I used to order delivery at least once a week. But they got rid of their free delivery, raised their prices, and added a service charge on all deliveries but still ask you to tip their drivers. Now I go to their restaurant ever 3-6 months. I’ll never order anything from them. It’s a shame. They were once excellent. No longer.

Odd decor but delicious chicken fried rice! I mainly use delivery with them because they have an adorable little daughter that does all the local neighborhood deliveries and she gets a tip. They are usually open all year round and open late. Deliveries are most common because the place might be empty but she has at least 10 bags on the counter ready to go.

I've eaten here three times now and each time we try something different. The prices are very reasonable, in fact they are fast food pricing in my opinion. The portions are family style with fresh cut vegetables and sauces with real juice. One thing to note, this is NOT PANDA EXPRESS. This is a real chinese restaurant made by actual people from China. The glazes don't have as much starch and are not made in a giant factory. The flavors are good and you will enjoy. I would recommend you dine in with a group of people rather than order the takeout. Items such as Orange beef are good but aren't going to be as crunchy as Panda Express.

food used to be amazing, but now its awful. szechuan chicken was 90% broccoli, 5% other veggies and barely any chicken. it tasted like they only used fish sauce and red peppers for flavoring, i love spicy food, but it had zero flavor. thats a $1 value for $9, waaaay too pricey for what you get which is basically 2 pounds of broccoli. and the cream cheese wontons tasted like JUST cream cheese, no sweetness no flavor... just fried cream cheese.

I really like this place because this is not your typical Chinese Food place, they tend to cook with less oil, less corn starch, tastes like food. If you want the cheap super fried food that most people are used to, then you may find yourself tasting the food here different. That's because they use fresh food. People may think the taste is different but that's because they use natural food & flavors. Must try.

First time visiting Fortune Garden House and I'm impressed. I walked and the establishment was clean, menus available and service was prompt. The food was delicious. I wasn't reccomend this place, but stop by as I was walking home. Also, prices are fair for portion size. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I admire this place! They provide superb dishes, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is a specialist, I like very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently tasty, the service towards the visitors is helpful. I go often to this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. I highly recommend it.

The noodle texture of this place is fantastic! It's thick, a little uneven cause it's handmade, and chewy without being overly soft. It makes for a fun time to eat because each bite is a little unique. I got the mandarin beef noodle soup and the broth has a decently strong beef flavor, especially compared to most Fortune Garden House places in the Bay Area. The toppings were also kind of interesting/western because they included carrot and broccoli along with bok choy. I also ordered the potstickers and tried my friend's sesame noodles, but I think I preferred my own. Fortune Garden House

Ordered through grubhub. The order was correct. Food was tasty but half way through the meal I came across a hair. That made me look further into the meal and came across two more stands of hair. I called them and the driver came back to pick up the remaining portion of the meal and refunded my money cash. I gave one star because the food was good. Don't think I'll order from here again because of the hair.

They are rude. I'm disabled and made a delivery order. The delivery guy was so rude by placing my food at my front door because I walk slow due to extreme pain. I enjoyed the food so I ordered again months later. This time the delivery person wouldn't bring the food to my door. He demanded that I pick it up at the gate. I was upset but don't like trouble so I thought I could muster-up strength to make the trip to my front gate. I fell!!! My neighbors helped me up & back to my apt. They even picked my food up from the driver at the gate. I've ordered from this place about 4-5 times. This was the first time the delivery person was so mean. I'm going to sue them for my pain & suffering due to their lack completing their delivery duty/job. Oh and my shrimp fried rice had a egg shell in it. I was livid.

First off, the Orange Chicken is good and delicious. I would order this specific dish again. The dish that disappointed me was the Kung Pao Beef. It had no spice or chili in it. The sauce was very watery. And the beef itself was "okay". I will most likely not order this dish again. Also, I shouldn't have had high expectations for the Thai Iced Tea from a Chinese Restaurant, but the tea is not very good either. The flavor doesn't taste fresh. It tasted more like an Instant Thai Iced Tea. Overall, I would order here again, I will probably just order their most popular items instead of experimenting.
