Beautiful atmosphere with shops and activities. It's a great place that the whole family can enjoy. This plaza has a gorgeous waterfall area to take pictures and relax and also I fire pit area for the cooler nights. The Edward's Movie theater is one of the popular activity places in this plaza but they also have a Dave and Busters for adults and kids to enjoy

Wow this town center is dead! Aside from the big box stores most store fronts are empty or look lifeless from the outside. This is what happens when you design a car centric un-walkable “town center” Try walking here and your likely to get hit or nearly hit. Some cross walks literally end in bushes. Some side walks just end and force you to walk in the street. Just terrible

It's sad to see all the shops around the theater closed. All empty now. But it is still fun to go and hang out at the "playground". Nice area to relax, enjoy the water, be warm at the fireplace, have a date night. Other stores are still around such as Ross, Barne and Nobles and more and hopefully they will be here forever. The place need a boba shop and buffet! Well tonight is Valentine Day and we are having a date night.

It’s clean and modern and definitely set up very well. There’s no way to extend the parking lot but if you can’t walk from your vehicle to the store for whatever reason then do not go during the mad rush hours. I was there twice and both times I had parked my truck at basically the end or the furthest away from the store but there were still plenty of spaces open and I bet people would see them if they would stop and just look without talking so much or just complain about this and complain about that. People need to realize that these businesses do the best they can with the space that they have and they’ve done this more than once so outside opinions should not be expressed in anger about stuff that cannot be controlled

This place is packed with people during the weekend. There are quite a few nice restaurants from Peruvian food to steak house. The movie theatre seem small, but surprisingly roomy inside and it has good selection of new releases.

Overall very nice. However the older theater rooms seriously need an upgrade or consider closing the room. Stained seats are very off-putting. Make sure theater is cleaned between shows. I will come back but will make sure it's a newer movie. Located in The Long Beach town center. Enjoy restaurants and other shopping.

The Long Beach Town Center is a shopping and entertainment complex located in Long Beach, California. It features a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for visitors. The center often hosts events and provides a diverse range of shopping and dining experiences. Exterior parking around the restaurants can become limited during peak hours.

Went to Party City to pickup Red Carpet I ordered online for cousins Prom, the staff; can't remember her name darnit. She was awesome! The store was stocked well enough and we found a masquerade mask as well. So, we'll be back for graduation decorations in 2 weeks! Photos will be posted on the next review!

Pretty good area! There are many restaurants and stores to choose from once you leave the movie theater. The traffic is light to medium in the area, and the people are quite polite. This is a cool place to spend time at when you’re with your family, on a date, or just need to get out of the house. I came here today with my family for the Barbie movie and it was lovely. The experience was great. The employees were fantastic. The parking lot gets quite packed during the weekend (regardless of the huge parking lot) so be prepared to wait a bit for parking.

Love this center, all my favorite furniture stores in one place, is the business. We found our perfect bedroom set at the Bob's here. I love the convenience of the David's Bridal, in this location, and took my fittings here! We love the Theater here as well.

It is so sad to see this mall in such bad shape. The interior mall area has nothing to offer. The Islands restaurant is gone, El Torito is gone. All the shops are gone. The little water play area for the kids in the summertime is gone. Don't bother, there are way better choices in the area where they at least make an effort

It's never crowded and it's so nice. Sometimes, you have the theater to yourself. Service is great as well.

  • 4/5 JB 6 months ago on Google
Dave and busters was amazing, everything is new and the vibe is great! However, there is limited entrance/exit at this parking area and traffic is horrible pretty much every time you go there. Everything funnels to one lane exiting toward the freeway

Lots of shops and eateries to choose from, home improvement to furniture to movies to IKEA showroom to bbq ribs to burgers. I come here for Sam's Club though I live 20 minutes away. Sam's Club is at the furthest west end of the center. The Sam's Club gas station is located in the extreme opposite end of the mall on the further east side, which is perfect because it is out of the way unlike other locations that cause ridiculous traffic jams. I've been to the Walmart here which is rare because I don't like Walmart but this one is huge and well stocked. Lucille's is a family favorite spot and I take my babies to the Long Beach Stadium 26 movies here in the summer, another family favorite spot. I have yet to stop in at the Barnes and Noble there but I plan to. There's a perfectly placed Chik Filet and Carl's Jr for the peckish that share space with a car wash for last minute clean up as you leave the center. The 605 freeway is also conveniently placed along Carson Street. Lots and lots of parking. Highly recommend.

