I
came
into
the
coffee
shop
(located
at
148
Main
St,
Seal
Beach,
CA
90740)
around
10:30am
on
Saturday
June
4th
and
ordered
a
decaf
ice
coffee
with
almond
milk
and
one
pump
of
sugar
free
vanilla.
The
girl
at
the
register
informed
me
that
they
didn't
have
ice
decaf.
I
asked
if
she
could
just
pour
the
hot
over
ice
and
she
said
yes
as
long
as
I
was
ok
with
it
being
a
little
watery
I
said
not
a
problem.
I
over
heard
the
guy
making
my
coffee
tell
her
(but
never
bothered
to
say
anything
to
me)
that
he
couldn't
make
decaf
ice
coffee
even
though
the
girl/cashier
told
him
i
was
ok
with
just
pouring
it
over
ice.
He
then
made
my
coffee
with
regular
coffee
not
decaf
and
preceded
to
add
FIVE
pumps
of
SF
Vanilla
and
didn't
add
almond
milk.
When
he
gave
me
my
coffee
I
nicely
asked
him
how
many
pumps
he
used
and
he
said
5,
I
told
him
I
asked
for
1
he
said
"well
I've
already
put
it
in
there
and
I
can't
remake
it"
so
I
asked
for
my
money
back.
At
the
register
the
girl
once
again
was
very
nice
and
I
asked
for
the
manager
who
happened
to
be
standing
right
there,
I
explained
the
situation
(even
though
he
saw
and
heard
me
the
whole
thing)
has
I
was
explaining
the
guy
who
made
my
coffee
begins
to
talk
over
me
raising
his
voice
at
me
(with
a
coffee
shop
full
of
customers)
the
manager
lets
him
continue
to
talk
to
me
that
way
and
never
asked
him
to
stop
or
apologize
for
my
experience.
I
told
him
if
the
drink
couldn't
be
made
he
could
of
just
said
something
to
me
and
I
would
of
ordered
somwthing
else,
not
make
my
drink
completely
wrong.
Decaf
or
not
I
asked
for
1
pump
NOT
5,
I
asked
for
almond
milk
(he
didn't
put
any
milk)
and
I
asked
for
DECAF
not
regular.
I
asked
to
have
my
drink
made
that
way
because
I
am
clearly
pregnant,
had
I
not
noticed
and
drank
that
coffee
not
only
could
me/my
baby
have
been
in
danger
but
your
shop
could
of
been
in
a
lot
of
trouble.
Some
people
order
drinks,
food,
etc
a
certain
way
for
a
reason
and
it's
not
up
to
you
to
make
it
how
you
want
it.
