Good service, great price for a neat and juicy spicy burger! You should go here if you’re in downtown Long Beach.

This is a great place to eat! Their burgers and fries are the best in Long Beach. I live in Bixby Knolls 90807 and drive to downtown LB location to get my usual double Turkey burger with everything on it. The drive is a little ways but definitely worth it. The manager's Becky and Alex are so pleasant and always greets people with respect and courtesy. If there's ever an issue with your order (which has only been once) they have politely apologized and corrected the order. I've been a regular customer for over 4yrs and stop in about twice a month. The restaurant area inside and out is always maintained and clean. It's hard to find a good place that has great food that is always cooked fresh and tastes great. I have referred many friends and coworkers to this location and they've all been pleased with the food. Also, I've gone there several times and ordered up to 5 burger & fries orders at once for my close friends and I'm satisfied with the service. I appreciate the kindness from Becky and Alex.

I grew up in the 50’s, and there is no 50’s atmosphere, whatsoever. Bacon double, beef slightly greasy. No flavor to the cheese, as in why order it if you cannot taste it. Fries that come with it were disappointing. Soggy and limp. $15 to go. Eh

National Burger day! Burger and fries actually really good and a fresh banana shake.. patio seating.. place is a bit run down could definitely use a face life but food was greaT!

The food was amazing. We took my son there for his birthday and he had a fun time. The food got there fast as well. My husband and I enjoyed our vanilla milkshakes. I just wish they came in the classic glass cups instead of the to go cups, but I understand with covid a lot has changed. I would have given 5 stars if they would have played oldies classics or the beach boys instead of 80's music.

It was empty on a Friday evening, but a lot of Take outs from what I notice. I got two different types of fries, and they were good. There is no table service so you have to go to the front and ask. You pay and then sit down. The place looked very clean and all the table were being clean while I was there.

Extremely rude. The girl working tonight turned me away at 11:40 even tho they don’t close until 12:00. All I wanted was some fries to be easy and get them to go. She still denied me. So I ordered just fries online to be picked up immediately. I waited almost 10 minutes to see her turn off all the lights and lock the front door at 11:50. I sat and waited till now and it looks like I’m not getting the 10$ fries I ordered. What a joke. I could have better spent my money and time anywhere else. ANYWHERE.

Wooowww!!!! I’m so disappointed!!! Is getting a nice slice of APPLE PIE to much to ask??? Why do you think it’s ok to give your customers a BURNT SLICE OF PIE then say “ sorry looks a little broken!” Will not be getting anything from here ever again!!!!

Not what I would expect from a Johnny Rockets. If you are expecting the 50s atmosphere don't come here. First you order at the register since there wasn't any servers. Which is normally ok but we were expecting the fun experience for our kids. The plates were tiny so the food barely had room on the plate. All the drinks and milkshakes came in paper cups so you don't have the 50 style glasses like you normally would. The food tasted good, so there was that. They should just really change the name of this restaurant.

This Johnny Rockets disappointed. Going in there were not a lot of people. I placed my order and sat in what looked like a clean table. It was sticky. I moved to another and it was sticky as well. I noted that there were plates from customers that had left still on the tables. Waited for my order and the burger was ok. I don't believe I'll be returning as cleanliness is not a top priority. I'm disappointed as this used to be a fun spot.

First time here and the service and quality of food was amazing

Either permanently closed or abandoned. Went on a Monday night. Kinda looked closed from the outside, but the front door was unlocked so I walked in and there were no employees at all. Silent and eerie inside, so I just left.

I liked it. Friendly staff, good tasting burger and a nice oldschool atmosphere. What else to ask for!

The wings I was served here were as good as any I have had. Large, hot and tasty....ordinary buffalo sauce on the side...they hit the mark. Good service too. Decent tater tots. I made it 3 people in the place at 10pm on a Friday. I'll be going back...maybe tonight.

Service was great food was so good Route 66 burger fries and chocolate banana shake. Good portion. Clean inviting restaurant. Hope to revisit to try something else on the menu.

The shrooms were over cooked and they were not whole mushrooms. The onion rings were undercooked. Last but not least the tots did not taste fresh, but they tasted frozen. The only great thing about this place was the shake and the waiter.

Impressive how well this restaurant serves the public so well for so long, STAND OVATION. By the way, I don't like the fries or apple pie, but everything else is EXCELLENT.

The put white pieces of lettuce on my burger that should not go on any sandwich. When I told the cook I told him about this and he tells me that he prepares all burgers like this. Why would you put the white part of the lettuce on anyone's sandwich this is bitter and nasty and should go in the trash. They are very unprofessional and there is hardly a manager on duty

Burger was good, so good my wife wanted it over her Philly cheese steak.

Was the only table there. Fries were cold and unseasoned... They tasted like nothing. Lol but like always it's a cute place to grab a bite.

Tasty food. Clean shop. Great waitress. Burgers super greasy. This picture is the grease that came off of just one Burger not including all the grease that went all over my hands. This is been a repetitive complaint in the other sites. The food was good.

Burgers are real good 👍. Service was good, but in heat time I'm sure we're all wanting to find the A.C and they don't have it on or not working.

I went to Johnny Rockets order 2 combos, and side order of onion rings. The food arrived can anyone tell me is it the normal to get 5 Onion Rings for $5.99, I MEAN LITERALLY 5 rings. Hey pic add shows way more rings on a plate/ platter, SMH.....

This is where my husband proposed to me. Aside from a great place to pig out the staff is pretty accommodating for the most part. I strongly recommend this branch.
