Fire hazard issue during open business hours the entire mall was designed with several entrances and exits, but they only keep one open. Thats a public safety hazard in case of fire, emergencies, earthquake and so on people will stay trap in here hopefully the President CEO of this Outlets have all doors open during business hours before a tragedy happens. The Citadel did not have those buster deals this visit. The stores didn’t have those awesome sales I’m use to see here! This outlet has a lot of the main high end stores as well as the less expensive stores. Merchandise is fully stocked in the stores. Each of the stores I entered I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific. If I needed anything help the client advisor offered his/her name. Kate Spade ♠️ had 70% off sale. 😧The food area has a variety of food options. There is free parking in the structure or in the lot. Either get there early for parking or valet your vehicle without the hassle of looking for a parking space. You can also avoid the long line when you arrive early. Happy 😃 shopping 🛍️.

This place is very disappointing. When you read outlet, you think lots of stores. The options at this place are very small (not many sales and I came on labor day weekend) and I frequently have walked away empty handed! There is no store here I can rave about. The malls are even better than this “outlet.” I gave it 3 stars because it is clean, parking is plenty&easy, and bathrooms are nice.

BE AWARE OF THE THEFT. This place is unsafe. I've got robbed in the Puma store. Someone stole my wallet from my backpack which was attached on my back. I felt something wrong happened to my backpack, I turned around and saw that it was opened and my wallet was gone. I immediately grabbed the manager right at the door and reported my situation, she said it was not the store's responsibility and she wouldnt care. I tried to look around the area that I left off, I finally found my wallet on the floor but all the cash were missing. Lucky me I've got my wallet back even without the cash. But anyway, I didn't want to just let it go because this is a second time I got robbed in a store (last time was in Walmart where I lost $600), I decided to talk to the manager again since I knew exactly where I got robbed and many cameras are right there. I thought maybe we can catch the robber by reviewing the camera recording. She said she cant do that, she asked me to go find the security officer from the outlet customer service counter. I went to the counter, talked to the security officer, he said the same thing, none of their responsibility about missing stuffs. Then, he gave me an option to call the Sheriff and I did. About 10mins later, two Sheriffs came, they talked to the Puma store manager, unfortunately they said they don't have permission to access the camera, they would need to submit a request for approval which I need to wait. One of the Sheriffs said if they can go further on this, they will give me a call, otherwise I won't receive any call from them. I had a feeling that it was finished there. No hope. So, everyone please keep an eyes on your belongings or you will become the next victim like I am today.

Lots of parking spots are available at this popular shopping destination. There are many good stores to check out and the food court/food options are great as well. No shortage of stores to check out. Really nice to just walk around and spend an hour or two here. Highly recommend if you’re looking to kill some time or spend some money.

Citadel is a beautifully decorated and maintained outlet shopping experience. This time they had decorations for the Chinese New Year. The atmosphere and shopping is excellent. The staff in the stores is friendly and welcoming.

Really nice outlet mall, I love the architecture it has a Moroccan influence which makes it unique to Southern California. Parking was kind of annoying. They have a lot of shops, and overall affordable prices. In comparison to the Ontario in Mills, I would prefer Ontario Mills because it is enclosed and easier to walk around in, however, the citadel outlets is much nicer and just walking there is a whole experience that makes the trip enjoyable.

A decent size outlet with most of the shops that you would want. I didn’t like the Nike or Coach outlets here as they barely had any of their items in stock, most of the other shops were all good. We went over the Christmas period so it was very busy and hard to find parking, we ended up using the valet service for $8 which is well worth it for the day.

Loved the Christmas vibes throughout. Great deals over Thanksgiving weekend. Kate Spade had 50-70% + 25% storewide. There’s also a pop up Lululemon but designs are limited in my size. Pro tip: visit very early in the day, or closer to closing time to avoid the massive crowd. The place was PACKED!

Citadel Outlets is a popular shopping destination located in Los Angeles, California. The outlet mall features a wide variety of stores, including high end brands such as Coach, Michael Kors, and Anne Taylor as well as more affordable options like Nike, Levi's, and H&M. The outdoor mall has a charming, European-style architecture and is known for its discounted prices on designer goods. In addition to shopping, the Citadel Outlets offer a number of dining options, ranging from fast food to sit-down restaurants. The mall also hosts a number of events throughout the year, including seasonal sales, holiday celebrations, and music performances. Overall, the Citadel Outlets are a great place to shop for those looking for high quality items at discounted prices. With a wide variety of stores and dining options, there is something for everyone at this popular shopping destination.

