    I ordered a Chicken Salad via DoorDash. Please look at my photo and let me know where all the "Salad" part of the meal is. I didn't ask for rice or beans (I figured there would be more room for the salad). But who ever made my "Salad" felt like romaine lettuce was too costly to put more in the meal. This is honestly embarrassing if this is called a "Salad". Lettuce is so cheap Chipotle! Why are your employees skimping on this? This is the second time I've ordered a salad and it came out lacking. I also ordered 2 this time around and they both look like this. 2 stars because it was still delicious, but I feel very ripped off for paying $7.25 for this. Very sad because I do enjoy eating at Chipotle but this location needs work.

    I've given this location a chance to redeem themselves but the past 4 or 5 online orders have been skimping on portions. This was supposed to be a double steak bowl. Food is good but 12 bucks for this...nahhh

    It's very unfortunate that I live so close to Pine Street, and the food places used to be so good. There was competition, so every restaurant gave it their best. Now it's gotten to the point where any restaurant I am thinking of visiting for lunch that's on Pine, I have to read the reviews first. I want some Chipotle for lunch today. The plus is that I work remote. I have a 45 min lunch break, so going to Pine would make sense since it's only 3 min away.. BUT because I paid dearly about a month ago for not paying attention to the reviews, unfortunately I am forced to go to the Lakewood location, which will no doubt eat up most of my break time . You guys should do better , or else you will continue to lose guests.

    Fake service animals are a problem. Especially when the owner has the audacity to carry the animal through a food line none the less! Service animals play a critical role in helping people with disabilities but NOT at the expense of non disabled people selfishly wanting to carry their dog around wherever they go! I am a woman with multiple disabilities and I've had service dogs in the past but I never brought them through food lines. Anytime I was in restaurants my dogs were kept on the floor out of respect for those eating. This chipotle doesn't seem to care about respect. I was concerned about pet hair in my food (NOTE: I had no problem with the dog being inside.It was the close proximity of the dog where food was being served.) I attempted to gain attention of management by requesting this animal be placed on the floor while the dude ordered his food. (However my request was ignored.) Rather then accommodating my needs and the needs of the supposed the dude and his "service dog" , management apologized to the dude for "my behavior". My behavior?? Right. I'm not certain why any service animal should or would have the need to be "carried" through a food line. It's GROSS and unsanitary! Not only that, but for those with allergy issues it causes a problem. It's absurd that my food sanitary and health request was ignored. And it's even more absurd that once dude got his food he exited the building and immediately placed his dog on the ground??? Let me get this straight...dude enters restaurant and picks dog UP. Dude leaves restaurant and puts dog DOWN?? No respect. No concern! If you would prefer a place where dogs are NOT allowed within feet of the food you're eating I would suggest going somewhere else. PS apparently Chipotle bans the use of cameras and photos inside the restaurant LOL! AS I WAS TOLD BY THE CASHIER THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BE TAKING PHOTOS....

    I’ve been to this location to order inside a few times and they have always been good. The one time I order delivery, I received the smallest burrito in the history of chipotle ever! It was half the size of the burrito I would normally get when ordering inside the restaurant. See pics. I am a female and my hands are NOT big. They skimped out since I wasn’t able to be there. They should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to happen. Do yourself a favor and do not order delivery from here.

    Ordered from the chipotle app. Got maybe 1/3 of a full bowl. Barely any chicken or guac. Guess covid is hitting this restaurant hard and they need to ratio their food…. Trashhhh

    Usually this location is not good when you are trying to pick it up. Parking is hard and there's hardly any time. The food compared to other Chipotle's is ok. Sometimes they mess up the order around 15 percent of the time. I usually go to the signal hill now because of parking as well as food freshness. I will go here during the week when I know it is easy to pick up. Not just for myself but also when I door dash.

    Rude girl helped my bf, ordered a burrito bowl with a tortilla inside and got the smallest portions. A different girl made my bowl and it was super stacked with much better portions, and the two bowls side by side were laughable. My bf asked why his portions were so much smaller than mine and asked to have his remade. The rude worker told him that he got smaller portions because he asked for a tortilla, which they also said the tortilla was an extra 50¢. Customers pay extra for a tortilla to get smaller portions?? Then the girl said she wouldnt remake his bowl and tried to hand it off to the nice worker to deal with, while telling us “i saw you making faces while I was making your bowl so my advice for next time is to speak up about it before i finish making it” How about make it the right way so it isn’t a problem in the first place? 🤡 We ended up not paying for either bowl and going to a different chipotle and getting what we asked for without being charged extra. After reading the other reveiws about how they skimp on portions and have terrible customer service, I’m glad we went elsewhere. I regret not taking a picture of our bowls next to each other bc the comparison was actually funny. The newer worker gives good portions but the girl with the horse lashes gives more attitude than food in your bowl.

    This has literally been the worst service and product I have ever received over the whole US. Both Burrito and Bowl were underserved and I had to ask the server to top up. I have never been given such little meat and rice. I mean rice. A quarter of a serving. Absolute joke, feel robbed of the price.

    I love Chipotle!. Chipotle is my FAVORITE! I love to order online soni cam walk in and pick it right up! Always fresh and delish! Some people are a little skimpy w it but you can always ask for extra (except for the protein) Yummy!

    The lady that was working there forcefully tried to stuff everything that was spilling out of my burrito with her fingers and everything spilled out regardless. She decided it was a good idea to scoop all the meat broth into the burrito and mash everything together into a congealed mess. She offered to double wrap but I opted for a bowl instead. She was also incredibly rude. I should have remembered her name but I just wanted to get out of there so I can eat my “burrito” with a spoon. She was working at around 2PM if that helps whoever is in charge.

    Been here on 3 separate occasions just to give this location the benefit of the doubt, the rice is never cooked like whatsoever. the most simplest dish is never cooked thoroughly. $15 for uncooked rice? I’ll be disputing that thank you

    Slow getting service. Only one in line and a gentleman came from the back to help me when there were clearly 4 women right up front. Not cool. For was good. I always love Chipotle bowls. Great for leftovers.

    I had two issues with my order I just placed. I ordered guacamole and received only one tiny piece of guacamole in my burrito. The bigger issue was I always order sofritas because I am a vegetarian, & I found a piece of chicken halfway through my burrito. There could’ve been more meat in the burrito I had already eaten. I’m experiencing an upset stomach now, which is what usually happens after I eat meat, & my day is compromised because now I have to treat this. Truly, I’m not after handouts. I only want this to be addressed formally to the staff here because I brought it up and showed them the piece of chicken I found, but they seemed indifferent about the issue and only provided an apology. No manager was notified and nothing was done to reassure me it wouldn’t happen again. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this chipotle again due to lack of quality service. Please address these issues more aggresively. Thank you.

    Waited around about 45 mins in store for a doordash order they gave many other ride share drivers their orders before mine though I was there much before them I had to ask if they were preparing the order more than 4 times before I actually got the food

    This place is terrible. I ordered online and when my order arrived there were no chips. The carrier said the restaurant said there were no more chips. I called the restaurant to confirm (this seemed odd) and they said that they did have chips, but not for any online orders, only for in-person orders. How does this make any sense? I asked this and they couldn’t explain. I do not recommend this location.
