Simple and good bakery/coffee spot. The pastries are good quality and coffee is also great. The decor is really old and it’s not a place where you want to spend time. A good renovation will do good.

I love supporting local businesses and this one is easy to support. The aroma when you enter is incredibly enticing and the food quality is top notch. I love coffee so it's important to me that a coffee shop have their coffee menu on point. Well, Dolys delivers on all fronts. What a great little local spot for getting your coffee grind on!

I don’t even really care for almonds, but it looked so good in the window I had to try it! This is by and far my favorite breakfast pastry in town; the almond croissant. The outside is sweet and crispy, and the inside is nice and soft. Their cookies and macarons are great as well! Also the blueberry pinwheel. I had my first REAL scone here and it was wonderful. I’d had some from that BIG COFFEE COMPANY (no names ;) and yeah...there’s no contest. Real fresh food wins every time.

I wanted some kind of breakfast sandwich type of food, plus something sweet. This place came up in my search, so I decided to try them out. During my research, it showed that they had macarons, which I was excited about. But when I got there, they didn’t have any macarons…so, I ordered their Cream Puff instead. Cream puff looked like an ordinary one, but it had a crazy amount of cream filling! It was really decadent and tasty, but not amazing though. I ordered Cajun Chicken Sandwich for my breakfast. I asked if the sandwich can be made on croissant, and they said yes. A staff brought it out to me in a paper bag once it was made. She realized I was eating in, so she brought it back on a plate for me. It was quite large in size, which was great. I somehow thought it will be on hot/warm toasted croissant but it was cold. Later I discovered that they can make their sandwiches in hot-pressed panini style upon request… Oh well. It had a generous amount of chicken, not really spicy but had a small kick to it. Veggies were very fresh with nice crunchy texture. Even though it was cold, it still was nice and buttery, very flaky and fluffy. I was full after having half of the sandwich, so I brought the rest with me and had it for lunch. I enjoyed the sandwich, very tasty, well crafted, good quality and very filling. The price here was super affordable and the portion was great. The staffs were friendly and polite.

Doly’s doesn’t look fancy, but they make the best butter croissant I’ve ever had outside of France. Period. They hand make them… layer upon layer of dough and butter. They are super crisp, and never doughy. Best kept secret in LB.

Kind service. Friendly staff. Fresh pastries. Excellent croissants. Coffee, tea, and smoothies. Lunch sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches. Perfect place to stop in before work or lunchtime. Never a long wait here!

macaroons, macaroons, macaroons! actually they have alot more going for them than that. the beautiful service staff are wonderful Latinas that speak both English and Spanish. I think this is one of those asian owned french inspired bakeries. geee how original. (sarcasm) but to their credit they have really good muffins from banana nut to blueberry to chocolate chip. for breakfast they have ham and cheese croissants, burritos, and yogurt parfaits . unfortunately they do not sell bread or cakes. otherwise they could have possibly been 5 stars

DoLy’s (pronounced Doe Lee’s) as a combo of the husband wife duos last names, is a cute family run bakery we found walking around downtown. The coffee was great and finding a almond croissant is always a plus :) recommend highly!

Super nice and friendly. Ham and cheese croissant and coffee were both bomb (yum:-). Lots of other yummy looking stuff to try. I'll be back.

The staff was very friendly and personable. The location is perfectly place downtown and convenient. There is lots of parking and it a quiet little spot. I ordered the bagel omelette sandwich, coffee and water ... Sandwich definitely hit the spot and my coffee was deliciousness

The staff is extremely friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Everything was absolutely delicious and the coffee was perfect.

I wish this place was more popular, because the owners San and Julie really deserve it! Also Rubi and Claudia are amazing baristas who are great at their craft. The croissants are authentic Parisian style, straight with perfect flakiness and layers. The macarons are without any exaggeration, to die for. At the very least, they are worth a trip out through LA traffic both ways just to get these. Again, they are the true authentic style. Top notch shop, not obvious from the street, but I hope they get more traction!

Super friendly staff and delicious muffins! My friend got the raspberry & cheese croissant and loved it, too. We all got coffee drinks that we loved. Would highly recommend!

I went there to buy some scones, what they showed online and what I received was not the quality I expected. NOTE The pricing was almost double what they had online. Funny how the quality has gone away in their baking. What a shame their original scones lookes so much better. The pictures online are so much better than what I received. I will say that the customer service was good and the people are nice.

Some of the best pastries you'll find this side of the Atlantic. The Croissants are flakiest I've ever had, and they far out class Croissants served at other bakeries in the area. Dolly's muffins and other pastries are also delicious. Service is very friendly and efficient. Maybe I shouldn't mention this, but all pastries are sold half off after noon! Not only does this produce some great deals, but it assures that inventory is cleared out daily so you'll never get a day-old piece.

Doly's is outstanding - the food, as well as the help. They are extremely friendly, personable, and always treat the costumers well. I work in the building and have been going there for a while now. Their muffins are mouth-watering good as are their cinnamon twists. They deserve to do well and I wish them much success.
