Always the same every time and every location. The staff is ALWAYS, super friendly, happy, courteous, efficient and speedy. The food is always amazing. No matter which location you go to, this one or wherever, the food not only tastes amazing, but it tastes the same. The buns are always fresh, the meat is always so great, and the vegetables always taste like they were just picked for that day's cooking. The atmosphere is always safe, friendly and extremely clean. The bathrooms seem like they are brand new, always. The tables are emasculate. The drink station has never been out of any drink, any time I have been, nor the ice. It's a crazy super secret way more secretive than their secret menu items on how a company can keep so many amazing staff members so happy while at work, and they all work so hard. It's quite intense to watch how the machine they become is so perfect. California wouldn't be California without all these amazing people cooking such an amazing menu of food items.

When out in the west coast…you gotta try In and Out! I couldn’t contain my excitement…we arrived right in time for their opening at 10am. The staff here are extremely friendly and the place was very clean. I got an order of the double double and a side of the Animal style fries. Burger was made to order on the flat top and I loved how they had lemon wedges you can add to your pop. The burger was delish and I enjoyed the addition of the grilled onions… Mmmmm! Unfortunately the fries were disappointing, and not worth the hype.

Having the In-N-Out Burger is a routine for me every time I visit California. I enjoy the fact that they use simple, true, tasty and fresh ingredients for the fries and the beef patties. I also like the option of cooked onions. The staff are friendly, even though they are busy. The outdoor seating area is good during the pandemic.

My husband and I always love and enjoy a delicious hot burger 🍔 and some fries 🍟 . It was super good. He got a Double Double and I ate a single with some grilled onions. Always a good meal.

Once you come to So Cal, you need to try In-N-Out Burger. They just have 3 types of burgers and you can order it as combo(with drink and french fries) or just by piece. Highly recommend to order as “animal style” if you’re starving.

This was my first In N Out burger in over 3 years and it was everything I remembered it to be!! This visit was also my wife's first time experiencing In N Out, she loved it!! So fresh and so delicious, it was an amazing treat!!

The employees are always courteous and polite. Perfect order every time. We always grab a bite here before heading to the AMC down the street. Good food.

The combination of the fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and the special IN-N-OUT sauce created a burst of flavors with every bite. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the attention to detail in crafting this burger was remarkable. It was undoubtedly one of the most delicious burgers I have ever tasted. How cool is this place. For a fast food it rock's. Super cheap. Really nice quality type burger with fresh ingredients and friendly welcoming staff which is ard to do in fast food. Not a big menu but doesn't matter. Wish they had this in Australia

This particular In-N-Out location was exceptional. There was a very jubilant and cheerful girl at the service counter. She really enjoys her job and it shows. Any In-N-Out would be lucky to have her and is a model example for other employees. She also got my order right which is very important in and out isn't it? The Burger was warm and prepared with care, and the French fries were still nice and hot from the fryer. This location was very clean and took very good care to stock their bathroom and tidy it up. When I'm out and about driving my Rideshare passengers I love to stop at in and out for a quick break and a double-double.

Who doesn't love In-N-Out? 'Cause if ya don't, we can't be friends. 🤣 OK, the wait time is extensive, but I've never had better service at a drive-through burger place. This chain has classic California atmosphere and a classic California dining experience. Juicy burgers made to order, hand cut fries, fresh fountain drinks from clean machines, clean restrooms, clean grills. They're well-known for their excellent wages, employee advancement opportunities, and good benefits. Best of all, it's still a family owned and operated business. I always visit when I'm in town, and that'll never change!

Visiting CA, so had to try it out. It was ok, nothing to rave about. The hamburger patty was minuscule. The flavor of it all put together is probably what most like, and the support from locals bc it’s a CA company. But the patty was smaller than the palm of my hand and paper thin. Overall taste with the apparently fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions make it good enough to eat. But there are many better burger joints out there.

In-N-Out has some of best burgers. The fries, however, are not good, in my opinion (your mileage may vary, of course.) They're way too dry! Sure, you can order them "animal style", but the sauce they're drenched in is too sweet, in my humble opinion (again, it's a matter of taste...) The service is generally good, albeit somewhat impersonal, but prepare for long lines at lunch and dinner time. Again, the burgers are excellent, and that's what really counts, right?

Huge fan of the freshness of ingredients and cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out) Very friendly cashier, two employees walking around cleaning. I ate outside with my dog and one of the workers offered and took my trash. I will definitely return to this in and out. The drive thru line was long as f but inside had quick service!!

Every time I visit Southern California I have to hit an In and Out burger. It was my son’s first time there and I will say he was very pleased. We talked it up a lot and it did not disappoint. Great to hit after a long day at Disneyland paying outlandish prices for very little food.

Great place to eat on a busy Saturday. There are a ton of people in the drive thru but it goes fast. I prefer to go inside and wait... it's like the full experience. However, as everyone knows In-N-Out has you covered if you are car dining! Don't forget to tell them so you get a box and a placemat.

Hard to beat In n Out flavor. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, awesome grilled onions. Ordered a double double and a cheeseburger (only the sandwiches) protein style. Very satisfied and no bloated!!! :) Also clean place and restrooms, friendly staff, etc.

Place adjusted their dining area to accommodate people and yet implement as much social distance as possible by switching to plastic tables and chairs for mobility. I would’ve ranked 5 stars but before the transition to requiring masks again, some staff opted not to wear a mask. On the upside. They started wearing them again when mandated.

It's in n outs low budget cousin

This In-n-out made some great fries with the perfect crispiness. Burger tasted great as always, got my triple meat with raw onions. Best band for your buck compared to any other fast food burger. Plus, the only eatery fighting for American rights and not bending over.

Fast service, clean, safe. Food is fresh and filling. Make sure to add salt to your fries.

I don’t think In-n-out needs reviews. We all know it’s bomb. But the service at this location was great. Jack at the drive through was very professional and fluid. Great training.

Delicious west coast burgers. Food is good as always. However, the staff is especially superb in customer service and very friendly. I was dining outside with my friend and our dogs. The manager (I think) came, greeted us and asked us how our experience is going. It was going great, until suddenly my friend's dog knocked over a strawberry milkshake. The manager was quick to grab us napkins and call someone over to mop it up. I know it's technically their job to clean up after the place but I felt responsible for cleaning it up, so I really appreciate them coming to help so quickly without making a fuss. Thank you for a great experience. In n out will always be my favorite