I love it here! Window shopping is the best🤩 Although I didn't buy anything, I went inside some stores just to look at stuff. I've been here a couple of times in the past and never got bored visiting this great place. Would definitely come here again in the future 😊

Citadel Christmas spirit is awesome at the citadel. You can definitely feel the seasonal festivities when your here with their insanely gigormeous Christmas tree and their snow in the air every certain amount during the day is amazing touch, especially for the kiddos. Swing by, you’ll enjoy it. Aside from shopping of course!

One of the largest outlets I’ve ever visited. Plenty of covered and open parking lots and structures. Countless brands; many of them two floors. Dining court. Starbucks cafe. Number of diners. Adjacent to a casino 🎰 hotel. Prices are reasonable. Many sitting and relaxing shaded seating. The layout is easy to navigate. Best route is from the Michael Kors/ Calvin Klein entrance.

Not the biggest outlet town but it has majority of the big brands available. Place is nicely designed and there are signs and maps everywhere to help you get your way around instead of getting lost trying to find your favourite outlets. The food available at the outlets could definitely be improved though, as there are less than 10 shops/restaurants there selling food. As the weather is cold, maybe would be good if there are more indoor seats around for people to rest in between shopping. The staff in each of the outlet stores are mostly pleasant and helpful. No racism was encountered and they even assisted to unlock further discounts!

I’ll start by saying this is where I’ve shopped for my running shoes and workout clothes! My favorite brands have outlet stores here. Prices are discounted with satisfying deals to walk away with, lest I not run up the bill! While there are a few premium outlet stores here, a sampling of some are better than none! It’s a convenience for Los Angeles area residents who don’t have quick access to other, more premium outlet malls that are considerably further away. Here, the premium availability is extended more for it’s sportswear outlets, making the trip worthwhile for athletes and sports fashion aficionado’s! There’s also kiosks with wireless phone accessories, games, toys and t-shirts. The foodcourt area is expanding and good for fast food and with covered tables to eat at. The two restrooms at the foodcourt are small, with one use at a time availability. Large multiple-user restrooms are about half way thru the mall, by the customer service desk, where there’s also vending machines and visitor info brochures. The security staff are good with the safety of merchants and shoppers, keeping a low key presence and surveillance as needed. Here’s one of the more uniquely styled malls around LA. I’m impressed with the Exotic Revival architectural features, more recently renovated and meticulously maintained! The brick lined footpaths are attractive and clean, with beautiful palms, planters and wall clinging ivy along the way! As a guide, I’ve explained to visitors that in Southern California, the outdoor mall is popular with the good weather. An outlet mall also needs to reduce overhead, literally and figuratively to help keep prices lower. In the common open air areas, there’s a lack of air conditioning and heating to go with the seasons. Closer to the coast, the outdoor mall’s can cool with ocean breezes when warmed. Here, the hot weather can be much more uncomfortable, so there’s the tradeoff for the convenience and savings! So it goes without saying, when going for a casual visit to browse, dress accordingly for the climate forecasted. The store’s are usually accommodating with climate control, thus the outside areas tend to be less crowded with the weather extremes. Otherwise, search the map for the store of interest and park in the nearest available space. There’s garages and open space parking around the mall. I’ve included some photos of this magnificent place, including seasonal displays at the time of my last visit. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so the pink ribbons celebrate the memory and efforts of all involved! The big pumpkin is here for all, in the fall of the season!

The Citadel Outlets is a popular shopping center located in Commerce. It's known for its outlet stores offering discounted prices on a variety of brand-name products. The center features over 130 stores, including fashion, accessories, and home goods. The architecture resembles a Babylonian fortress, giving it a unique and visually interesting design. It's a destination for bargain hunters and those looking for a diverse shopping experience. Parking can be a madhouse so bring some extra patience with you when you come.

