Food was delicious 😋 😍. Customer service was great 👍🏼

Tasty food, cheap drinks. Small-ish portions for the 2 for $25 but still yummy and definitely worth a trip/try.

Everything was good at the time of our visit. The place was starting to get full but our Waitress was still able to accommodate our requests. Overall, we were happy with the food and service. Even Clyde enjoyed the meal. 😊

Hey Guys! Your'e hungry huh? its saturday you just got shopping done and looking for a quiet place to have drinks and a menu with different options. well here it is Applebee's has all that! We came in on a saturday during lunch time they sat us down quick and got our food and drinks going. Most of the menu items were being replaced or they just didnt have them available so that was a bummer. i had chicken alfredo but it was luke warm and flavorless , very very sad about that. My wife got a burger which was good and mozarella sticks were alright. the servers were pretty loud for some reason. The vibe inside gave me hardcore home town buffet vibes.

Love Love the WonTon Tacos. I could just order 2 servings of that and 2 drinks at happy hour clear my mind exhale and I'm good.

I received a gift card so I went after work for dinner. My waitress was nice, however, the food is very TV Dinner-esque. The quality is very subpar. I ordered steak with shrimp, mash potatoes, and “signature” Mac & cheese.. which was horrible. Worst mac & cheese ever. I’m so glad I ordered chicken wings too because that saved the meal. The drinks are big but have maybe a tablespoon of alcohol. If I were to go back I’d get only sangria.. because they can afford not to be stingy with that… and chicken wings. Although there’s are pretty pricey for 9 wings and there’s plenty other places to go for that. So idk.. definitely not a go-to spot.

The servers at the bar and staff are attentive, friendly and take your order promptly. The atmosphere and tables are clean and they have AC on a hot day. The food (I ordered the Bourbon street steak) is great and the prices reasonable. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work apple bees I’ll be back.

The place was empty we got seats pretty quickly but waited for more than 20 minutes no one showed up to take our order or asked what we wanted to drink so decided to leave and will probably not go back again

Took my god daughter on a dinner date for her birthday. She loves Applebee's ❤️ I love the Halloween vibe with their hidden decor in the lamps 🎃 the wonton tacos are one of my faves!

This place get a 1- .. My Son and I went for lunch he has never been, I talked him into going.. We get there.. AND NO ONE GREETED US!! Sat there looking lost .. I literally had to call on the phone to ask if we seat ourselves, a guy answered the phone and said someone would be out.. 2 mins later a young lady comes out to seat us.. She took us to a table sat us down kinda rude and fast and Chris is our waiter.. CHRIS NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! So we left.. S/N people after us was seated and waited on.. EPIC FAIL 6/10/23

Whoever makes the mixed drinks here is the best, ive tried another applebees not the same. Service is awesome too. Note: 4 stars only because of these new "cheetos wings and cheese bites" Like bruh lol doesnt even look close. And they were full of grease. Worst false advertisement.

The server that severed our table was amazing her name is Heather sth I can't really see. We went there a few times and always have amazing experiences even though sometime we have to wait in line. The food is amazing especially the drinks is super cheap and delicious.

Me and my hubby love to come here for lunch and a few drinks. Only issue would be the service sometimes. Hard to get another drink, so our glasses stay empty for 10mins. ( So now we order before we finish, if we can)

The service here is fantastic, I requested a table for me and a couple of friends. I don't like to sit in booths. The section that I wanted wasn't open, but they are willing to make an exception. Eliseo the G.M. is a very polite and respectful 🙏 manager to the employees and his customers. " I love Applebee's in lakewood. I come here at least once a week for Happy Hour from 3 pm - 6 pm. Every Day. Some Appetizers are 1/2 off during Happy Hour. You get more food for your buck $$

Great food our waiter was super friendly, and attentive. We came on Sunday night with no issues at all. Highly recommended this location. All our food was great, had the following: steak, penne pasta, and boneless wings.

