers have 4 different options now. Mainly crispy or original. You have to pay for parking, even if you get it validated, which Chili's won't do since their machine broke a year ago and just directs people to other restaurants for validations. All and all, I'll drive farther to go to a better chili's. This management needs to take a moment and train people. Stop with the excuses and train.

I when to eat on Friday night with my boyfriend, we had such a bad experience our waiter was rude and disrespectful he was wearing AirPods while taking our order and he would ask the same things about our order cause he wasn’t actually paying attention to us, of course we waited a long time for our food, my boyfriend got a hamburger which was burned and for my order I asked for flour tortillas and he brought corn and we kindly ask him for flour instead and when he brought them he threw them on the table and said “there’s that” and walked away, we also had asked him for ranch which he never brought and plastic utensils cause the silverware he brought was dirty and ofc he didn’t bring it my boyfriend had to get up and go ask for it if I’m not wrong his name was davin. It just was such a bad experience…

There's something special about the word human kindness, we had a wonderful Server named Kat. After eating our meal we didn't think about getting the cake but my mom loves chocolate cake so I thought to myself why not. The server didn't know but this was a very special birthday my mom just beat breast cancer and is having her last radiation treatments. You wouldn't believe it she came out with a beautiful soft chocolate cake with candles. We must have literally cried to see the Joy on my mom's face ...something so simple that so much to us. Thank you for making her birthday so special 💗 Kat! I really appreciate you!

They forgot 2 items from my to go order. Sad, but oh well. But then I opened my grilled chicken salad and it didn’t have any chicken on it. Or cheese. 😭 Order to go at your own risk. 1st pic: salad expectation. 2nd pic: my sad, sad salad.

I love Chili's but the one located at the Pike takes extra long for the service. It wasn't even crowded on the inside when I did a curbside pick up. They were taking so long to bring my food. I had to go inside and get my own food and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes once inside. Never again.

The restaurant staff was absolutely terrible it was more then half empty and we waited 40 minutes also the bar tender was drunk probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced of people not doing their jobs at all food was good but just wow.

Horrible!! Never again am I coming to this particular chilis. First the food took longer than expected to come out. I ordered an ultimate Cajun pasta when it was brought the pasta was cold so were the shrimp and chicken. Not to mentioned the bread was hard as a rock I asked to speak to a manager but the manager never came. No wonder the service wasn't great. What to expect if a manager doesn't care nor will the cooks, servers or greeters. Unbelievable service! They don't even deserve a one star.

Pretty great experience with large servings and cheap lunch meals. Do remember to sign up for a free membership to obtain free chips. Pretty great meal and service.

FOOD POISONING. This place is dirty and gross and I got food poisoning last night at dinner. Had to ask someone to wipe off my seat because it was filled with crumbs after the last people. I’ve eaten here 3 times and idk what changed but all the sudden the quesadillas and chicken isn’t good and gave me food poisoning.

Went here for an early New Years Eve drink. Bartender was friendly and accomodating. His personality brought a comfortable vibe to the place. His name is Ruddy. I ordered a drink called Tito's Punch ( without the pineapple), my husband ordered the Smokehouse Combo. My drink was awesome. My husband who is a home cook enjoyed his meal as well.

We had to wait a bit to be seated because they were short-staffed but the food was delicious and the service was great. 10/10😊

Food was good, except for the corn. The corn was not crisp seemed to be yesterday's or old corn, soggy on the cob. Server was very nice, really liked her. Enjoyed the time with friends. Thank you for honoring the veterans. That was the best part.

Lack of staff! They took too long to seat people, besides there was no hostess in the entrance. Food is good as long as you seat in the bar, the bartender is really nice.

We were there on the weekend, kind of late around 2 hour before their closing time. Food was great, customer service was great as well. I just did not like the fact that it took 30-40 min for us to get seated (party of 5) when there were plenty of booths and tables available. Maybe understaff but it was a weekend day they should of been a little more prepared with scheduling their servers.

We ate at the bar as there was no waiting. The staff was nice and suggested menu items. Food was delivered in an orderly fashion and it was good. We tried to change a side from fries to a side salad but was not able to. Other than that, food and service was good

Chilis To-Go review The food was great and order accurate. Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes before you’ll be helped. The To-Go section is either under staffed or incorrectly scheduled. There’s almost always only one host/to-go employee helping with 3-8 orders at once. The manager was more focused on his tablet and closing out tabs.

Lovely affordable food, we got the 3 for me meal combo for around 12 bucks. It came with bottomless chips, unlimited refill drinks as well as a decent entree. Not to mention if you have their membership (which is FREE) you get free salsa and chips or free drinks during each visit. Basically free food. They were a bit understaffed but the staff were super nice

Honestly a pretty bad chilis. The host told us the wait was 10 minutes, it was 40. The restaurant was almost empty and everyone who arrived after us had no wait. Why would anyone have to wait 40 minutes for Chilis, during the winter, mid day on a Thursday, pouring rain?

The service was excellent. I came in with a group of 20 and they had all of our food out within 15 minutes. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was fantastic and some of our meals came out steaming hot. The atmosphere is amazing. This is truly the spot to eat if you are in the area.

My mom & I love coming here after the 3hr whale watching boat ride. We've had great service here, the food is good & we love that it's right near the water. However recently it seems they've been understaffed. The servers seem stressed & rushed even when the restaurant is less than half full. They still manage to be so kind & I make sure to tip well. I hope they hire more people, as this location is usually wonderful.

Not recommended. First off they'll make you wait because they don't have enough personnel and according to one of the employees they don't pay well so people just do not wanna work here. They had 3/4 of the restaurant free but they couldn't take anymore people. Then when I sat they didn't bring chips and salsa like any other restaurant do. I had to ask for it and they charged me for it. The AC was freezing. Food took a while but when it came it was really good. If they only paid better to their employees this place could be much better. They do such a disgrace to the Chilli's franchise.

The servers were horrible the service was trash and the food and the burgers were absolutely dry I had no condiments whatsoever it’s like you’re eating a scab off of an elephant don’t go there

I stopped by during a trip in LA and this is definitely the best Mexican restaurant I visited. Food is good and affordable, And the waitresses are so kind and polite. I highly recommend it.

Service was decent. That's about it. Everything we ordered came out luke warm (soup, fries, chicken, tacos). It also tasted old, like it had been sitting and reheated. I was also brought chicken tenders when I ordered boneless wings. I thought they changed their wings and didn't want to complain. But they didn't change their wings, on my last few bites someone came out with what looked exactly like my actual order but she walked away after realizing I was served my tenders. Only went because we were at the aquarium, won't be back.

Great place and the portion sizes were good for long beach. This place got some flack for bad service and attitude, but it's more over worked and less staffed issues. Working in food service and retail myself I see both parties sides, I would recommend this place to anyone. Chili's is a great place to dine, have sone fun, drink and eat.

Staff is super friendly and keep checking on you so you don't feel forgotten about. My food was great. I ordered the queso burger which is still pink inside so if you don't like pink make sure you ask for well done. Texas cheese fries are always great with a side of ranch. Adult drink are delicious! Wait to be seated was pretty decent and you can keep track of your spot in line with yelp. I would have added pics but honestly I was starving!
