Awesome location, a little more established (read: older) than most of the Starbucks I seem to visit & yes, this makes it charming and warm, like an old pair of slippers. Didn't expect, but got!, more than one friendly smile here and was greeted nicely. Considering that this staff probably deal with a full spectrum of the population being downtown, they definitely have a different daily experience than someone working in a suburb. That being said, they are still engaging & professional, got my drink order correct and I left (after a little tip!) a happy coffee drinker!!

Who doesn't love the Starbucks!!! Always friendly and amazing. Had a great greeter who was bubbly and kind. They even served samples of their cold brew my new fav!

Don't ask a lot of questions to staff. Old guys that will argue about the weather or anything in life always found on the patio. Busy No parking Staff coolish Patio is just ok Free WiFi Tea is served WAY to hot !!

Was my favorite of two but dont count on charging your. Computer or phone if in need this service has been deleted so it is less user friendly taking customer service to an all time low!!! Not a lot of seating just mot worth ordering and sitting it is more of an order and ho spot. The floor looks dirty the table and chairs are poor quality with scars. It just looks tacky!

I got there 5:18 pm and the place was deserted so I didn't have to wait in line. There was only two workers behind the counter. I ordered a hot chocolate. As I was sitting there enjoying my hot chocolate I saw a cockroach crawling across the next table top. I got the attention of one of the workers and told her there was a cockroach on the table next to me. After several minutes looking for the cockroach she gave up and I left.

I gave it three stars because I was able to order my favorite items which were the bacon gouda sandwich in the caramel frappuccino with extra shot in extra caramel however the atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty unkept. I sat at a table that had crumbs on it and unfortunately I had to wipe them off before I could eat.

Small Starbucks - don’t expect to hang out, there’s rarely any open chairs. It’s convenient if you are getting something on-the-go. The Starbucks on Broadway & Magnolia is a much better option if you are looking to stick around while you are there.

Staff is great. This location seems fairly busy consistently, but you don't have to wait too long for your stuff. Always pretty clean, too.
