$16 for a cheeseburger with fries. I swear these are expired costco patties. That burger was well worth under a $1. The buns were definitely Great Value brand buns. Definitely the worst burger I had. Plus rude customer service. That lady did not look like she wanted to take orders.

Very expensive for regular tourist food. Place was fully clean! Only complaint was over a cashier who yelled at a customer for taking too long to order. Besides that, decent place to eat since outside food is not allowed.

Ambience and Cleanliness of the facility - 3.5 on 5 Staff friendliness and professionalism- 5 on 5 Restaurant's food quality - 4 on 5 Value for money - 4 on 5 For a restaurant inside a popular attraction that has a rotational and fluid customer base, the overall experience is exceptionally good. The staff are friendly and professional, food is prepared and delivered fast, place is maintained well and clean and the food tastes great. There's a lot of seating and had great capacity to accommodate the crowd in this popular aquarium. I love the customer service of the staff who came to our table multiple times to verify my sandwich order that had some customizations.

Overpriced mediocre food! Whoever operates this facility within the aquarium does not do it any justice. They need a better food vendor. Also they need to train employees in customer service. The woman took my order clearly felt I was bothering her

Dang! So many haters! I wanted a hot dog and fries but they didn't have it so the lady said get the chili cheese dog combo with the chili and cheese on the side. Boom! Great suggestion. Their chili is legit! I'm not talking about gourmet chili. I'm talking about the Tommy's chili with meat only. It was really good. It's aquarium food! What did you expect? Maestro's? Give a little love! This place is outstanding for "museum" food.

We arrived at lunch time and were starving so we went straight to the cafe. Kids enjoyed their pizza and cheeseburger 🍔😋. Fish n chips were good and they had a nice gentleman delivering food. Outside patio also looked like a nice spot to eat. Overall an enjoyable experience.

This is the biggest scam. Order a hotdog that comes with chips but if you do not like their oddly off brand pre selected chips you will be up charged $3. Food is subpar cafeteria food that's covered in grease. They will not give you a straw with claims of "saving the environment" but give you a plastic cup to fill your soda with. Tables are dirty, soda selection is down to 4 because the others are empty. Wasted $65 on feeding 2 kids and got myself a cheese fry...... what a disappointment!!

I had fish and chips. It was cold like all they did was cook it in the microwave or just let it sit out in the open. When I ask why the fish and chip were cold I got no response for the waiter. Place is weird. The French fries are under seasoned but they are crispy. Sause tastes okay. For $13.00 dollars not what I would call fish and chip more like soggy cold fish and chip. Did not come with napkins which is odd. Overall this being long beach you would like the fish and chip would be great but not this place. The chefs need a full training on how to make fish and chips. Hope this helps on you decisions on what to eat.

High prices even for the area and our food took more than 45 minutes for some people in our group and 10 for others. However, the manager apologized and explained the kitchen was being trained on a new menu and refunded the meal. And the vegan salmon burger tasted fantastic.

People have no decency to cleanup after themselves No one is wiping the disgusting tables. Food was smeared with chunks of French fries, ketchup stains all over the table. Under the table floors are covered with food no one was cleaning the floor Straws are garbage and utensils are garbage. Worker at register couldn’t accommodate my request for onions on my burger I watched him walk behind a small wall saying he would check but came back seconds later I didn’t even see him walk past the door with glass on it to talk to chefs. He came back said nope no onions. One of the other meals includes grilled onions all you have to do is give me the onions without it being grilled.

It was fine. I was satisfied. The food was definitely overpriced though. I got the pepperoni pizza and it was $15 and it was kinda small. I could’ve gotten one the same size from 7 Eleven for a lot cheaper. The area I sat was dirty but they were really quick and they served the food to me.

Food was okay, overpriced but that is not why I am giving this place 1 star. They need to check their make employees. One made a pretty disturbing comment towards me while my spouse was away. I didn’t grab his name but he was cleaning the tables & made me feel very uncomfortable.

The Scuba Cafe is where dreams of eating lunch go to die. Evidently they literally send scuba divers into the Pacific with harpoon guns to catch their food because it took them over an hour to produce my fish and chips. They kept missing their shots I guess.

What a disaster. Over 30 mins to get our order. It’s amazing how bad a place is willing to accept for service when they have you trapped. Obviously the food is bad, but that’s expected for what this is. The trade off to hope to get for bad food is at least you can get it fairly quickly. In this case you get bad food and a long wait. I’d say don’t come, but they don’t allow outside food so you won’t have a choice if you plan on spending anytime at the aquarium.

Food was cold and expensive as hell! One of the cashiers was being VERY rude towards me and other customers. If I were to give this zero stars I would. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience. Food was taking awhile and when we went to check on it, they assured us that it was on its way. After waiting 40 minutes, my husband went back up and found out they lost our order. When our food finally came, it was missing items and other items were made incorrectly. We are understanding of busy times and sometimes orders fall through, but the lack of customer service on the restaurant’s part is appalling. There was no care or concern that guests that spent over $100 on subpar food hadn’t received their food.

Pretty good place to get something to eat while your at the aquarium. Prices are a bit high. The patty melt I had was oily and salty. The monster fries on the other hand were just perfect, not oily and no salt. Be careful what you order if you don't like greasy or salty foods. Look at what others are having to gauge what to expect.

Conveniently located within the Aquarium but a bit expensive for what it is. They serve a variety of family friendly items including individual pizzas, chicken tenders, sandwiches, and burgers. However it was in the $80 range for our family of four. No discounts for Aquarium members. A basket of 3 chicken tenders and fries.ran around $17. Lots of seating and an outdoor roof terrace is also available with nice views if you can brave the aggressive pigeons. Essentially you are paying for convenience...food is neither a value nor anything to write home about.

Feels expensive even for a quick service place at the Aquarium. $12 for a hot dog, $15 for a hamburger. I think that might be worse than Disneyland. At least they have a self service soda fountain. I also needed a cup of hot water to warm up my infant's bottle and they said they needed to charge me the full price for a tea. I understand needing to charge something, but I was already dipping into the kids college fund to cover lunch. I will say that it was pretty clean at least and when it's not raining it's nice to sit out of the terrace and look out over the outdoor excited l exhibits.
