Wow, I’m surprised it took me this long to get a drink at this great coffee shop. I ordered the Hawaiian Mocha and it was delicious. The barista was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back here when I come out to Seal Beach. I recommend this place!

Best coffee spot in this area. Great location with tons of spots to park. The place has a very nice atmosphere with a very mom and like pop vibe. Employees were very friendly and the coffees were nice and flavorful! Highly recommended stopping here and taking a walk along the beach or pier.

My fave Seal Beach coffee shop! Always get the Hawaiian Mocha and Streusel Muffin! They have a mini bean roaster that creates an amazing aroma. Also great gelato for those hot summer days! A cool local spot to grab a coffee and then walk on the pier.

I absolutely love this little beach town and a stop at Javatini’s is a must. It has the quaint family feel. The locals were all pulling up chairs this morning and discussing the rain (it hardly rains in SoCal). I loved the smell of the fresh roasting beans! Today we tried the French press coffee, the Mainstreeter (cafe mocha) and a cranberry muffin. Everything was delicious. Follow it up with a stroll down the pier and call it a fabulous morning!

Great first time experience, we walked around all neighboring coffee shops and this one had the most options. Will return

Not so great. Extremely dull coffee. Go to McDonalds instead, really, or Colossus on 2nd street with excellent coffee and real pastries. When I mentioned how weak the coffee tasted, like water with a lil coffee, there was no response and no care. As if I was not human and it did not matter. Amazing how a place gladly takes your $$$, totally under delivers and could care less about how a patron feels. No pride whatsoever in the craft of brewing. The quality of the beans are not up to par. Pastries taste underwhelming & generic. They look good, but not what a pastry should be. Place is not maintained, a tourist trap. Bathroom is filthy.

Delightful little place in Seal Beach. They have a really great dark roast, Sumatra, and lots of terrific baked goods. And just 1 block from the beach.

You know what I love of this place? EVERYTHING. I love the drinks, the amazing staff, the cozy feel (precovid), the prices, the baked goods, and even the restroom is always clean. Get your caffeine fix and walk it down to the pier like I do. Javantinis one of my favorite coffee shops that I go out of my way for. Everytime I'm in Seal I pick stop by here and it makes my day.

When we visited this place 3 years ago, it was really good! However, the coffee quality has gone down a bit, not as flavorful as three years ago. Also, the cookie we had was underbaked a bit as well.

A great little cozy coffee place. Seating can be limited, but has some amazing drinks. I enjoyed the Hawaiian Mocha and the Honey Nut Latte.

It seems like the staff there acts like you're doing you a favor. Even after you tip them a couple dollars for making you a latte. They don't even say thanks. That being said, they have a pretty decent espresso.

Coffee is fresh roasted and is the absolute BEST tasting around. Adorable place on the corner of Main Street in Seal Beach!

We are on vacation but needed an afternoon coffee fix! Stopped in at Javatinis and I grabbed an iced vanilla coffee with oat milk. It was delicious! They have fast friendly service and their shop has a fun vibe!

The lady in the encounter recommended their Graham Latte, I tried but with oatmilk. It was good but for $8? Not sure about that though.

My sister and I love to bike down to the beach, and we always stop in for a cup of coffee before we leave. It's a great place to have an old favorite or try something new!

Love going to Javatini to get a cappuccino. Main Street in Seal Beach is a great place to visit. The only issue is their door opens the wrong way so if you have 2 coffees in your hand, you can’t open the door. Also, seems like a fire code violation since it’s the only way out and the door opens inward.

I came into the coffee shop (located at 148 Main St, Seal Beach, CA 90740) around 10:30am on Saturday June 4th and ordered a decaf ice coffee with almond milk and one pump of sugar free vanilla. The girl at the register informed me that they didn't have ice decaf. I asked if she could just pour the hot over ice and she said yes as long as I was ok with it being a little watery I said not a problem. I over heard the guy making my coffee tell her (but never bothered to say anything to me) that he couldn't make decaf ice coffee even though the girl/cashier told him i was ok with just pouring it over ice. He then made my coffee with regular coffee not decaf and preceded to add FIVE pumps of SF Vanilla and didn't add almond milk. When he gave me my coffee I nicely asked him how many pumps he used and he said 5, I told him I asked for 1 he said "well I've already put it in there and I can't remake it" so I asked for my money back. At the register the girl once again was very nice and I asked for the manager who happened to be standing right there, I explained the situation (even though he saw and heard me the whole thing) has I was explaining the guy who made my coffee begins to talk over me raising his voice at me (with a coffee shop full of customers) the manager lets him continue to talk to me that way and never asked him to stop or apologize for my experience. I told him if the drink couldn't be made he could of just said something to me and I would of ordered somwthing else, not make my drink completely wrong. Decaf or not I asked for 1 pump NOT 5, I asked for almond milk (he didn't put any milk) and I asked for DECAF not regular. I asked to have my drink made that way because I am clearly pregnant, had I not noticed and drank that coffee not only could me/my baby have been in danger but your shop could of been in a lot of trouble. Some people order drinks, food, etc a certain way for a reason and it's not up to you to make it how you want it.

Very good cappuccinos, even with oat milk, at reasonable prices. Worth having a coffee there if you’re around.

They have really good coffee and roast their own coffee beans early in the mornings. If your new to the area, or visiting, this place will not be disappointed.

Earliest opening coffee shop on main street. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. On the weekends, locals gather in front in portable chairs, talking and drinking coffee. If "regulars" equate to a good business, this seems to be the place.

We finished dining out and decided to stroll down Seal Beach pier. Then we went to Javatinis' for some coffee to end the day. I ordered a latte. The staff were friendly and the shop was clean. My drink came out hot and fresh. We would return again.

Huge disappointment! Went there a couple of days ago, and here are my thoughts: 1. Coffee: Beans were over-roasted. Too dark. Could taste more the burnt than the actual coffee. 2. Chocolate Croissant: was old, possibly more than a day old. There was no crunchiness at all. In fact it was dry, brittle and hard. 3. Avocado Toast: Just a plain piece of bread with a thin layer of avocado spread on top. It was dry and tasted terrible! My entire order went to the trash right after the first try, then we went to the cafe just down the street and were able to get great service with more than decent coffee+pastries+fresh fruit. Don't waste your time and just walk down a block and save your frustration!

The coffee and cranberry muffin were delicious but the customer area needed some clean up.

Decent coffee, been here a few times as it is close by Seal Beach and Pier. Nice seating inside. Have yet to try the food but they serve pastries and sandwiches.
