This is a perfect location that have great views of the marina and the water. There is easy access to parking and bike and walking areas along with benches and tables all along this area . Very popular during summer months . Come and see this outstanding area.

Run down shopping center with many empty tenant spots. Parking needs new asphalt top. Nice area by the water.

I know that this is a large commercial operation, but it is a really well done one. The beer is excellent, and the view is fantastic. It gets crowded on the weekends because it is such a great place. This is where I bring out of town guests because it is what they want Long Beach to be, as well as how I work for them to see our city.

Nice little shopping center with plenty of options to grab a quick bite or sit and have a more leisurely lunch. There is also a Whole Foods within so that's always handy! Also just a short walk over to the beach if you wanted to check that out too!! The parking can definitely be a challenge the spots seem pretty narrow, there is usually plenty of parking it's just not the most convenient layout.

I was there to go to Whole Foods. That market is amazing...it makes me feel good to shop there because I know that I am getting some of the best quality food products. The employees are so helpful and friendly....it's like you are in their homes and they want you to be happy. The only problem is the parking and it's a huge problem! The aisles are narrow and the space to park is relatively small. I dread that part of the trip each time I have to go.

Very nice part of long Beach clean and neat..

I went to Five Guys to grab a bacon cheese burger, fries, and a strawberry shake. Everything was delicious, but their fries a Second to NONE! Very nice and polite Staff too. Clean store and lots of parking.

This is an awesome out door shopping mall and great place to eat…there are a bunch of great stores, restaurants and check out online every where to visit.

I was using Google maps when I looked past the breakwater in long Beach CA.when I seen what appeared to be moving from the day before rather machines or something else I could not describe under the water at what appeared to be minding for ??? I don't know what materials .can anyone elaborate on this subject.???

Parking can be tough in front of the Barnes and nobles/ theater.

Beautiful place to visit for a relaxing day. Great please to eat at so peaceful at the Marina, you can sit for hours and look out at the water.
