Very new and modern mall located in Long Beach. I love this mall since they have lots of clothing brands and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor seating and it’s also family friendly. Highly recommended!

I'm not local to this area, but I'm surprised I've never even heard of this shopping mall area. Glad I ended up here on a Saturday afternoon while looking for a place to have lunch. Honesty I think one big win here for me was how easy & free (90 min with no validation) parking was on a Saturday afternoon. The structure is easy to navigate, not narrow, & has multiple points of access. You enter from PCH and/or from Marina Dr. Also the place is just very conveniently built. Parking & getting to walking around the mall or to where you planned on going is a very fast trip. Saw several different dining (Mexican, vegan, Italian, etc.) options but I ended up at Italian Homemade (so good!). Also walked by an ice cream & a coffee shop. This is not a huge Westfield shopping mall, but there are some pretty cool options since as Lululemon, Pelaton, Amazon 4 Star, Athleta, Wholefoods etc. I'm a fan of the widespread, spacious layout of this shopping center. Not sure when the place opened, but it all seems very modern, clean new & visually appealing. I definitely see myself returning back here when I'm in the area & I'm pretty sure I'd actually frequent it often if it was more local to me.

A wonderful area for shopping and relaxing, parking is free for 90 minutes, family friendly. Situated on a busy road but once you step inside it’s like another world. They keep the street on the inside semi-closed to cars, which is nice and safe. My toddler likes to run free. Lots of tables and chairs and lounge areas. Pretty water fountain, and floral decorations. Stay till dusk and all the pretty lights makes it very romantic. They always have cool free events for certain Hollidays. We recently got to see the Easter bunny and Minnie&Mikey mouse. Yummy places to eat, and a huge Whole Foods right there to grab groceries on the way back home.

2cd and pch is a great place to shop, enjoy the views and eat at the many restaurants. Top brands have stores and there’s a variety of stores: sport stores, jewelry, clothing, etc. The open air feeling and gardens make it a great place to relax with your friends and family. It’s a great place and it’s busy on weekends. I’d recommend going during the week to avoid traffic. It’s dog-friendly and the dogs were as happy as their parents. There’s an indoor skating place. It’s inside by the the turquoise van. So fun ! The Whole Foods is great. It is very organized and the parking is so close. Have a great day. Parking can be tight - so be sure to set your alarm at 40 minutes so you don’t get a ticket.

Good-looking shopping center with quality stores and restaurants. I wished it were bigger, but it's still pretty good.

One of the newest shopping centers in the area, easily accessible off the high traffic crossroads of southeast LA County and Orange County! 2nd and PCH is just outside the marina, beaches and upscale neighborhoods. Here’s an outdoor mall that meets the needs of the community and is also a great place for visitor’s to check out. I could take my coast tour groups here for a stop on our southbound trek! There’s large parking garages at both ends, with adequate close-up parking whenever I’ve been here, and it’s free for the first 90 minutes! There’s traditional and trendy stores, lifestyle shops and eateries. It’s also a place of unique shops, as it is with the debut of THE SHOP by Jasmine Roth, with her pop-up shop of holiday decor! The UNTUCKit store has leisure shirts I like to wear over my shorts! I love to stop by the Whole Foods store for food to go, or the self-service salad bar for when I’ve got the time to sit, dine and unwind at their seating area! There’s also several standalone diners throughout the mall. There’s also a central area for events and entertainment. The aesthetic styling of construction design, with hanging baskets and landscaping is meticulous! It’s a work in progress, so I’ll be back to shop and update soon!

This place is amazing I could spend all day hanging out here the only thing I guess missing is power outlets but I'm sort of I would understand like why there is none but I really think it would make a big difference. The stores are high-end nice nice lightening at night beautiful Christmas decoration the patios are amazing restaurants are fabulous this place must be visited. The parking is free for the first 120 minutes so just watch your clock it can gets bet expensive $2 per 20 minutes for extra time.

A pretty decent open air shopping mall with a grocery store, Nike store, restaurants, an outdoor Cafe area with fire pit, and occasional events like movies outside for families, dancing or a pop-up skating rink. Must validate or pay parking but if you don't mind walking across the street, you can park in the Marina lot for free (until they decide to start charging - there's also a great farmers market in that same marina parking lot on sat or sun. I cant remember which...google it!) There is also a chase bank here so pull out some money and start shopping whoo hoo!

Caters to a higher priced friendly crowd but cool shops none the less. Went to the Farmers market on a Sunday morning and happened up on some cool finds. Love shopping small and supporting local!

Since it's a newer shopping center, a lot of people are sleeping on it! It has a great selection of shops and the restaurants on the second level are great to dine at after shopping. You can also just come here and lounge in the outdoor seating and benches, it's usually not crowded even on weekends.

One of the nicer plaza areas here in Long Beach. Location - Great location on 2nd & PCH right next to the Marina. Plaza - Great place with chill areas to sit and eat or enjoy coffee, areas for kids to play, a decent amount of stores, and restaurants. Place is always clean and well kept up. Parking - Lots of parking available on the street or the parking structure, with a couple places that validate. Worth checking out for sure.

Located across the street from one of the most low key up scale malls you will find a beautiful place to take a walk by all of the sail boats. Then go back across the street to the shops and have coffee and do a little shopping at one of the newest malls on the coast. Shhh don't tell anyone about this treasure.

Love visiting and hanging out here. Really well-kept shared outdoor area with a small performance stage. I do wish they'd bring back and keep the market stalls year-round on weekends. They were a great addition.

I think they did a great job with this corner I remember when the hotel was here, came here on a Sunday right after going to the farmers market across the street very nice clean definitely will come back to sit outside maybe read a book, people watch and grab a bite to eat.

Nice place but the people there are very hostile. But I know that cannot be helped. Just a heads up for anyone wondering about the social climate/vibe. Also parking was confusing, long story short, I have never been through a parking structure before where I had to pay. This was my first time here at 2nd & PCH too and I saw that 90 min. of parking is free, I was there for only less than 20 min. However when I was leaving the parking structure and was stopped at the gate, I tried putting my ticket in where the signs indicated, it did not go in. And the gate opened before that anyway. I assumed that I still had to put my ticket in to prevent any charges.. plus, there was no parking security/assistant there to reassure that I didn’t have to insert my ticket, and that I can just go. I did not want to leave without being able to put my ticket in first to avoid the possibility of being charged for nothing. But the machine wouldn’t take it. I pressed the button for assistance but the intercom was broken on my end. I asked employees at the area, but they had no knowledge of what to do either. So I went again (as one employee suggested for me to do), and tried to put the new and old ticket in again. Alas, it did not work. So I assumed that I didn’t have to insert my ticket at all as for man 1 and 2 behind me who were yelling at me said so too. If it turns out I DID have to pay, I will not be paying since the machine did not take my tickets, TWICE.
