Great shopping experience at this mall. I find many great stores and eateries and even found a boutique with unique items. Hand made real leather ottoman, backpacks and hand bags etc. The owner of the boutique was so grateful for our business that she was gifting us with free items.

Check out BLACK STAR COLLECTIBLES in this mall. Not only do they have posters, comics and collectable toys but they also feature MY Comic Book AYELE NUBIAN WARRIOR.

I like it bc of convenience. It's not a hassle to get there. Less traffic. Then again, it all depends on what time of day you visit. Nostalgia plays a part, too. It used to be called Carson Mall. This was the place to go back in the day.

There’s not really much in this mall at all. It seems pretty outdated and even abandoned. Most of the store employees are welcoming though. Except the shoe stores, the employees will profile you. Parking is also sketchy with many suspicious vehicles wandering the lot. However their security presence makes leaving my vehicle feel safer in a way.

Place is just enough to shop what you need and not so crowded. Also a lot of parking space.

I mean, what can you really say about this place? Do you wanna go get some food or do you want to walk aimlessly at target for hours buying things that you don't need for the house that you already have doubles and triples of or how about do you want to go to sizzler or five guys how about big five or the new Aldi store? I don't know I'm just getting my points up here right and detailed reviews but I really could care less.

Didn't shop in the mall, but had lunch and a Cadi-Margarita at the Olive Garden. It was busy but we found a seat at the bar. Excellent service provided by N-8 and Angel!

Great, they have a Cinemark movie theater, plenty of food to choose from, there's an IKEA and Target, as well as a Ross, JCPenney, Burlington, and small clothing stores. There's also a small farmers market in the parking lot that's on Thursdays I think. It's easy to find parking, there's plenty. I def recommend this mall

Nice mall. Really liked the Target, Ikea, and JCPenney over here. Burlington, Big Five, and Old Navy what you expect. Ross seems to have more household items then other Ross stores. There are a couple places to eat inside where movie theater is.

This mall is on the location that was once the Carson mall. It is so much nicer and it has great stuff inside and out. The theatre is great, the food places inside are worth checking out too. I love the shaved ice place and the as seen on TV shop. The surrounding places like harbor freight and wild wings, tony romantic, chili's and more are fantastic! Have a look they have target and ikea etc. Come see it all.

Love the mall. I was so happy when the Cinemark was added. However sometimes folks do not know how to shut their mouths during a movie. Not everyone wants to hear other folks' thoughts during the movie.

The biggest reason I go here is to run to Target. They do have a few good stores inside though. This is a small mall for the area, it reminds me of the mall in my small hometown in Texas. They have a couple good food places there as well.

  • 3/5 Noah J. 1 year ago on Google
This mall is rather small. There aren't too many shops or restaurants. There's a lot more shops outside though.

I actually went to IKEA to get my son a mattress for he's bed and blanket, sheets & a pillow to go with it but there is one thing to get to a cash register u have to go thru a maze to get there it's crazy how they have everything set up. Lol

Although not the biggest mall to go to its still worth exploring if you're just bored. But of course it's the little things that counts that can help make up your day.

Cool place for whatever you need it's a little small but worth it. Good for walking if you want to walk around.

I honestly don't really like coming here just because security bothers us truckers way to much regardless weather we consume there and have a membership at the 24hour fitness center.....they really need to ease up on us truckers...

The movie was great, the food prices were high. The toy store sales high priced junk. The toy my grandson chose did not work properly it was $35 + tax, no refunds, just exchanges if the toy is back in the baggage ready for resale. I was disappointed in that. The mall is clean, and the people are friendly.

Pretty much needs new stores and an update. Love that there is an ikea and target. But not a fan of the mall itself.

  • 5/5 Peter H. 6 months ago on Google
Ikea was the point of interest. Great store with tons of great furniture and accessories. Too bad that they don't have a restaurant, guess I have to go down to the OC...

Went to Burlington today to go shopping started looking around had to use the bathroom . I asked the male cashier if they had a restroom he told men no. So I go down the escalator and asked the Female guard is there a rest room her. Long story short the guard radio the female upstairs and they open the bathroom. So I used the restroom and watch a friend pick up a few items. No I didn't buy anything and I will not go to that store again all because of a Lie that was told . But the Female did apologize. By then I was done .