Labor Day is here. It means big sales at Citadel outlet. With blistering hot weather, people are lining up at each store front waiting for them to open. Lines at Nike and Adidas must be 30 minutes to an hour long. With the holiday sales, stores like Under Armor and Adidas having a 50% and more off storewide. Colombia has good deals too. I got my raincoat for just $35 where the non-sales price costed $129. Hiking shirt was on sale for $16. Citadel also added stores like Ralph Laurence last year. They have both the regular store and a pop up men’s clothing store as well. I found a deal on their casual dress shirts for less than $30. Normally these shirts cost up to $100. I saw stores like Kate Spake and Coaches have long lines too. I didn’t go in but looked like people were buying in bulk. Most of the patrons came out with at least 3 to 4 bi shopping bags. They must have big sales. The weather is hot and the parking lot gets full quickly. So please come early to get your deals.

My first time at an american outlet and After visiting others, it‘s still my favorite! you should find all the shops you are looking for. It it very clean (even the restrooms), parking is for free and there‘s a food mall - what else do you need? 😄 Very good offers. I lost my first dollars here and will return with Superdry Shirts, Levi’s Jeans, Tommy Hilfiger underwear and adidas socks to germany. 😅 Don‘t forget to try Panda Express, in it’s your first time in the united states 😌

With 20 charging stall’s I’ve never had to wait. During peak charging hours this station is 39c per kWh. I have definitely changed at more expensive stations. Here you’ll find stores like Coach, Nike, Kate spade, true religion, DKNY, and many others at this outlet. Considering it’s an outlet mall, they don’t always have the best offers. The mall is nice and clean and plenty of parking space available. I wish they had more stores and some better offers. Overall it’s a 3.5 stars for me.

Love this place you get to save money on your favorite brands (Nike, converse, vans, old navy, gap,Levi’s)to mention a few the only thing is when they have people directing the traffic you have to park in the area they want not where you want , besides everything is ok , if you get tired and hungry take a break and go to the food court to charge your self up to continue shopping

Great place to shop and hang out! The food court was outside and had a good variety of food. The clothes stores had lots of good brands. I went during Black Friday and was able to get stuff from Levi's and Under Armour without too much hassle. Parking wasn't too hard to secure. They also go all out to make it look really festive. Definitely a great place to shop and hangout!

Very overrated. Dont waste your time. Not that many shops; few restaurants. They have a Panda Express, Starbucks, Subway, a few others. But Camarillo is better because they have a lot more stores. Yes this place does have the high end designer brand outlets but the deals are mostly not that good. Nautica and Champion are ok. Good place to walk your doggies and get some exercise, just watch out for all the people not watching where theyre going. Restrooms are very nice (they have lounges)and mostly clean. ATM charges $4 or $5 to withdraw cash!

It may be an outlets store but most items are not. I seen them they are good but with cheaper price. If it fits you and half the cost why not. No one is going to inspect your clothes, especially now. No one wants to go near you. Don't go on the weekend, too busy and crowded. Avoid it at all cost during this Covid-19.

Outlet shopping while on vacation in another city is something I always do and the best in the LA area is the Citadel. They have a huge selection of shops but more importantly an abundant supply of parking. Parking is provided in at least two that I am aware of parking structures around the center as well as the huge open lot. Even with the days leading up to Christmas 2021, I was still able to find a parking stall very easily. The citadel is sprawling with clean and spacious restrooms throughout the complex. There are a variety of food, drink and snack options through the mall and a primary food court.

Went here just to check out some shoes and the Disney outlet. It's fine as long as you know the brands you're chasing in advance. Otherwise it felt a bit wasteful to travel here because I didn't really care for a lot of the brands they had. Also most of the store sales aren't that good.

Lots of stores to choose from. Plenty of parking. Was a bit disappointed with the Disney store. Not a big enough selection of products. The food court isn’t big enough. There’s always a line because it’s such a big outlet. I feel like their food spots need to be bigger, or they need to have more restaurants, but I guess most people go there to just shop. The bathrooms are big and clean. I would definitely come here when I’m in need of new outfits.

The citadel is an extraordinarily fabulous outlet store location. I was extremely surprised with all the covid precautions each store was taken. I was happy with the service and the kindness and the respect of the individual stores who took into account the safety and social distancing during this pandemic. I was very happy with the prices and the discounts that were being offered in the many outlets
