Had the date for 2 dinner special. Steaks were cooked well, and the lobster and shrimp didn't disappoint.

Great food...service not so good

The Red Lobster in Lakewood is clean and everyone is friendly. My food was delicious, fresh and hot. I ordered garlic shrimp with a New York steak. My sides were mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Great service and incredible seafood! Management staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Barstaff has a variety of delicious and refreshing drinks 🍸

The wait was long, they were telling people the wait was 1hr 45min to 2hrs 30 min, but it was to be expected because it was Valentine's Day. They told us 1hr 30 min but we were seated within like 45 minutes. Our server was great, the food was even better. Everything was ready in about 15 minutes even though they kept telling us the kitchen staff was really behind, too many online orders. They stopped online ordering to serve the people on site better. The bread was really soft and flavorful, and my Brussel sprouts were perfectly crispy and sweet. The main dish was also great, everything was warm and looked like it was just made. We just needed more sour cream and butter for our baked potato. The plates are always generously served, whatever I didn't finish, I took home.

We went on Christmas eve and they did not disappoint. Our server was outstanding and the food was great. I never drink alcohol, I just don't like it, so I got one of the festive looking drinks based only on looks and it was delicious. And the only thing I took a photo of lol. We really splurged on dinner ordering whatever sounded good so it was probably almost $100 per person but that's not our norm. This is probably going to be a new tradition for Christmas Eve for our family.

Our waiter Matthew was spectacular!!! He wasn't supposed to be our waiter. That person never showed up. Matthew paid attention to all four of us, individually! He completely earned the $58 tip

Horrible. I didn't even pay for it , they took it off my check because they knew how horrible the food was. Overrated ash. I asked for a bacon burger and the first time they gave me a burger with a patty and lettuce and my fries were cold. They took the plate and brought me back another burger, but instead of putting slices of bacon on my burger, how it usually is on a bacon burger, they put bacon bits...... never going here again . I don't know why they have a 4.1 rating ! The people around me had lobster tails that were over cooked ! Horrible .

Like WoW, our server Joe today was absolutely awesome. Not used to going out late and so glad the whole EXPERIENCE was Great! And GRACIAS to Joe to continue check on me! Happy Holidays

I was surprised the service was slow, the restaurant was almost empty, but getting past that everything was great. I come for cheddar Bay biscuits, if they have other food too that is fine, but for me the biscuits are primary. I usually get the Admirals Feast and they usually fit it all on one plate. This time they loaded up the plate and put the sides off the main plate. The side Ceasars salad was excellent, the fish was super soft and flaky. Walts favorite shrimp always satisfies. Just check out the pics, Caution, don't drool on your phone.

Came in on a Tuesday for lunch and we were notified at the door that they were short staffed and that there would be a longer wait than usual at which point I opted to sit at the bar. I was greeted with the biggest smile ever by bartender named (tiara) who also informed me she's a little behind but she would get with us soon even though she was completely overwhelmed with drink orders she did not miss a Beat when it came to serving us and everyone else who was also at the bar let alone the rest of the restaurant her customer service was amazing!!!! so even though the wait was longer than usual than and the restaurant was completely understaffed she made it nearly unnoticeable. Great job 👏🏽

Had a great time and good food. Endless shrimp for the win!! $10 margaritas and $5 beer. Service was excellent despite our waitress being swamped with tables of hungry customers. Definitely coming back during the week to really enjoy the experience.

Red Lobster has always been a nice place to eat and HAD a very nice atmosphere. However, their dress standards have degraded over the years. I do understand that it has always been a casual dress attire restaurant, but when you start letting people in dressed in really dirty sweat suits and without shocks and with open sandals, it is just not acceptable. What happened to you??? Plus, we witnessed a busser cleaning a table with a dry napkin, just pushing the crumbs around and resetting the table. Not even bothering to use any kind of disinfectant or a clean wet cloth.

Omg it was amazing they are having the promotion right now of all you can eat shrimp for $20 and I personally love their biscuits 😋

I felt discriminated against, they took more than 30 minutes just to take my order, they took another 30 minutes to bring the food and on top of that it was cold and incomplete, as soon as my incomplete plate arrived I asked for my missing side and I finished eating and it never arrived. Shrimp and salmon were burnt on one plate and raw on another plate

Our large group of 25 was well received on time. Sandra had been thorough in the planning and welcomed all our party in the back room with its large table. Ordering of drinks, appetizers, and main courses was prompt and efficient. The servers delivered everything accurately. We all loved the food and the friendly atmosphere. A very good value, too.

First time to red lobster, the complimentary biscuits they give at the beginning are da bomb . The food bomb . Come thru shout out Marcos for knowing the menu . A must try if you haven't came. Can't wait to come again.

It's RED LOBSTER!!! The incredibly overpriced food and drink is amazing 🤷 If you love seafood and don't mind dropping a Ben or 2, this is the place for you. The service could've been better however they were incredibly busy so I get it.

True exemplar of customer service. I never have any issues with any of their fellow locations. I guess a premium price like lobster gets what one pays for :) I believe though, money can only get so far, they do have a team with great attitude, just like how the lively beast tasted : )

Food was really good. The trio is the best bang for your buck. Really nice servers.

Our waiter was excellent. Very attentive. He brought a piece of birthday cake to our table for my husband. His name was Tommy. Tommy was a great waiter and really hard working guy.

We had an awesome experience at Lakewood Red Lobster. Roger was such a terrific waiter he was very friendly, attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortably enjoying our meal!! This Great customer service and fresh quality food was plus because my daughter and i have experienced so many restaurant nightmares. So this experience was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Roger for making our day great!

Immaculate everything. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Red Lobster, and my experience was amazing. My friend and I the Seafarer’s feast, and everything was delicious. Lobster tail was perfectly cooked. There was so much butter (on the side & with the garlic shrimp), which paired well with everything. And of course, the cheddar bay biscuits are everything you’ve imagined it to be. Buttery, savory, and flaky. Atmosphere of the restaurant feels more like fine dining with dimmed lights, which was nice. Our server, Jojo, was fantastic as well. Very attentive and very nice. She made the dining experience great! Highly recommend this location of Red Lobster.

Honest review, I've not being to a Red Lobster in over 10+ years because they got cheap and the food portions got small. Now today I decide to give it another chance at this location, food is great, portions are great, the flavors are good and the prices (at least for my food) were fair. The only thing that was negative, there was some loud commotion from an unruly customer.
