I attended EyeQ with an Eye emergency and was lucky enough to be seen by Tony Ireland who immediately put me at ease with his Professional but warm approach. His testing was highly skilled and solution and follow up care was transformative. I was in acute pain and fearful for my sight however Tony's knowledge and expertise has allayed my fear and significantly reduced the pain. His Receptionist was also extremely professional and kind making space for me in what was a busy day for the Practice. I feel so fortunate to have found a centre of excellence for Eye care in a Regional area.

I had the sweetest lady help me out this morning, she saw I was in a pickle and did everything she could to help me out. I am so grateful the team at Evolve were happy to help me when others weren’t. The service was above and beyond!

Eye Q are the best. When I went to them a year ago I had ill fitting glasses, watery eyes and a mis diagnosis from my previous Optomotrist. Damien sorted me on the first visit. On my return visit this week their service was the same. They are knowledgeable, professional and so very helpful.

We have recently moved to the area and this was our first time visiting this store. We have a child with some complex health needs and there is always a level of nervousness when needing to see someone new. The team were all wonderful. All our records were easily obtained and everything was done smoothly and seamlessly as though we’d been many times. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be returning customers. I have been going to IQ for some years for check-ups and prescription glasses and the excellent service is professional and friendly. The new location in the Bateman's Bay Village Centre shopping mall is extra convenient for a consultation visit after finishing the grocery shopping.
