Everything about this place was great! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was even better! All the servers would stop by to see if we needed Anything even though they weren't assigned to our table. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful when picking out our food. The pita bread was delicious. The atmosphere is great. Romantic little string lights and get to see the people cruise through the main street. I love it. I would definitely go back!

George's Greek Cafe in Pine ave is now open for breakfast everyday! I loved their food, they have a great menu with many delicious options. I recommend the Greek Veggie omelette and the nutella & banana french toast. Servers are so nice and the place has a great atmosphere. Parking is easy, just go to the hubb in Pacific ave, and the restaurant has a validation for $5.

Can have a good conversation without shouting :) Food: 4/5. Calamari. 5/5. Delicious. Not to breaded. Fresh. Greek salad. Great presentation. Passable. Needed better more favorable dressing. Falafels 3/5. Too mushy and not tasty. Left a few on the plate. Maybe an off day. Good healthy place to enjoy lunch.

I highly recommend their lamb chops and kabob. Also, I had a dessert, it was tasty too!

The CALAMARI!!! I cannot say enough. By far the best calamari I’ve ever had. If you get anything here get that!! Staff was friendly, atmosphere was great. We sat outside. We really enjoyed everything we ordered. No complaints! Had the lamb skewers, salmon and calamari, which as you know was delectable!

Excellent actual proper New Zealand Lamb served Greek style. Just what this Aussie neded to tickle that feeling of home. Cole was an excellent waiter too

The service here was excellent, and customer service was well above average. The food was fresh and well made. We came at 10a and they accommodated us with the Lunch menu. Warm doulmades, fresh tsaziki started out the meal. Sizzling cheese with flambe tableside. Then the perfect Greek salad with gyro meat. Fantastic , all served with a smile. (Though the waitress had to beg the cooks for some portion of the meal, we heard them. Lol) .

Excellent Greek restaurant. The Food is very good and the staff are super kind. My wife and I had an appetizer combo and small Greek salad and lamb chops 4pcs and beef kabobs. We loved all food of the appetizer combo. Especially kalamari was so good. All sources were good as well. Lamb chops (medium rare) were very good, I recommend it. We were full with them.

The customer service is amazing. I loved that they checked on me about my food and the consistency in refilling my water. The food was amazing, and the restaurant was really welcoming. I would definitely recommend you coming here.

Wow! We enjoyed breakfast here and it was delicious! Great service and atmosphere. You can eat inside or out and they have heaters if it gets too chilly. Now-the food. We got a variety of items and each of them were great. Good prices for the area as well. Definitely will be coming back! Everyone was so pleasant.

Food was tasty. Didn't feel like I got a lot of protein for the price though. Enjoyed everything.

I really enjoyed their food. I came down to Long Beach to visit some friends and we all tried this place for the first time. They have a dedicated bar section, a nice size dining area and ample outdoor seating. They even had a few TVs outside which is nice. I honestly wish I had ordered more, but the chicken kabobs were awesome. Normally when you order that you expect ground chicken, but they served cubed breast meat. The prices were decent as well. The kabob plates come with two sides, I ordered salad and rice. I really enjoyed each part of my meal. Hope to go again when I’m in the area.

Hands down the best Greek food outside of Greece. Literally everything on this menu is perfect. We ate here for 20 years and never had a bad dish. The consistency and service is always incredible!

We're looking for different food after being in CA for ten days and read the great reviews for George's. We tried it and just thought the food was just average. The meat was on the dry side. We've had much better Greek food at other restaurants.

The staff has always been pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious and not too heavy. Tried the srhimp kabaobs. I've previously ordered their chicken spinachi, it's my favorite. But, it's nice to try other items. The feta fries did not disappoint. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves. And, I had a nice walk home afterwards.

We were sat immediately from the hostess. The bartender and server combined brought an overall satisfying meal. My chicken gyro was fine, Greek salad typical, and tomato soup was definitely my favorite of the platter. Fun atmosphere.

We came here for Father's day lunch and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive - they were able to accommodate a group of 8 of us as a walkin on a Sunday with 4 very hungry children ranging in ages from 6-13 on the patio. The flaming cheese (Saganaki) was a highlight and the Avgolemono soup was perfect for a chilly day.

Had the falafel appetizer and some baklava. Falafel was easily one of the best I’ve had, with a ton of flavor and perfectly cooked. Baklava was the perfect amount of sweetness and layered beautifully. Staff was on point and professional. When I come back down here I’ll be visiting again!

Delicious! Great Happy Hour! The lamb chops are fantastic. They melt in your mouth. The Dolmathes were so, so tasty! Never had Scordalia before (pictured below) which was excellent. Drinks were all good too. It will for sure become a regular spot.

This food is sooo good! I took a picture of my espresso martini but was so excited for the food when it came out I forgot to take a picture. We did happy hour specials: falafel, cucumbers and humus, and the lamb chops. And I cannot tell you how good the lamb chops were 10/10 is not enough!! Highly recommend the lamb chops!!

Went after a local sporting event (Go Galaxy!) and had the best Greek food I've had in years. The restaurant is located on Pine right around where it's really fun with two hours of free parking in the city lot about a block away. The patio seating was pleasant. Our waiter, Jonah, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Plus, his recommendations were excellent. Everything we ate was delicious, but the two big favorites of the night were the spanakopita and the lamb chops.

Bartender/wait staff (all rolled in one) was AWESOME. He made it a "HAPPY" hour. Food was a bit pricey for the portion size BUT everything was scrumptious. Will definitely return

Great burritos, their T-bone steak is so delicious, Zeus Steak omelette is top notch. They have amazing cooks and great servers. I recommend this place and definitely will come back soon!
