WARNING:
THEY
OVERCHARGE
AND
HIDE
INFORMATION
FROM
CUSTOMERS
I
was
here
with
some
friends
for
a
party
over
a
month
ago,
we
rented
a
booth
and
bottle
service,
easily
spent
over
1200-1500$
here
for
everything.
Due
to
the
size
of
our
group
we
went
through
the
bottles
fairly
quick
and
I
decided
to
purchase
another.
I
ordered
a
belvedere
for
was
250$
(price
on
menu).
When
the
check
came
around
I
noticed
the
total
was
410$
and
some
odd
cents.
Red
flag
immediately,
I
asked
the
server
why
it
was
so
much
and
that
the
price
was
250
+
tax.
The
receipt
was
almost
impossible
to
read
because
it
was
wet
and
the
ink
was
faded
on
some
portions.
The
server
then
said
oh
dont
worry
we
will
take
care
of
it
at
the
bar
just
sign
here
and
I'll
let
them
know.
I
also
asked
her
if
tip
was
included
because
I
couldn't
understand
why
it
was
so
high
and
was
TOLD
BY
THE
SERVER,
NO.
So
I
reached
into
my
wallet
and
gave
her
40$.
I
was
hesitant
to
leave
but
we
had
a
party
bus
and
had
to
go.
Next
morning
I
immediately
checked
my
card
statement
and
sure
enough,
there
was
a
charge
for
410$
still.
I
called
the
number
listed
online,
as
well
as
texted
it
as
it
said
I
could
text
the
number
so
well.
I
didnt
hear
back
almost
all
day
aside
from
2
text
saying
yes
this
is
sevilla
nightclub
and
do
you
have
a
receipt.
The
next
day
I
finally
got
ahold
of
someone
on
the
phone
and
they
told
me
they
would
look
up
my
information
and
pull
up
the
receipt
and
call
me
back.
Silence
again
for
multiple
days.
I
called
their
restaurant
portion
next
and
gave
the
same
information
to
someone
their,
and
was
again
told
"a
manager
will
call
you
shortly".
Nada.
Nothing.
ZERO
contact
for
multiple
days.
I
then
decided
that
they
weren't
going
to
actively
try
and
fix
their
error
so
I
disputed
it
with
my
credit
card
company.
They
had
30
days
to
respond
and
now
that
they
were
actually
going
to
lose
the
money,
what
happens?
Of
course,
they
call
me
right
before
the
claim
closed.
This
time
was
their
corporate
office
and
I
explained
my
problem,
and
how
it
had
been
literally
weeks
with
no
contact
from
anyone
on
their
end.
I
was
then
told
they
overcharged
me
50$
and
would
refund
that,
but
I
asked
about
the
other
remaining
amount
and
was
told
that
there
is
a
60$
GRATUITY
INCLUDED?!
To
have
someone
bring
me
a
bottle
they
charge
60$??!
Unreal.
And
the
fact
I
was
told
they
DIDNT
INCLUDE
ANY
TIP
BY
A
WORKER,
I
am
left
at
a
loss
for
words.
This
has
to
be
the
shades,
least
proffesional
night
club
I
have
ever
seen
and
will
likely
ever
see.
They
basically
said
sorry
you
tipped
100$,
too
bad
for
you.
Not
even
a
"oh
were
sorry
about
that,
here's
a
voucher
for
our
restaurant
or
something.
Customer
service
is
clearly
not
important
here
and
their
business
standards
are
very
unprofessional
and
I
would
dare
to
say
illegal
to
some
extent
because
they
won't
even
disclose
other
charges
on
your
receipt.
A
word
of
advice
for
anyone
thinking
of
going
here,
dealing
with
this
place
has
been
a
nightmare,
the
staff
only
want
money
and
don't
care
how
they
get
it,
and
you
run
the
risk
of
spending
extra
money
on
things
you
didn't
know
about
and
won't
be
told
about.
Wish
I
could
give
this
place
negative
stars
because
I
have
never
experienced
a
circus
like
the
management
and
corporate
at
this
place.
