Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Food tasted great.

The place is nice,clean and has tasty bagels. But sadly wasn't as satisfyingly as I had hoped. because how some of the items were missing, but the also cut and placed on both of my bagels was sad! Ill give this place another try because the cashier was super cool about it and sincerely apologized and will fix it next time for me, but just be warned to make sure your order Is fully correct before leaving!

I seem to have bad luck at this particular Einstein location, especially when ordering via the app. Usually my order is missing something but this time, it’s the extras that ruined it. After picking the order up, my daughter started munching and quickly said ‘eww, a hair.’ She had already pulled it out and tossed it. When I asked to see it. But a few seconds later she said ‘OMG it’s another hair!’ So she took a photo (and circled the hair). The hairs were dark brown or black; my daughters is blonde and mine is white… Sorry kid, no breakfast today. One hair is a mistake; two hairs is a real problem; either it’s intentional or gross negligence (no pun intended). The manager here already knows me by name because of earlier issues so talking to them has no effect. The 3-4 orders per month Einsteins used to get will now have to go to your competition.

The breakfast sandwich bagel I got was wrapped with oil drenched paper and the sandwich itself was poorly put together. I had to eat later by later and not as a sandwich because it was falling apart with each bite. Also, there was a homeless guy sitting at one of their tables outside, coughing and hacking up mucus and spitting on the floor for 20 mins. A worker saw him and didn't say a word while he was panhandling in their chair. It was an unpleasant experience.

I actually found ALL of my bagels this morning at this establishment..Will DEFINITELY be back to this one instead!

The worst. Service is horrid. Still dont allow indoor dining. Can't even pour my own beverage. My Nova Lox had one thin piece of salmon draped over both bagels. Go to the Bagelry at Stearns and Bellflower. Far superior.

Great sandwiches and great service, good parking spot plus restroom and friendly environment. Highly recommended for those who tired of Starbucks or Coffee-beans.

I love the hatch chile bagel with chive and onion cream cheese and I add tomato and red onion. Delicious!

The bagels are so fresh and they have a great sandwich lunch and breakfast selections. There are seating outside. Plenty of parking.

ordered bagels for my office through the einstein bros website. asked for it to be delivered, which i guess is through door dash. received 13 bagels with no cream cheese. apparently when you get it delivered you dont get cream cheese. also i went back through and there is no spot to order cream cheese. when i called was basically told that its not their problem. i will never order from here again and will tell the drug reps i work with not to either.

Slow service. Why does it take so long to toast a bagel? It doesn’t take an Einstein to figure out what the problems are here, But the owner wants me to go to another website and fill out a form to tell him it’s wrong. maybe the owner should just take some initiative and see what’s going on in his own store. He’s got eight people behind the counter 2 to 4 of them standing around doing nothing most of the time and it takes A ridiculous amount of time to get a bagel with cream cheese and lox. I just revised my rating to 2 stars after yet another frustratingly long wait today. Dear owner don’t be dumb just go look at what’s happening.

Don’t go here. Coffee was bad. Flies all over the bread and sandwiches are not worth it. Employees look like their trying their best but management is most likely the problem.

Dylan is a superstar! Great personality, and really welcoming to his guests. I really enjoyed my PBJ on the cheesy hash brown bagel. I know it sounds weird, but it's delicious. The prices are very good. Love this place!

The coffee tasted like rubbing alcohol, the creamer was warm, and the food was very bland (I got the chorizo sunrise, nothing with that many peppers should be bland). I can't justify paying so much for food I could absolutely make better at home. I'm also disappointed that there was no sanitizer available at the coffee bar- it's cold and flu season!

The bagels are pretty good, although a bit pricey. And the staff are just the nicest people 🫶

This place is STELLAR...! Had no idea until I tried it. It's not a coffee place, it's a bagel place with exceptional ☕ coffee! The choice of bagels is fantastic AND they serve hot bagel sandwiches that are reasonably priced and taste AMAZING!

I keep coming here, and being disappointed almost every.effing.time. I ordered extra cream cheese, as I do, every order. And almost every time, this is what I get. I tip, as well.

Come here for quick breakfast sandwich often, and everytime I come I’m always waiting for more than 15 mins, the staff never communicates then when frustration is expressed the staff becomes angry/unprofessional as if the customer is wrong. Especially the ginger guy employee. I won’t be coming back here ever again. Sad because they really do have great sandwiches

Bigger than most other Einstein's. Bagels weren't toasted so much so as they were just heated but that's just me. 3/5 overall because I do like the food there! They do have wifi but no plugs