I love this place. My son and I have been coming here since 2018 when he was in pre school. Friday nights we'd have dinner, play on the playground then go see a movie. When covid hit it was familiar so we'd still go to walk around, get food to go at near by restaurants. Now we go for yearly holiday events for kids, Dave and Busters regularly, eat, shop... we look forward to more restaurants coming in and stores showing opening soon to open. I suggest checking it out.

This place is awesome here you will find many restaurants to eat anything you may be craving. There's a movie theater, with most recent movies available. What's ever you're looking for any kind of shopping you will find it here. There's sams club, Walmart, Lowes and many more... Plenty of parking spaces available. At night the premises is bright and well lite. The area is well kept and clean. You dont see any homeless roaming around. There's police presence in the are most of the time, since there's a shooting range where local cops do their training. So you and your family will always feel safe. Come check it out.

Huge parking lot and lots of stores and they also have a theaters which is amazing. They have a Walmart and a Sam's club gas station and they also have an In & Out. Talk about having everything in one place. The theater is also so big they have a hug water fountain in the front and just saw a Dave and Busters will be opening up. Great place to go.

The Pike has been trying to figure out where it fit in the Long Beach retail scene for years; currently it's an outlet mall with a great movie theater and a smattering of food eateries. It's difficult for restaurants to find the customers it needs outside of weekends and holidays. Thankfully, there are plenty of places for a meal across the street, near the Aquarium and Pier.

This place is big! All the stores are big.. The parking lot is big.. Except for the In and Out burger which as usual is kinda small,, stuffed awkwardly onto a piece of property that is shaped strangely and barely has room for a drive-thru. This must be their Undercover secret business model because they're all like that. Still same great service and great burger. One single, no spread, raw onion please. Better add a chocolate shake and a fry. I'll be eating in my car 😃

It used to be better. But, now due to so many nonsense restrictions many businesses couldn't afford to stay open. Very sad to see that so many people lost so much thanks to our great dictators apocalyptic mandates.

This is definitely a one stop destination for everything you could need! Party City, Total Wine, Bath & Body Works, Michael's, Lowe's, Lucille's BBQ, Starbucks, and of course ULTA! You can even get an oil change and tires rotated too while you watch a movie. Such a gem!

This location has a bit of everything. From shopping to movie going to dining. Everything is spaced out may take you a bit of walking to get to all the stores. The shopping center is clean and I've never had a problem finding parking.

Beautiful mall with ample parking. You may have to walk a long way, but the sky walk is pretty and pleasant. The facilities were clean. They had a wide variety of shops to meet most people's needs. Many places to enjoy lunch or dinner.

I like their Walmart because it is well stocked. I can do all shopping here get my groceries, grooming items and socks. I also like the choice of restaurants at the Town Center. My favorite is the Chick-fil-A.

We waited 45 minutes to get our concessions during a daytime screening. For some reason, the first entrance area of the theatre was extremely hot, and many people were sweating just waiting inside for their concessions. However once in a selected theatre, it was air conditioned and cooled.

Changed the face of North entry to the plaza w/theaters, food, etc... it look awful, cheap. It was a lot better before. I don't even want to come there anymore. I wonder if you have lost business. You lost some local store fronts too!

  • 4/5 Arthur Sosa J. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice mall. It is pretty big with parking. The stores are spread out quite a bit. So you should find out first where exactly the store that you are trying to visit is located at. They have everything from shopping to dining to cellphones and even the pop up Halloween store. My one big complain is that it is a hassle trying to get out of there. If you take the East exit that says 605 South exit. There is no light as it is a right turn only on a merge. It has its own separate lane. But everybody stops. Not only that they use it to keep going East on Carson instead of getting in the freeway. Also the two stop signs you have before the actual exit rally block off traffic as well as the pedestrians walking at birth the crosswalks.

Cool place to visit. They have a nice walkway and several shops to visit. Right on the waterway you can view boats coming in to dock and admire the Queen Marry Cruise Ship from afar.
