Having a Chinese Vegan option locally is so beautiful! Being able to find that familiar flavor of my heritage is such a pleasure and takes me back to my childhood.

I used to go here before I moved out of the area. Great food! A family style restaurant that make you feel at home. My friend who was not vegan loved it anyway!!!!! I will return. 😀

Friendly service, no frills settings, reasonable prices. The wonton soup was tasteless, kung pao chicken was way too salty, crispy chicken was great. Also had veggie fried rice, it was ok but really small portion. May go back and try other dishes but not impressed thusfar.

I've been going there for more than 25yrs, their food is awesome&delicious 🙂😋. And the service is always kind & excellent.

09/09/2022: Stopped into Vegi-Wokery today for a quick bite to eat. I hadn’t been here in a while and I was excited about eating some good vegan grub. As I walked in and started to approach the lady sitting at the counter, I could see right away that she was not welcoming or friendly. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time but this lady acted like she couldn’t be bothered as she rudely passed me a menu to seat myself. I don’t mind a “seat your self” type of seating, however, it was the rude attitude attached with it. I kindly declined seating myself and decided that if Vegi Wokery cannot be welcoming to their guest(s), I will not patronage their business ever again. The new owners are horrible. This place is not what it used to be now. Most of the positive reviews are for the previous owner. Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere where you feel welcomed.

As a vegan I would definitely recommend trying this place, the food was delicious and the lady taking our order was helpful. The only flaw is that the wait times are extremely long so definitely try this place on a day off! the orange chicken is an absolute staple!

I planed to take more pictures of the food but it was so delicious I forgot LOL I would definitely recommend this place to any one especially vegans and vegetarians. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back the service was great and the food was amazing 👍🙌🙌

First time here and absolutely loved it! Had the spring rolls, chicken curry, Kung pao, fried rice and fried noodles (all vegetarian) and it was freaking delicious! Can't wait to come back!

Do you like spring rolls soaking wet with greese and surved with ketchup instead of the kinds of sauces every other Chinese restaurant offers? Then you should go here. Otherwise, skip it.

I'm not from the area and yelp brought me in. All I wanted was VEGETARIAN LETTUCE WRAP cups, as I loved them from a Chinese vegan restaurant up in SF called "Enjoy Restaurant." I get here and ask for them (they they are listed on their dinner menu online (#103)) and the guy says they stopped offering them. Grr. I told him i specifically came in for them. Blank stare. I got the broccoli and rice instead (they charge $2 extra for rice), and it was okay. The broccoli was fresh but could have been cooked more, and the sietan was flavorful. Wish there was more sauce and wish they had offered red pepper flakes or soy sauce to go with. $19 total for a small plate and a side of rice. It was okay but wish they had lettuce cups.

Got my order wrong. 16 dollars for half a plate you get at 99% of asian foo places. And it tasted OK. Not satisfied at all.

I don't have anything to complain about the food, however I've gone during posted hours and they've been closed. I've gone on November 12th 2022 and today which is November 14th 2022. as well as a few weeks ago and the store was closed with only a sign that said help wanted and no explanation. I hope they open up or at least provide consistent hours

Where to start. This place is AMAZING. Hands down, THE BEST Hot and Sour soup I’ve had. Also ordered the Peking duck which was equally as delicious, especially with the buns. Definitely buy a side order of the buns! Last item we ordered was the kung Pao Chicken with multigrain brown rice which was to die for. Will never go anywhere else for Chinese again.

Great vegetarian food, tasty, great quality and awesome prices. The fish with basil in brown sauce, plus the brown rice with vegetables were delicious.

This is one of our favorite vegan places to eat. We live in Phoenix and fly over to the area often with a day of shopping planned around having lunch here first! The food is perfectly seasoned and always delicious. My favorite is the little vegan chicken drumsticks! YUM! We have both tried several of the entrees and are never disappointed.

I had the veggie orange chicken and vegetable fried noodles. Both were delicious! Came here specifically for the veggie orange chicken.
