While shopping around at LBX, my family and I started to get hungry. We saw several.different restaurants around, but The 908 caught our eye because it seemed busy and lively. When we entered, we were greeted by the hostess and were immediately able to be sat. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and we went with outdoor. We, unfortunately, waited about 15 minutes until finally, the manager came to our table asking if we had been helped. We responded that we hadn't, and she immediately took our order. By that time, we were starving, and we placed both our drink and food order. For the inconvenience, she gave us a complimentary appetizer; goat cheese stuffed artichoke. It was very good. When our food arrived, we all dug right into it. I had French toast, which was a bit disappointing. Since it was just French toast, I was expecting big and fluffy slices. Instead, I got thin flat slices. My daughter was craving steak, so she went with the piranha, which was disappointing. The majority of the pieces were fat. There was hardly any eatable meat for her to enjoy. Finally, my hubby got a streak as well, the wagyu strip. He, too, was very disappointed with his steak. It was cold to the touch and had no flavor. Cold flavorless steak! Ugh! I kind of wish we walked out after waiting for 15 minutes for a server. That should’ve been our cue. I'm sad that our food didn't meet our expectations. While watching everyone around us having a good time, I wanted to ask how their food was. I wanted to have a good time like they were. :( 😞

Nice friendly service. Clean. Ordered the prime dip sandwich. It was good. They have a limited happy hour 3 to 6 pm.

Angie was amazing!!!! She definitely gave us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star service! She was very attentive to our order, accommodated when we had 2 ppl arrive a little later, and took bomb photos of our group of 8.

This place never disappoints!!! The service is impeccable, great wine and specialty cocktails. Their food is AMAZING!!! This place is our go to for special occasions... We recently celebrated our anniversary and I ordered the shortrib w/mashed potatoes & veggies. My husband had the ribeye, mashed potatoes and asparagus for dinner... of course we started off with the ceasar salad and calamari as an appetizer YUM!! The calamari was so fresh, crispy, not chewy and the dipping sauces were delish!!! At the end our night, the waiter came over with a complimentary dessert- chocolate cake and ice cream which was so decadent and a perfect way to end the night ...

Sis and I ate here because we want to try it out. Everything was good until the end when I can't finish my meal, sis took over. It was a small portion of pasta and then.....she pulled a silver thing out, saying it was kind of stuck in her throat, luckily it was out! Our server saw the incident, a moment later the manager came over to apologize and took care of that for us, we didn't demand or ask for the manager to come over, he saw a problem and took care of it. Thanks Daniel and Amy! The service was excellent but 1 star short because the kitchen need to do better.

Made reservations online an hour before dining on a Thursday. We showed up and were immediately sat. I will say the host wasn't sure which table to bring us to and shortly after sitting down I found grains of rice on the table. This table was not cleaned... So we ordered wine! We were celebrating! One glass of each of the 2 pinot noirs on the menu. One of the glasses was dirty and the wine smelled old...so we asked for it to be replaced with a freshly opened bottle...ahhh did it taste good. Ok, on to food 🍲 Ordered the French onion soup. Tasted fine but the top was all mushy. Could have been in the melter longer. The portion size was a bit on the lower side as well, especially for the cost $ Ordered the caprese salad. It was good overall. I think they refrigerate their tomatoes which changes the texture. Ordered the steak, arugula and garlic fries. Steak was good. Arugula needed a bit of life put into it, ok maybe a lot. Fries had raw garlic (usually its a little sautéed or something) Not a date night item. I would say overall, our server did a great job. The food needed improvement. The wine glasses need polishing (could see obvious lip marks on the dirty glass we first received) We may or may not try this place again...possibly during busier hours?? What we received for the price paid, I would say it was not equivalent.

Quickly seated and immediately engaged, the attentive staff and server set the time for a fantastic experience for my small family of three. We ordered an Old Fashion & Laphroaig for the adults and a cranberry juice for my daughter and all the drinks arrived shortly thereafter. Following a few recommendations, we settled on the Salmon and Double Cut Pork Chop entrees along with a larger dinner salad with the addition of grilled shrimp. We chatted for what seemed like a few moments and were rewarded with three exceptional dinners that immediately had our mouths watering! The salmon, pork chops, and shrimp were cooked to perfection while the salad was prepared with fresh & crisp ingredients. A Friday feast that did it's job in melting the worries of the long week away in no time.

Have been to The 908 on a couple of occasions and love this place. The location has a nice vibe to it, and I like the large bar that overlooks the restaurant. Truthfully, I like this place because I can generally find a seat at the bar and grab a drink and a great meal without having to wait to get seated. The prices here are a bit more expensive than the surrounding food establishments, but the quality is outstanding, and it just tastes good. I like all of the burgers and recently had the breakfast options, and they were awesome. Highly recommend!

Big and super trendy spot for drinks or a nice meal. Everything we tried from the large and varied menu was delicious (except the Tomohawk steak was just average, ironically the most expensive item). Sandwiches and burgers are priced normally ($18 to $20) but some of the full entrees run into the $40s and above. There's a large drink menu and bar seating too. Service was great! The restaurant is located in a complex full of similarly hip places, which makes for a fun environment but also means parking can be tough.