Food was delicious. Service was good. Our server Claudia was very professional. My food was a little cold and she took it back. Brought it back hot. She didn't check on us as much which we were good. She was busy which is understandable. One of my favorite places to eat. The only downfall was it was so cold in there.

I beluve there were at least two different sports played on large screens. Atmosphere was nice.

Can't order on the kiosk. Maybe they were just ignoring us when I tried to get a server at our table? Chicken wings took forever to come out and there was hardly any customers. At least the server asked if we wanted more because 'it was going to take a minute for them to come out'. 5 stars for christa b

I ordered a steak and most of it was gristle. I didn't eat much of it, and the waitress brought the manager who apologized. I thought that was very thoughtful. I was totally shocked when he replaced the entire meal to go. I had not complained. Jamie, the manager of Lakewood's Applebee's. He went above and beyond

Me and my 3 sisters took my 92yr young Dad to lunch. We spent close 250 dollars or so... The food was good. I had the steak and shrimps. The service, waitresses were nice, fun and personable. We all took extra plates home because of the 2 for 30 or so deal and ordered other add on's, plus drinks. There was a frozen drink that we enjoyed. It was a very hot that day. We enjoyed lunch. I took my frozen drink with me. 2stars because, I went into the mall and left my drink in the car, it cost 3 dollars. Fyi. My family came from Los Angeles to this location. It was my mistake for leaving the drink in the car. I get it. It was a warm mess. I called to speak to the manager to let them know that my drink was left in the car and wanted to know if as a courtesy, if I could get a 3dollar frozen drink that I barely tasted, (but really liked it) since mine was ruined. I knew it was a long shot. But I thought maybe they would be nice and willing to oblige me, especially since my family spent close to 250.00 or so... and I only wanted a 3 dollar drink... No, they did not have to, but they isn't the point. The manager was kinda rude and dismissive. I was disappointed. But ok... I could be writing a different review and raving that the manager was very nice and the drink was amazing and I would've been saying I got to enjoy a nice frozen drink on my way home on that hot day. 3dollars vs 250.00 dollars. 🤔🤔🤔🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't know if I'll be going back. Overall it was a pleasant time with our Dad. Not so much, the rest.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend their steaks, but they may have just had an off day. However, most of their menu options are exceptional. Especially the Quesadilla Burger. I don't know why anyone had ever thought of that before? Most of the servings are filling and very satisfying. This is "Eatin' good in the Neighborhood!"

This is the second Applebee's I've ever been to, about 12yrs apart. This one was quiet/clean! Tv's all had great sports on, we were next to the bar & got that electric blue drink ya'll see in the background. Got those pub waffle fries & our server smiled & was always refilling our drinks & was mad cool.

My grandkids like the kids menu here. The price is reasonable. You have to go early because it gets crowded. I wish they had more salads made with romaine lettuce besides caesar because I can't stomach iceberg lettuce.

Service was wonderful! Suzanna was the sweetest! Food and drinks was A+! 👌👍

Karen is the absolute best! She NOT ONLY makes the best drinks behind bar, but attends everyone in the bar area! She’s the reason the Hubbs and I enjoy happy hour on Fridays!

Gotta give big kudos to Adrian in the bar area at this particular location. Big ups to the manager Richard for managing such a great team of workers. Adrian at the bar was the best dam server I've ever experienced, true customer service skill, wow, I will be back.

Fancy, like Applebee's on a Date night!! The food was Amazing. The server took good care of us, made sure we had all we needed, and kept our drinks full! Hat's off to the chef 🥳 the food was Sooo Good, Thank you. This was my Birthday dinner choice!!

One of my favorite locations. Met a friend for lunch. Spent 3 hours in the establishment. Restaurant was clean. We were seated immediately. Our server was polite and responsive. Once order was placed, food came quickly and was delicious. I ordered the macaroni and cheese chicken tenders and my friend ordered a steak. I have ordered take out for a family dinner and Birthday parties. Always a pleasure to work with the servers on placing my orders. They take time to review the entire order. Check ID for alcohol ic drinks on the go. Definitely a great spot to visit. Good price point, menu updates, convenient location.
