Best K-MART I have been to that has excellent customer service. The young gentlemen named I think was Will was very helpful and friendly. Not only did he point in the direction of the adult books but slowly walked my wife who had a mobility walker and I over there as well. The book my wife wanted was not there on the shelf and he insisted he go have a look out the back for us. Once he found it he asked if we would like to be served at the counter service desk as it would be less walking for my wife. A very kind gesture and impression customer service going above and beyond. Well done, Highly recommend K-MART Batemans Bay

A nice big store with an easy layout that makes it simple to find what you’re looking for. Plenty of room to move around the aisles freely. Lovely lady on the door greeting people as they enter and exit. Has all the things that you’d expect from a Kmart store

Lots of lovely things for the home and for all the family. Great prices and a good variety. Always getting new items and clothing in so it's always good to check things out. Shelves seem to be gradually filling up. Always new items at great prices. So many new things to look at for the home.

Out of stock items can be found online but they will refund citing " cancelled by customers request",, which in fact is false as they didnot have any in stock for almost for a month..you go instore and ask them and they will say it was supposed to be here but seems we are out of stock. Happend to me for quite a while.

This Kmart is amazing. Has so much stuff, is clean and always well stocked

Went to get a photo printed, was told the ptinting machine Is broken, I asked when it would be fixed, was told its already been a month now and still waiting on repairs. So I went to get photo paper to try and do this print myself at home, no photo paper in stock sorry. So I went to get tennis balls, sorry all the tennis balls are out of stock. Pretty worthless 15 minute trip to kmart
