Went
to
BJ's
Cerritos
for
happy
hour
3-7.
At
first
I
arrived
and
was
greeted
within
minutes
from
sitting
down
at
the
bar.
The
server
gave
me
a
menu
and
I
ordered
water
while
waiting
for
my
partner.
My
partner
arrived
about
15
mins
later.
After
his
arrival
she
took
our
order
quicky,
but
we
weren't
even
done
completely
ordering
before
she
grabbed
all
the
menus
and
walked
away.
The
food
runner
who
brought
out
our
food
wasn't
being
too
careful
and
was
spilling
the
sauce
on
the
plate.
The
pot
stickers
we
got
were
not
seared
on
all
sides
and
still
pale.
After
we
finished
our
food
we
wanted
to
order
more
plus
a
drink,
but
we
waited
15
mins
before
giving
up
and
calling
another
server
over.
Our
original
server
came
back
to
confirm
our
slider
order
and
we
ordered
a
pizookis
to
avoid
more
of
a
wait,
never
ordered
the
drink.
My
partner
even
went
up
to
the
bar
to
ask
for
a
refill
of
water.
We
sat
near
the
doors
and
bar
so
it's
not
like
we
were
hiding,
they
walked
past
us
on
multiple
occasions,
but
not
once
did
we
just
checked
up
on.
All
small
things
that
wouldn't
bother
me
normally,
but
all
together
in
one
visit
just
made
me
feel
like
I
had
to
say
something.
I
don't
100%
blame
the
server,
she
did
seem
like
the
only
one
covering
the
bar
area
for
a
majority
of
our
time
there.
I
feel
bad
for
her,
I
think
she
was
short
staffed
and
more
support
should
be
given
if
customers
can't
be
looked
after.
We
didn't
spend
a
lot
of
money
so
I
know
we
aren't
a
super
important
customer,
she
was
very
polite
at
the
end,
but
she
also
did
have
a
lot
more
staff
support.
