Wouldn't know what their food is like. Their service is disgusting and they like to discriminate against those that can't wear a mask. They called the police on me for not providing them with an exemption, this is against the law. The police came, spoke to both parties and surprise surprise I was correct. I was not fined for not producing an exemption as per my rights. I will never support a business that discriminates.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My recent few visits to the Surfside store since IGA has taken over have been more than enough to drive the average man to suicide. Someone teach these kids how to preform basic tasks please. Much love xoxo

Longtime local to Surfside, food has always been best in the Bay however something went seriously wrong tonight…2 Fish n Chips, not sure if new owners have done crumbed fish before😢…..was white, soggy and dry….maybe need to get onto YouTube!…..with less than a cup of chips and the fish cake that was also ordered and paid for didn’t turn up! Hopefully was just a bad night and not the new normal!

Great for take away hamburgers, fish'n'chips, general goods and liquor store. Closes early though, around 7pm, 8pm Fridays. Would like it open a bit longer, thats all! It has been taken over buy new people IGA, and great its open now until 7PM. Extra star given now! See how the new owners run the takeaway also?

I have had four burgers (with the lot) from this cafe. All delicious. The owners seem to know everyone by name. Very friendly service. A hidden gem in Surfside.

Super cheap and delicious burgers!! Had the cheeseburger and it cost $9.5! Also right near the beach so can cross the road and enjoy some yummy food

Rubbish. 50 minutes to get my order after initially being told 30. Burnt calamari, fish missing, scallops ordinary frozen type and cold, chiko rolls cold and like they were cooked at lunchtime. Do not buy your dinner here. Total rort.

Under new management. the former owners had developed a very loyal clientele, given the convenient location we thought we should give it a try. Fish and chips were excellent. so was the beer selection I will definately come back.