Its not even really a mall. That have a few food places a few small stores. And if you want to go to a popular store you have to drive around and walk in another way.

  • 5/5 Milton B. 2 years ago on Google
Great place, very nice shops there. Everyone can find something, same is true for the food mile on the top level. If you are in Berlin don't miss this place!

  • 4/5 Judy L. 2 years ago on Google
There's quite a few restaurants to choose from, and there are some great views. Right before you get to SouthBay Pavilion there are a few performers entertaining the crowd that ask for tips. I saw a painter that did really good work and had pumped up music playing. Once at pier 39 you will also find arcade games and small rides. Unfortunately the days I went the rides were closed due to rain, but that is to keep people safe. There were also tons of little shops for shopping for souvenirs. Tons to do for sure and can easily spend a few hours here walking around and enjoying the views.

  • 4/5 Brenda P. 2 years ago on Google
One of the things I really enjoyed is the number of tourist-y shops with super inexpensive souvenirs, with deals like $2.99 hats and 3 for $10 t-shirts. They also have a ton of specialty souvenir shops, including a hat store, a sock store, and a magnet store. There are also really great views of Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz from the pier. Don't forget to stop by and see the iconic SouthBay Pavilion sea lions!

I am big on shopping and the SouthBay Pavilion was wonderful. I loved the atmosphere with all the wonderful shops and the huge food court. My friends and I loved the Under the Dome part of the mall; the dome was quiet and a great place to catch up with friends.

Very small mall. I like it. And it's great that they still have Hotdog on a stick,I love that lemonade. Del Amo mall got rid of there Hotdog on a stick. Ikea is here, great store, and they have dirt cheap ,tasty lunch and breakfast. There's a movie theater, and Target too. I also like how the host community events sometimes, once I was shopping there, and saw they were hosting a backpack giveaway for elementary kids, that's nice.

One of my favorite places to hang out in general. Lots of variety in terms of stores and safe enough to be out and about at night. Just worry about parking during busy hours (5pm rush), it gets hectic.

  • 2/5 Donna G. 2 years ago on Google
I went there to go to Chase and Jamba Juice. No interactions with anyone in the bank but the employee at Jamba Juice was rude, unfriendly and didn't even respond to a question when asked other than to mutter something unintelligible. I hope the rest of the mall is a more pleasant experience.

  • 5/5 Elaine S. 1 year ago on Google
Went to Target to pick up a few things. Easy parking went and got my stuff went to self check out no waiting. One thing I am noticing at all the stores almost every isle there are some empty shelves. We are having a shortage. That worries me I keep reading that we should get ready we may have a food shortage. I believe we are already there. Be safe.

  • 5/5 Pablo G. 1 year ago on Google
It's so nice now. Ample parking spaces, both regula and for disabled. Si Many businesses: Olive Garden, Big 5, Aldi, Ross5 Guys, Target, Subway, Harbor Freight to name a few and across the mall: America's Tires, Chick Fillet, Finger Chicken to name a few. Yeah I forgot Cinemark, Norms and many, many more.

  • 5/5 Sharon A. 1 year ago on Google
The shopping center has everything you need in one shop. Target, Ikea, JCPenny, banking, restaurants and a post office. Working across the street, its the perfect place to run errands. Also, Aldi is coming soon, which will make it all that much better.

There's tons of great stores at the south bay pavilion mall to explore. It's not the biggest mall but it's a cool spot to come with family or friends who want to have a good time. There's various foods, movies, games for younger children & much more.

  • 4/5 Heather M. 1 year ago on Google

This place needs good stores. Honestly if it wasn't for target I wouldn't visit. Maybe cinemark also cause cinemark does got a better variety of food choices over amc, sadly!

At anytime, after I watched any movie at Cinemark 13 and XD Cinemas located inside SouthBay Pavilion Mall in the city of Carson, I can always earn more points, thanks to my CINEMARK's Movie Rewards Program - which is now a Platinum member.

The employees were all very nice and helpful. The produce was really good. The selection is always really good here. The Wine and Alcohol selection is really good here too.

The portions given here are small compared to other pandas express. Cutting thin slices of a piece of teriyaki chicken doesn’t make it more for adults or kids meal. Don’t play me.

👍👍 Made a stop at Albertsons which is located in the Carson Depot shopping mall. There is a Home Depot, Staples and other business establishments there.
