Have shopped at these guy's several time and for a smaller petstock shop it punches above it weight. It has a great range of products on hand and if it is not in stock they will do all they can to get it in. The team are friendly and there is always someone there that can help you find the right product for your "non-human" family members.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Spent time fitting the harness to our dog and talking us through benefits etc. probably interacted with about 4 staff who all came to say hello. Highly recommended.

Stocked with very expensive brands ( dry n raw) but that's what you pay for furry friends that you love. Convenient location in the industrial area n parking available.

It’s great to have a pet shop in the bay! The store has a variety of options for pet needs, and the staff are lovely too. A staff member called Emily was really friendly and my puppy loved the treats she was given from behind the counter! Thanks Emily :)