I've been to this place twice now once during the week and the afternoon and once on a Saturday afternoon and it's pretty low key it has very nice outdoor seating and the men's quite good and the people I've been with like the alcohol and the drinks there So this will be my go to place when I need to entertain friends because it's only about 2 mi from me

We got lucky on our timing because Long Beach is having its Restaurant Week event so we got to try their special Restaurant Week menu which was a fixe prixe selection of some of their best specialties. The service was very nice, and the management and staff was very accommodating on a food allergy that I had that would not allow me to have the one dessert that was on the Restaurant Week menu- they allowed me to do a substitution which was appreciated.

Love this place! It's a go-to for our family. Their cocktails are incredible and they'll even make them mocktails which I loved while I was pregnant. Their food is also always fresh and delicious. We almost always bring home leftovers. It looks modern, clean and nicely-designed but it's also family friendly and it's spacious, so it's great for big groups. So glad the 908 is in the 908!

Atmosphere was great and the servers are all very nice and friendly. This is not a cheap eats type of place but the food is worth the buck.

I sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple drinks Alagash White Beer and the Bourbon Mule. I had the Prime Rid Dip and The grilled flat iron steak salad which were both really good and I’ll be returning for to order again. For an appetizer I had the shrimp ceviche which was tasty but definitely not worth the price there was probably only like 3 shrimps cut up to make it look like a lot but that’s just my opinion. I’ll definitely be returning to try out the other tasty looking sandwiches.

The vibe there was great. The food was ok, not bad. However, it was not spectacular to rave about. I ordered the breakfast tacos and a spinach dip, and it cost me $45. With that, if I'm in the area, I may stop off and eat here again.

Happy hour!!! We were just looking for a place to have a decent drink before dinner so we came over to 908 and SO glad we did! We happened upon happy hour where they had $4-$7 off drinks and $4 off apps. Their drinks were amazing! I had the Paloma (didnt get a pic) and a blood orange margarita (seasonal) and they were both SO good! My husband had his usual, old fashioned. He said it was perfect. We also shared their tuna lettuce wraps app and it was really delicious. The tuna was very fresh. It came with some sliced avocado, rice with some type of soy sauce on top and some really good Wasabi sauce. Really glad we found 908 and can not wait to go back for dinner!! This will be one of our regular spots when we visit Long Beach!

Great place for brunch with huge portions. There were also outside seating with a view of LBX, and plenty of parking. They also take reservations, which was painless to do online. Service was great and attentive. I ordered a kid's brunch and the pancakes were as big as the adult entrée.

Excellent service. Staff is knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. The food is good. We had several appetizers, the shrimp ceviche, calamari and spinach artichoke dip. They were all good. For an entree the Mahi Mahi tacos with garlic fries was delicious. I recommend the blueberry watermelon margarita!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this location twice; once for brunch and once for dinner. This restaurant does not disappoint ever. The servers are always so polite & inquisitive. Atmosphere: It is a casual but slightly upscale scene. I enjoy the high ceilings and beautiful patio area. Brunch: I highly recommend the 908 omelet & the mimosas. The variety of fresh juices will have you through the roof. Dinner: I posted for a fried chicken sandwich which was quite delicious (8/10), a chocolate raspberry cake (10/10) Parking: I suggest parking near Panini Grill or Georgias and take the 3 minute walk over. There is always a lot of traffic surrounding the restaurant and you’ll be sitting waiting for someone to leave, it’s not worth it. Price: while the drinks may be a bit on the pricey side they are absolutely delicious. From mimosas, mai tais, to seasonal rosé spritzers.

From the goat cheese artichoke, poutine, cioppino, fried chicken with brussel sprouts to the cocktails, 908 doesn't disappoint. All fried food were very nicely fried and crunchy, especially the brussel sprouts. They have a texture that you just can't achieve with an air fryer at home. Cioppino was fresh with a nice seafood flavor. I really appreciate to be asked if I wanted pasta with the dish when I ordered, since I'm always trying to cut down on carbs. Having no pasta takes some of the guilt away from not wasting food.

Good variety of dishes. Reasonable prices. Great cocktails, even better during happy hour. Very nice interior, not too busy.

I absolutely adore The 908. It's the perfect little local coffee shop with the kindest people working behind the counter. I love their breakfast sandwiches and scones! I mostly stick with regular coffee but their specialty drinks are quite tasty!

This place was so good! Clean, relaxing, and the staff were super friendly. I ordered the Knife and Fork Burger and it was AMAZING!! We also ordered blood orange margaritas and I wanted to get like three more, but I was driving so I had to stick to the one! If you are thinking about this place, go and give it a shot. I doubt you will be disappointed!

Dined for brunch on the outdoor patio with a nice view of the exchange. Great menu choices. I recommend the mimosa flight. You get 3 juice choices. Plus many tasty food options.
