Stopped by for a coffee and an avocado toast. This is by far the best avocado toast I have ever had. The bread was amazing and the tomatoes were super sweet. I love the outside seating and the crew working there were super friendly.

This remarkable restaurant is in my local area and has evolved into a fantastic breakfast and coffee spot! It truly is the best example of the potential of what the Long Beach restaurant and coffee bar scene could be when the entire team of an establishment gives their 110 % to achieve and present excellence in every aspect of an establishment. Service, food, coffee drinks, music playlists, and vibe - everything is the best it could possibly be! All served without any attitude whatsoever. No condescending "Coffeehouse" bad attitude or judgement. Genuine hospitality. Spotlessly clean…….. Reasonable prices, and outstanding quality! I have been here multiple times and they are very, very consistent. I believe that this is something truly exceptional! I can't wait to go back! Wow! Super delicious neighborhood coffee joint. Stoked to have a new place to get a drink and food. We got biscuits with jam ( strawberry and blackberry) copa breakfast burrito, pb and b, muffin, egg and cheese bagel. Our friends got the spicy bird bagel. Everything I tried was delicious. Excited to go back and try the pb and j. The burrito was delicious and the jam was amazing. Cute little spot and super nice employees.

Maybe they are more known for food and bakery, but coffee is just insanely expensive. It costs nearly $7 for a 16oz cup of mediocre iced latte. Also, they intentionally hide all of the prices from their menu, so people can order without knowing the prices in advance. I am probably the same one who wanted a quick grab of coffee and had to come all the way and felt like just buying one time. Definitely not recommending if you want a good coffee with a reasonable price - there are more places you could go around this area for sure. Not coming back unless they explicitly display their prices on their menu!

Excellent little coffee shop located in east Long Beach! Great food and great coffee! I love coming here and grabbing a bite to eat and a coffee before my day gets started. Very friendly people and excellent variety to choose from.

Clean place, quick service. Lots of food options. Just got a hot tea though 👌🏼 Shoutout to Jonny, very kind human, and a very passionate barista. Place gets busy but good spot to get a couple hours of study. Highly recommend

Found this coffee shop during the pandemic and it’s located right by the vet that I go to. It is a GEM. Great coffee (almond milk latte and americano, but honestly everything seems quality), good vibes (great and friendly customer service) and a killer breakfast burrito.

Nice, small cafe near LGB. Very friendly service with a great tasting espresso. Ordered a traditional macchiato which had a strong yet delightful flavor (some hazelnut?). Small but popular. I tried to work there in the morning and got work done but lots of locals and students start pouring in and it can get crowded and loud quickly.

If you’re staying at the Marriott a block away, this is your coffee a morning snack spot. Also a nice little walk. Enjoy 😉

Food: plenty of drinks and baked goods to choose from! I ordered the sea salt caramel latte and it was delicious. The sourdough is baked fresh and when you bite into it, it really does taste like that homemade feel that we are all looking for in food. Service: I told the clerk it was my first time and she explained some of her favorite drinks and asked me what I liked. She also explained how they bake their own goods in house. Final thought: the parking is horrible, so be prepared to find a spot. Small business with yummy delights. I'll be back!

High quality coffee, aesthetically pleasing space with lots of natural light, similar vibes to the coffee shops I grew up going to in the Pacific Northwest. They offered a good selection of non dairy milks and friendly service. Happy to see them join the neighborhood!

Can’t believe this is their 2nd day open!!! They are like a well oiled machine. Greeted with pleasant, knowledgeable staff and I even got to meet the owner and his business manager. The drip coffee is smooth with a full body. The avocado toast is amazing. It’s on a thick, lightly toasted bread with layers of tastes. The store is filled with natural light and plenty of tables. It is so nice to have an independent coffee shop, close by with lots of parking. Can’t wait to. Come back with friends and family.

Located few minutes from LBC airport. Sweet gem! I had Matcha - sweet or no sweet option. My friend and I shared Avocado & Fig toast. The staffs are nice and quick, the cafe is clean and modern. I see some do their studies here.

Wd have been here a few times now. Customer service is always as polite a as can be. Breakfast burritos are pretty damn good. The tots are crunchy and that is a must. The coffee is spot on. Had a flat white the other day, perfect. Bought a round sourdough loaf, it didn't last the full day. It was one of the best loafs we have had. Prepare to not be disappointed if you come here.

I went to Coffee Parlor recently for brunch. The parking lot is a bit strange, it may seem like there's no spaces but follow the narrow road behind the building and there are more spots on the other side. There are a few tables inside, but it's a bit cramped. Outside though there are plenty of picnics tables set up. I got a chai latte, original burrito, and a chocolate chip cookie. The burrito and salsa were amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The cookie and chai were just okay; the cookie was really crispy, which isn't my preferred kind of cookie. My chai had large clumps in it, like it wasn't completely mixed and the chai blend settled to the bottom. So I wouldn't recommend either of those, but definitely try the breakfast burrito.

This place is such an amazing high-end coffee shop! The coffee is amazing. The food, a step above almost any other coffee shop style breakfast spot— gourmet breakfast burritos or sandwiches, avocado toast or homemade donuts, and more…! The shop is quaint but there is a large outdoor seating area shared with some other eateries in the same strip mall. Parking is a bit tough… don’t drive through the lot with a large car! Just park on the street! Highly recommended for dates, hang outs, or just some good quiet sit down time with coffee and a book.

First time here and everything was absolutely amazing. The orange mocha seasonal latte was festive and delicious. It was hard to choose what to eat, everything sounded so good! But I went with the breakfast sandwich + biscuit option. Those biscuits alone are worth coming back for. Crispy, buttery edges with fluffy center. Perfection. My only issue was that my clean reusable personal coffee cup was not allowed due to their policy of no personal cups behind the counter. There are also no “for here” options for coffee cups. Totally understandable to have a policy in place, but I’ve been to several places that have a great work around by either placing my cup in a larger vessel so there is no contact, or I can place my cup, lid off, at the end of the coffee bar so they can fill it without contact. Just trying to reduce waste by bringing my own cup and I love when coffee shops support this mission. I love coffee, and supporting local coffee shops, and I’m extra motivated to return to places that allow *clean* reusable cups. I’ll definitely be back for those breakfast sandwiches though! 😍

Look at those pictures, this place is about quality- don’t go here unless you want a great culinary experience.

So yummy! Everything here is delicious from the cappuccino to the burrito, avocado toast-delish. We live nearby and love dropping in for a treat (and the all important morning coffee). The staff is always so kind, I highly recommend COPA.

EXPENSIVE. $10 for ONE SLICE of French toast isn't worth it. Food tastes the same as going to IHOP. Waited 30 minutes sitting for my food in a SMALL, LOUD, UNCOMFORTABLE TABLE. I wanted to order a Brisket burger but couldn't because I had to wait until 11:00. It was 10:50. Service was polite, though.
